We were there over a month and when we had to stay an extra day you would think we would get a break but paid full price. Staff were courteous and helpful. My king, first floor reservation was ignored
After 30 minutes, I was given a room which had:
- no bureau for clothes
- no hangers for the rack
- a bathtub with rust and holes in the ceiling
- insufficient water, pressure to wash my hair
- electric outlets with no plates
- felt like a section 8 rental, as multiple children charged around a parking lot on scooters, bicycles, and throwing balls, and other toys-
- thankfully, the bed was comfortable, and the floors were clean

The condition of the room was less than desirable. Rust and mildew in tub, holes in wall , sheets stained, floors dirty and covered with over use of wood polish or something. Toilet paper holder filthy. Remote held together by tape. Said breakfast included….1pop tart and 1 nutrigrain bar per person…..handed to you through the glass barrier not even at the restaurant!

The room needs to be closed and completely remodeled. The floor in the bathroom was cracked and pieces missing. The bathroom door was falling apart and looked as if it was glued and painted to look held together. Bottom of sink area had been broken and glued back together. Burn holes in the sheets. No comferter on bed just 2 sheets with a thin blanket between them. You could feel the wind blowing through the door. Curtain was torn and old like needing replaced. Front desk had to check with someone before I could check in to make sure my room was clean. Will look for better accommodations next time I visit the area. Not worth the price.

The Staff was wonderful. The rooms not so wonderful. The bedding mainly blankets had burn holes . Then the lack of hot water, your unable to take a bath at your leisure. When we arrived we smelt a foul odor upon looking around and moving everything we found feces under the dresser along with old food wrappers. The ceiling had lint on it. We found out from a long time guest that prior person staying in room had 4 dogs. Not really the quietest place to stay for their are dis placed families staying long term.

Unfortunately this property was not at all like the pictures. Our 1st room was absolutely nasty, one of the beds
had dirt marks on the sheets and random hair on the fitted sheet and pillows. Both beds only had sheets on them nothing else, the pillows were tiny. Walls were disgusting like no one ever cleaned them, same with the floors. Went to the lady at front desk to ask for another room she was very kind and switched us to a upstairs room that she said she knew it was clean. It was a little bit better at least the sheets didnt have hair on them...yuck but if I hadnt been so tired I would of asked for my money back and went someplace else. Not sure why once again only sheets on the bed, luckily we had brought a blanket and pillow of our own for in the car so we just used that. This place is a hot mess and I def would not recommend it to anyone.

We booked for 3 nights, room 105 first night there were stains on the sheets, light shades were filthy, curtains had dirty spots all over them, blow dryer did not work, the ceiling leaked water on you when in the shower, toilet drain VERY slow. I complained and got moved to room 106, the shower was ok, lamp shades were gross, sink had rust in it, room had a smell abd the people next to us kept slamming their door and leaving trash everywhere outside. This hotel needs completely renovated or shut down.

The sofa in our room was so dirty we had to ask for a sheet to cover if up, no one would have been able to sit on that sofa. Good for price

Better than I expected for the price. Outside very worn, but not awful. Inside the room was good everything worked, had refrigerator, microwave, good bed and linens. No breakfast, only coffee, but we really don’t need a crummy breakfast. When we left, lots of nice cars in the parking lot. No hall noise last night. I’d stay here again.
