The pool was down the street behind another motel, advertisement was deceiving, as it said it had a pool, which it did not. Location of the motel was good, as it was close to shopping and the port, as we were there for a cruise.

Pool was not open. Black and nasty with a smell. Mold on the outside of the buildings. Door to our room was broken, they tried to spackle repair it which was falling apart. Shower curtain was missing, so water splashed all over the bathroom. Sand all over our room floor and piles of dirt and sand under the beds where they just swept it. Had to request they change the bedding when we first got here. Room refrigerator was sticky with dead bugs.

The rooms are ultra basic and clean. The bedding was clean. Bathroom was clean. No creeping crud in the corners of the room. For a super budget friendly room, we have no complaints at all. We agree that we would stay there again.

The room its self was ok. The property has declined it need a major overhaul. The pool was unusable had green slim on it and the outside condition of the hotel was unkept. Have stayed here multiple times. It has been a good option for a one night stay before my cruises. After this stay I will stay elsewhere next time. Price is the only positive point of staying here.

The staff was very friendly, the grounds could use some work, you can tell they’ve made some upgrades to the rooms. The bathroom of my room was disgusting. There was body hair all over the shower walls from someone that wasn’t me and it was more than just facial hair. If your looking for place to stay for a guys trip while your in your early 20’s this is the hotel for you. If your desperate for a place to stay go one night this is an option just don’t have high exceptions. Would I stay here again? If it was a quick one night stay that was just a place to sleep maybe, but next time I’ll probably pay the extra $20-$30 bucks and stay some where else.

This was a pre-cruise stay, and it was hands down one of the most disgusting hotel experiences of my life. We took our shoes off for only a few minutes and the bottoms of our feet and our socks were completely black from the filth on the floor. That alone tells you this room was never properly cleaned. To make it even worse, there was pubic hair stuck to the shower walls. This room was not just dirty—it was unsanitary and revolting.
When I reported this to management, I was told there was “nothing they could do” because the booking was made through Expedia. That excuse is unacceptable. While I was standing at the front desk, two other guests were complaining about the exact same thing, which proves this is a known, ongoing issue that management clearly does not care to fix.
This place should not be allowed to rent rooms in this condition. It is absolutely disgusting that Expedia continues to sell rooms at this property. This experience was so foul that it has shaken my confidence in hotel cleanliness altogether and even affected how I felt going into our cruise. I am still disgusted thinking about it. Avoid this place at all costs. I will seek a full refund including all taxes.

The room was spacious clean with all the amenities. The front desk clerks were very friendly and professional. The hotel is walking distance to several restaurants, shopping and the beach. It offers cruise parking fee for only $5 a day. The port canaveral is only 5 miles away.

The room smelled like only water, there were reaches crawling around the room and bathroom, crawling over our heads while we slept. We stayed for 8 hours. There were ppl arguing in the middle of the night, loude on the balcony right by our windows to our room my kids were terrified. I do not recommend, cheap is not more important than safety and cleanliness.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The room was in unacceptable condition upon arrival. The door did not close securely enough to properly engage the lock, and the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor. Most concerning, there were roaches in the bathtub. Due to these issues, I left within five minutes of checking in. Despite the circumstances, the property declined to provide any form of refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room was clean, but in very poor condition with pieces of the fitted furniture missing and holes/indents in the walls. The walls were paper thin and the person next door had a dog which barked from 6:30 am so we left before 7am. The swimming pool was also out of action, so nothing like the pictures at all. I have stayed in several Motel 6 locations in the past, and they have all been fine, but I’m surprised Motel 6 put their name to this property!

The room wasn’t equipped with bare minimum of necessities such as hairdryer, coffemaker etc. Just 2 beds, tv, one very simple chair, and piece of semi-desk. The towels in poor shape. The metal bar with two hangers was serving as a closet. No breakfast, just morning coffee at the mini lobby area on the other side of the building. The swimming pool closed and seemed not to be used from years, maybe since previous century. Overall terrible experience for the price of over $130 per night.

