No pets. Had Pool,tennis court,fitness room . outdoor seating but smokers . Breakfast was only muffins, toast,cereal,apples,bananas, juice, milk , coffee. Hotel was back off main road , so it was quiet and private . Furniture kind of antiquey, quaint. No overhead light, only 2 lamps didn’t provide much light . Small table and chair and desk w/ chair . Tv, small fridge and coffee make. .convenient location to mall , lot of restaurants near by, walked to a nice diner for breakfast, thrift store next door. 20 minutes or so from Kennedy space Center. Parks nearby. Nice stay. No carpeting. Staff was welcoming and nice . Only stayed 2 nights, towels were replaced after 1st night . Outside could use update / paint .

Property was in very poor condition. It needs much repair and updating. Inside and outside walls need cleaning and painting. The rooms' outside door did now close right: had to push and slam door to get it to close. Carpet was worn. Breakfast offerings were very basic.
As for the bed, it was OK as far as comfort. They did provide a good listing of TV channels, but, no TV guide. You just had to go thru the channels to find things to watch. The room heater/AC was good.

We found the ghetto of Port Canaveral, sadly. People arguing outside til wee hours. Our AC was not working . Very dirty. 10 out 10 do not recommend. And the breakfast consisted of toast and cold cereal.

Entire hotel was a neglected friggen disaster area.

rooms were dirty beyond comprehension
furniture was beyond worn out.
paint on doors bubbled? toilet seat was loose as toilet wobbled back and forth as it was in use

The tv didn’t work which wasn’t a huge deal because I only spent 9 hours there before our cruise. The door stuck really bad so it was very loud and hard to open and close. But not a bad place to stay before a cruise

Room was very old and dirty. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The continental breakfast consisted of apples some cereal and coffee, dining room tables were dirty as well. When I told all of the above to the desk clerk she just said I’m sorry she made no offer to make anything better. We will be canceling the other night stay. Don’t walk but run away from this hotel!

First the staff (2) that we had interaction with were fine, but the rooms were bad...Smoke alarm falling off the wall towel racks in both room coming of the walls, PAINT how hard is to clean up and paint the trim and walls. Then how about the exterior, pick up the trash and palm fronds laying around EVERYWHERE. The post in the ground holding the solar lights numerous ones broken or knocked over and laying on the ground. tennis/pickle ball courts with palm fronds all over. how about the picture post on the web site is from 20 years ago when the place was new. A big misrepresentation of what you get. Just some basic clean up would help this place alot.

Staff was good. Room was neat and soft beds. Absolutely old school. We got clean towels when we needed them, as well as toiletries.
We were left to ourselves. The stay was quiet and pleasant.
The only thing was the door had to be slammed to shut. It was very loud.

Friendly staff. The property is dated. Could use some upgrades. The bed was clean/comfortable. The shower head in our bathroom needs to be replaced. Didn’t look sanitary so we avoided using it. Other than that, not a deal breaker but I wouldn’t stay more than a night.

this place if Fabricated , it's nothing like their pictures. We got to the room, a man's shorts were soak and wet as if he was in pool and ran in to change . the room door was unable to close. The linen on the bed were all dingy and towels , washcloths as if someone slept in it and just pulled the covers back., Place look deserted. I told the reception they lied about what they looked like they only take picture of the pool and chairs alongside them to make this dump look like it's worth it. I recommend not staying here with your children NOT SAFE.

Old motel - paint peeling off of the walls, stain on white comforter on bed, calcification around the tap in the bathtub… if you need, NEED a one-night stay before a cruise, you could stay here, but if there are other options with similar price points around, I’d likely not stay here.

It could use a remodel. The bathroom especially. Towels were dingy. As for amenities a 1/2 inch bar of soap doesn't do much. Had to do a Walmart run for towels and soap. Breakfast was nothing, small muffins, one type of coffee, very disappointing. Well it was just a place to sleep. Other than the above the front desk staff was great.

