The staff members were great and they were very friendly. They don’t have a pool on site but the lady that handles your reservation will tell you about there sister hotels that you’re allowed to use there pools. Everything is pretty much in walking distance.
I definitely would recommend staying at this hotel for the price and the is only a 2 minute walk.

The property is definitely outdated and could use some updates, but the location is a plus—it's within easy walking distance of both the beach and several food options. It is not directly on the beach. You do have to walk up a few blocks to get to public access but for the price and the rooms were really large like we got two room rooms the living room room with a pullout couch and a bedroom with king-size bed plus the bathroom very spacious and a great price if you’re traveling with kids or larger families, you can always walk to the beach and lots of food places close by Ubers in minutes enjoyed my stay in June

The A/C only worked in one half of the room. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, pharmacies. Tge pool is on a neighboring property. A bit more attention to the astetics and it would be great.

I love they are changing all the carperts in the hotel. Everything smells clean and carperts in 5 floor are new . Staff is super nice. Too bad does not have breakfast but Ihop is in waking distance. And they give you discout to eat in the other hotel and also you caan use the pool.

When we returned we were on the top floor it was fresh and clean and great staff. Based on that it is a great little inexpensive hotel. Good location but the town closes down around 8pm.

Motel was clean but so many stains on the floor, walls, and fixtures made it seem dirty. Air was very humid in the rooms which also made it seem dirty. Beds were decent and no signs of bed bugs. I would stay for a night before a cruise again but would not spend a week for a beach vacation.

Little disappointed with the bathtub. I was looking forward to a nice hot bath after traveling. Yes, I'm a bath kinda girl. The spout didn't work, only the shower. I had to put it in shower mode to fill the tub. ☹️ The second part was when we walked in the room and it had a terrible musty smell. Thankfully it was the living area and not the sleeping area. Still had a great night sleep, it was quiet. Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. Just a couple snags but it all worked out. They probably should change the air filter in that room and fix the faucet. Love me a nice hot bath!! 🙂

The room was clean. Older hotel on the website it shows a pool in a balcony now that’s not included. There’s a sister motel which I think is the Econo Lodge for five blocks away or the Radisson, which you have to drive to and we do not have a car there’s no courtyard or any place to sit outside the building. We first checked in we got our cards and was sent up to the fifth floor and cards and at work and then when I went back down, got cards at work was in their room for a minute and a fire alarm went off and everybody had a walk down five flights and wait for the fire alarm and the fire department to get there 15 minutes later not a good start. We’re really upset about the pool really wanted a pool to sit outside. It’s Cocoa Beach beach I guess was a couple blocks away, but we didn’t wanna go to the beach. I probably wouldn’t stay there again. I would choose a different hotel. I think if you look at their website and what they’re advertising, it’s almost false advertising.

The rooms were clean, we had one that had a seperate room with a bed, and a second room with 2 beds. Staff was nice and helpful. A couple of blocks from the beach. Negative but not so negative, the pool is not onsite. We walked about a block and a half to get to the swimming pool at their sister location. The pool is beautiful and the hot tub was great also.

If you have realistic expectations, this is a great stay. I stayed night before a cruise, was allowed to check in early, and everything was cleaned and ready for me. If you’re expecting it to be crazy nice, you’ll be disappointed. This stay was fine (which is all I needed and expected) and for that I give five stars.

THE ROOM HAD AN ODOR IN IT, TALKED TO THE DESK THEY CAME BACK AND DID SOME THING TO GET RID OF THE ODOR IT HELP OUT SOME BUT THEY NEED TO DO A DEEP CARPET CLEANING, OTHER THAN THAT THE ROOM WAS OK.

Stayed one night before a cruise. Was cheap and spacious but not very nice seemed rundown. Did offer an inexpensive parking option at a sister hotel which was much nicer. Overall not bad but I would stay at the other property.

The room was outdated and had an odor. The shower faucet was loose and almost came off in my hand the first night. The next morning, there was no hot water. They desk clerk gave me a key to another room so my husband and I could shower. Additionally, the overflow below the faucet was loose and rusted. The attached photo of the shower faucet was from the room where they was hot water. It was turned sideways.