Just don’t!!! Even if you’re really budget conscious like we are, spend the extra for a better hotel. Checked in, got our first room.. the room was horribly dirty, beds a mess and moved from walls, stuff all over. Little dead black bugs on the ground. They moved us to another room that was better but still so so dirty. My sisters room has roaches crawling around the floor and microwave at night. She even killed one on the headboard. Unfortunately this seems to be where some shady people stay. Men yelling outside our door at night. Sketchy people walking all around the hotel. Things broken and leaking and trash all over. This place needs to be looked at by the health department!! Stay somewhere else!!!!!

The cable was out during the time of my stay so we were unable to watch tv. The door to the room also had a hard time closing correctly because the latch kept getting stuck in one position. The bathroom smelled like strong mold enough where we had to buy a candle to keep the smell down. There was little black pieces in our bedding that look like strawberry seeds and there was smooshed berries under our beds stuck into the floor. We’ve stayed here before a couple of years ago before the “remodel” and didn’t have as many problems. It seems like things are actually worse after their “remodel” when we went to the office to complain about the tv they said there was nothing they could do and the cable company has been working on it. If that was the case why not tell the guests before checking in that the rooms did not have cable at the time?? I’m not much of a complainer when it comes to motel 6 because let’s face it motel 6 is not for people looking to have a 5 star experience but at least try to aim for 3 stars. For $115 a night they should do a better job!

Absolutely do not stay here it is the most depressing place I’ve ever been too. Never in the world of travelling have I ever had such poor value for the money. The pictures are misleading as the pool is a green swamp, closed, & gated locked so there is nowhere to go except your room. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the room, no coffee / tea maker which to a British person is unforgivable, no shower wash, absolutely nothing except an uncomfortable bed to sleep in, & ugly curtains. If that is the best they can come up with for that money it is embarrassing. It wasn’t even cheap at $120 a night. Makes us realise how lucky we are at home in the UK to get the quality they give us for our money. This motel was hospitality at its worst. Kindly Expedia compensated us for the misleading pictures & the pool being closed which we very much appreciated, Stick with Expedia but certainly choose a different hotel.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Manager Alexis wanted to refund our stay but had issues due to booking 3rd party. The bathroom floor was flooded..the main living floor was sticky and had not been cleaned-. Roaches crawling by head board and on curtains. Bathroom door was falling apart from both sides could not shut or open door without yanking it- we had no trash can. Unable to shower due to flooding beds were uncomfortable and pillows flat as a pancake. She told us we should not have been put in that room as some one was previously living in it and was to be remolded/fixed. She said she would refund us!! Please communicate directly with motel 6 manager to resolve this issue or CALL ME!!!

From inside the room, I could see the outside light through the door frame. The bathroom towel bar was coming off the wall on one side. The telephone was not plugged in. The Expedia pictures must have be taken 20 years ago when the place opened. There was a barking dog in the room next to use that woke me up at 6am.

Couple of positives, the front desk staff were great! They were friendly, kind and offered to keep our luggage safe while we waited to check in. Very close to the beach, just one block away.

This place is definitely run down and needs a serious refresh. and.. also some pest control.

Our first room came with a complimentary nature documentary: there was a spider web with a live spider actively eating a cockroach. We are avid campers, seen a lot of this... only except not in our bedroom. It was okay staying a night watching National Geographic, but then we found out the shower didn't work.

We had to pack up and switch rooms. The second room had a working shower, but zero hangers for our clothes.

The atmosphere is a bit busy here. There are clearly permanent residents living here. The lady in the room next to us was wailing super loud about something for a good 30 minutes at 10 PM.

It was certainly an... interesting place.

The door clearly had been kicked in and not repaired properly . When asked to either move or repair , no rooms available and they simply painted the door with no real repair . Never saw front desk staff , no ice bucket , no bed spreads , poorly repaired cabinets, broken lamp shades. This room looked like it had been vandalized and hastily cleaned for occupancy. There is no holder for the toilet paper. The room was damp and the pillows felt wet. I didn’t know there was a “dry“ feature on the air conditioning unit that was already set to 66°. It was cool enough but very damp. It wasn’t until three in the morning that the pillow I brought with me was soaked due to how much humidity was in the room. I’ve never seen a dry feature on an AC unit.

The lady at the desk was very helpful, especially in obtaining reliable shuttle service to and from the port, for which we were very grateful. We were able to safely leave our car there while gone since it was parked under surveillance.