Worst experience ever! There were SO many bugs (ants/spiders) crawling around everywhere! On the bathroom floors and on the desk/table, the dresser… ants were crawling all over our bags.. I have videos and photos of everything. We booked for three nights… We left after our first night… I didn’t even go to the front desk to complain because there would be no point in doing so… SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT BOOK HERE, EVEN IF THE PRICE/PICTURES SEEM RIGHT… Even for $450 for 3nights, I expected SO MUCH MORE.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The hotel needs to have some upgrades, (some bricks loose by the pool, paint peeling around hotel.
The price was good, and it was close to the port. It also was close to restaurants.
They offer free breakfast, but pickings were slim. (coffee, toast, cereal, and small muffins). But for the price, we were happy.
I think if they put some money into the appearance, it would be a very nice hotel.

Did the job for the money.

My door would not shut. I told the front desk lady. She said you have to grab it and slam it shut. Which we had to do. Somebody who recently had surgery this was tough getting my door to shut and open.

Breakfast was really basic. But for the money you pay it does the job.

Staff was good. Once in the room the sheets had not been change had makeup on the top sheet. Staff took a picture and change the sheet for us. The carpet was dirty how I know my socks where filthy. The corner of the bathroom where disgusting with build up dirt. The tube had water leaking
from the faucet which was completely rusted out and it was quite a lot. I have know idea how this place stays open. But have a picture of it about 20 years ago iit look great.

Mirrors were chipped but air-conditioning worked and bed was clean so we stayed as not any othet hotel by us.

So let’s be clear on what you’re getting. The price, location and staff are AMAZING! So welcoming and friendly. The motel is older, dated but clean. I would have loved to see this place back in the day as it appears to have been quite the place. Breakfast is muffins and cereal- again sufficient but we opted to go to a pancake house.
I would stay again when taking a cruise and just need a place for the night.

Owners-staff, make me SMILE! You feel like family. I love the rich polished black granite tops of the desk, dresser and nightstands, elegant furniture over cheap! Extremely Convenient Location, quiet, a beautiful pool. Many wonderful restaurants, fast foods, Publix Grocery, Banks, in very short walking distance. Of course all the attractions within short distance. The Ocean just down the road. The essence of Warmth, Serenity, great place to write a Book and more! Repairs and updates in works! Has not been cleaned inside or out for a long while. Rooms were poor in every way. Towel bars not attached-mildew on every corner of everything. Dripping taps and nothing you wanted to touch. Pictures on Expedia are about 10 years out dated from what it really looks like. Not a good area or neighbourhood. Needle caps on the ground but no needles so at least they pic those up!

It was good for a quick stay. The room was clean. It is a old beachside like hotel with rusty hinges, but comfortable and convenient.
The breakfast should just be called cereal and bread with apples there was nothing else on offer.
The hotel value for the money gave us options to eat elsewhere.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed.

Alright, let's start with the positives ;
1) Super friendly staff
2) The bed was really comfortable
3) The place was really quiet , couldn't hear any sounds.

Now let's do the negatives:
1) The breakfast was a joke, I have never seen a breakfast as bad as this one, I am not sure if the owner reads these reviews... but if you are reading this, you can't claim you offer breakfast. This is what they got for breakfast : Apples, bread ( not even outside the plastic bag), coffee and 2 cereals, butter and 1 type of jam, milk and orange juice, muffins ( Who eat muffins for BF??). Not even water was available.
2) They don't clean your room everyday. Not even to give fresh towels.
3) Everything is old, like... from the 90's I guess or even older, the aircon could not cope with the hot weather
4) The whole place feels like it was abandoned, the pool area with lots of trees fallen down, the gym which was permanently closed , The pool bar was also closed, I am really not sure what happened on this place, I guess at some point on the 90's was a really nice place, but now it's just old, abandoned and neglected which is a shame.
5) when I was talking to my taxi driver and I told him I was staying there he felt sorry for me... the place have some kind of bad reputation I guess.
6) The wifi... if you are close to the reception you are good, but if you are staying at the back rooms, it does not work.

You can say you get what you paid for.
