Checked in and got to my room and I was given a room with a door that does not close completely, and the stench of urine was potent. I went back at the front desk and she said, “Oh! I don’t know why that room door does not close, but it is locked!” Which implies they are aware of this issue and still rents the room to guest. Unsafe. Next there is one elevator for four floors the one door needs to be service because your waiting their 5 mins before the door actually closes unless you press close door. The entire property smells like sewer water. No housekeeping!!!!!!

I liked how convenient it was to all main roads, i didnt like that they dont have daily cleaning service, there was some strange noises being made from the kitchenette area, phone was not working everytime we needed anything we had to go down to the feont desk instead of calling down.

This motel was so quiet. We stayed there for 2 weeks, and happened to be there during hurricane Milton and couldn’t even hear the wind. Beds were comfortable, free laundry onsite, small kitchen to cook and full size fridge. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was at a convenient location for a lot of things without being right in the middle of the congestion on the beach. The only thing that was missing was soap for the shower. Otherwise, my stay was great.

I was extremely excited when I saw that the room was truly ADA. The room has everything you need for any length of stay and it was clean. Our issue is that the shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall on both sides which allowed water from the shower to get all over the floor. We had to use all of our towels to keep the water cleaned up for our safety. I reported it to the front. Lets hope it gets repaired.

I live in Melbourne and booked and paid for 2 rooms on Sunday, Jan. 1 and two rooms on Friday, Jan. 6th as we were all going on a cruise together.

When we got off the cruise ship on Friday I called to see if they could check in early since they had all their luggage and no place to go and had stayed there the Sunday night before. The girl that answered said they \"did not offer early check in\" I said \"is 4:00 the best you can do?\" she said \"yup and I don't make the rules I just enforce them\" those were her exact words.
I would not have any friends or relatives visiting here in the Melbourne Area stay there again.
Also on Sunday night the police were called for some sort of domestic disturbence in the parking area so it was very noisy.
