Stayed here 2 nights before cruise. Great spot across from shopping mall including Publix grocery store and clothing stores. I think they had a dollar store too. Very convenient location. The Residence inn was good. Pool was very very cold. Their heater wasn’t working. I’m from Boston, have an unheated pool, and this was way too cold for us. Other patrons complained.

We had a very nice one night stay at The Residence Inn Marriott Melbourne. The hotel is very clean with a warm welcoming attendant at the front desk. The breakfast was very delicious too. Easy 5min uber drive to Downtown Melbourne for restaurants and bars.

The room was clean ice maker didn't work in the room.also one elevator was out of order the whole stay, very inconvenient. Our first room the AC was broken Shana at the front desk immediately moved us to a new room. Then check to make sure all was well.After we came back from supper she gave us a bag of ice. There was some construction going on at the hotel but they kept it very clean. Staff was super friendly, not that we had much interaction because everything went smoothly. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was really good. Scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, something for everyone. A good stay for sure.

By far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Everyone we encountered from staff to other guests were SO friendly and welcoming. The property was clean, our room was so well kept during our weeklong stay. The beds were so comfortable. Laundry on site was so convenient. Pool was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Absolutely will be staying here again. Thank you so much to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable!

It was an excellent stay. Everything was provided in the kitchen including pots, pans, cooking utensils, knives, plates, glasses, etc. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. My only “complaint” would be the design of the bathroom. The toilet was so close to the door that sometimes I am unable to close or open it unless force is applied.

Overall 92% rating.(the minor issues at bottom) Good things 1st, STAFF is excellent! It was a holiday weekend so most rooms were booked everywhere. except for Suites. But, it was a good deal. The room was VERY clean, had ALL the amenities you would need for the dishwasher, fridge(PLUS ice maker),stove, shower etc.Even double supplies.The fold-out bed had a FULL set of sheets, pillows, pillowcases, blankets without being requested! The pool was pristine w/towels available without request! FOOD! buffet was DELICIOUS, not your normal cold cereal & oatmeal. It was a FULL waffle bar, oatmeal bar & tortilla bar with over 20 different toppings. The lady in food area kept it all HOT, fresh, well stocked & clean. Front desk staff were kind, considerate, EXTREMELY friendly, & full of smiles during check in &out, I was highly impressed! Especially one employee by the name of Melanio, he went ABOVE & beyond helping me when I was so exhausted. He was already at the end of his shift checking out to leave but maintain his kindness and efficiency to the end. Would recommend! Only negatives my particular room had a strong musty stale odor (but we are by the ocean) A quick Spritz of Lysol & it was fine. The biggest problem was when the pull out couch bed was fully extended, you would no longer be able to get from the kitchen to the bathroom it completely blocked you. We had to rearrange kitchen table and furniture to be able to get around the room. Still loved it

We were woke up with ALARM had to hurry up dress and walk 4 flights of stairs. The baby was 18 months old scared and the fire trucks were there & finally after about 45 minutes it was turned off then as going back upstairs went off again. Hurried and packed with going off again. Didn’t get breakfast, felt very weak had to get help almost passed out. The front desk said it was from a dryer. This was not our only time staying overnight so we booked 2 nights this time. We come once a month. Don’t know if we will stay at Marriott again. We will be looking for an Airbnb rental. Overall great stay back in October for 4 days. Charmaine and Serena (Mei Lin?) at check-in were awesome, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was great and Ana was friendly and constantly restocked the items. The room was great, nice size with a comfortable bed and a full kitchen. Laundry ($2.00 for wash and $2.00 for dry) was conveniently located next to gym on first floor. Nice property with plenty of restaurants and shopping within a 15-20 mim drive. Would definitely recommend the place.

This hotel has the most comfortable beds ever! We stayed one night after returning from a cruise. It is close to the Atlantic Ocean and local beaches. Just need to travel across the causeway. This property was clean and comfortable. My only negative feedback would be getting rid of the hotel ice machines. We were told to turn on the ice maker in the full size refrigerator and we’d have ice in 20 minutes which was more like 2-3 hours. We had no ice until the next morning. The room we stayed in was a suite with a full kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. It was very comfortable and clean. We didn’t have breakfast, we had to hit the road before breakfast was available.

Had to be moved, in the middle of the night, to a different floor after my small children and husband became sick from inhaling so much fumes.

AMAZING hotel. Everything from the front-end staff, the room, the location and the breakfast was fantastic. As our 5/6 hotel during our trip, it was by far the best hotel we stayed at. Upon check-in, we were offered a room upgrade at no extra cost from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom, perfect for our young family with 2 under 5 years old. The room itself was very clean and well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Every so often a weird metallic \"clang\" could be heard in our room but otherwise sound-proofing was excellent, we couldn't tell we were in a hotel with other guests when we were in the room. Breakfast selection was also excellent. We would come back to Melbourne in the future just to stay at this hotel! It is very close to many beaches and only a 1-2 hr drive to some notable attractions.

We stayed in a studio and it was more than we could have asked for, especially for the price! It was clean and bed was very comfortable. Functional spaces too, little area to do makeup while someone is in the bathroom or showering. Nice living room area and cute little kitchen with full size fridge, stovetop, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave. I actually wish we were staying longer because this would be the perfect place for an extended stay. Publix is also right across the street to get groceries. Beaches are 10-15 minutes away, easy drive. Highly highly recommend this place!
