Very unsanitary, rust, mold, stains on bed and bugs throughout the room. Requested for another room or money back got another room the smell was awful. Returned key and me and my family had to sleep in car. Staff didn’t acknowledge us upon arrival and wasn’t helpful.

There was paint that was peeling the doors in our room needed to be fixed. There was wood chip sticking out of the walls. The bathroom needed to be tidy a little better other than that the room was OK not great but OK.

I booked a room with queen beds two queen beds in a microwave we got there had no microwave. The beds were full size beds and when staff was questioned, they said no that’s a queen size bed. I called the previous week and asked about the pool and was told that it was open. However when we got there, the pool was half drained and absolutely disgusting looking. I will never stay there again.

Sketchy! Only plus is proximity to rocket launch viewing on Cocoa Beach two blocks away and waffle House across the street. Beds were clean and comfortable but floor felt like you didn't want to take your shoes off and shower filled to ankles. Neighbor was a permanent resident who stayed up all night to play the ukulele. Check in staff friendly. What do you expect for $150 all in, Saturday night in April and last room left in town, we wanted to see the rocket launch last minute. It's a... Room?

The room smelled n the inly offer from manager was frebreeze supposedly due to no other rooms available . There were bugs in shower tub looked like fleas! Pics were taken. So only conclusion without being told room was sprayed for flees. Pillows n she’s appear to be clean . Floor was nasty n greasy!

We did not stay. We opened the door to the room, it smelled of black mold. The bathtub was disgusting. We left. We did not receive a refund, but there was no way we were staying there. We aren’t the only people that was highly disappointed. We walked by one room that had their door propped open with the mini fridge. This place needs to be tore down.

Motel 6 is a dump. I am shamed of Expedia advertising for them. You get there and it should be closed down. They go up on the price after you arrive if you look at the room and you say I can’t stay there they do not want to refund your money. The manager is rude. The inside and outside is trash. The building should be condemned.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. Rooms were filthy, no AC in Florida in any of the three rooms I booked. After checking in they gave another guest an exact room key to one of our rooms. I was charged twice. There was not a working pool, no water. The room doors didn’t close properly. And after complaining conveniently the manager had already left. I have been trying to call for hours to speak to the manager and the phone keeps having up. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I want my money back as we had to pick up and find another hotel to stay in. We had 6 kids, one bay and three toddlers. It was disgusting. Cigarette ashes and food still on the floor from God knows when.

The place was simply a dump. The pool was a seas pool of green and hadn’t been in operation for a year. The staff were apologetic and kind.

The bed was comfortable.

But the floors were dirty. You can do better than this. People screaming and yelling at all hours!!!

The absolute worst place I’ve ever booked. So filthy that I don’t even stay.
The grounds are in poor condition. They have what appear to be full time residents living there who sit outside their doors smoking which then carries into the other rooms.
The room was not like advertised. Beds were decades old and were likely not even comfy when new. The tv got 12 channels other than news and a fat line running through the screen. Bathroom had hairs stuck to the wall.
I didn’t stay. I also told Expedia who offered $25 on a 250$ room. Absurd.

This place is a dump. The sink and shower is useless. Unless you like a trickle of water to get washed. The bed quilt had stains on them. The light fixtures are rusted with visable scale coming off of them. One good thing I didn’t see any roaches. Bonus the toilet did flush! The swimming pool is an open cesspool. Nasty

I cannot imagine how anyone can recommend this place

DO NOT STAY HERE. Big time remorse for staying here. Could not wait to get home and take a shower. Spend the extra $150 and get a nice place.

I booked a room here to watch the Artemis launch as it was the last room available. Was charged an extra $20 for an “early” check-in after paying an outrageous one night rate of over $470. for the room. Yellow tape all around the balcony railing made it look like a crime scene. Not much positive to say other than the parking was free and I got to see the launch. Next time I’ll sleep in my car…

They room was very dirty. They bathtub had soap scum and hard water build-up. The bathroom door had a hole in it. There was a hole in the ceiling filled in with foam. Mattress was very hard and you could hear the coils moving. The exhaust fan was not working and caused moisture build-up on the floors. The floors were dirty and had not been swept and mopped.

The outside pool was not in operation.
The room was clean but in a poor state of repair, whilst having a shower I cut my foot on the peeling gel coat.
The staff were polite and making the best of a bad job.
The laundry facility had no lock on the door and therefore it was not worth putting expensive clothing in there. Also, the dryers didn't work on a card so I was left hanging with a pile of wet clothing which I had to dry out in the room.

I wish I could give it a 0 star rating. We booked a night to stay in before our cruise. When we first walked in all i could smell was cigarette smoke. The front desk lady instantly picked up the phone and told us that their system was down and they had no wifi so they couldn’t check us in. After awhile of waiting I finally decided to stay somewhere else. They marked us as a no show and wont refund us even though it was their fault. Would not recommend this old run down motel at all. Don't stay here - very sketchy and the pool has been out of order for who knows how long. The front staff (Mandy I think) was nice but we got locked out of our room for hours and she handled it as best as she could by moving us to an \"upgraded\" room which was the same very basic design. The kicker was that the maintenance man that came unbeknownst to us opened the room and left it WIDE OPEN with all of our valuables, cash, my laptop etc. for god knows how long and nobody told us. I just happened to see it when I went to check on the progress. If all of our belongings had been stolen (totally possible, lots of seedy characters around including obvious drug dealers) it would have ruined our cruise vacation the next day. Overall I was worried about bugs, crime and everything else...I don't know what I was thinking...oh yeah...it's only one night, the pictures look fine - THEY ARE A TOTAL LIE. Spend the extra money and stay somehere else. I feel badly for the people working there...management/owners should be ashamed though.

This property is not how it looks online.

We booked it for one night as we were moving into a larger resort the next day & we arrived a day early.

I booked it so that we could relax by the pool and have an easy afternoon after a long drive.

The pool is “broken”. It has 4 feet of green water and doesn’t look like it has worked in 10 years.

The property is filthy. Cigarette butts and the odd needle in the grass. I wanted to ask for broom from the front desk just to sweep up the garbage in the outdoor shower/foot rinse off station.

My wife and I could’ve tied this place up in an afternoon. No one cares. The room had a rotten stench of body odour.

I think this property survives off people coming in for one night before their cruise leaves. It’s horrible. Don’t give them the business. Pay an extra $20 & go elsewhere.

first. the gps locating was incorrect on both apple and google. asked a retired gentleman to find it. when we got there and after checking in we saw that the pool was about 1/3 full and looked like it had been abandoned. we got to the room and there was a a large chunk of floor tile missing and it did need to be painted and updated. It looked nothing like the pictures. We left and did not stay. Expedia refused to refund our money. All we wanted was a clean and safe room to stay in after a long drive. I wonder how many people leave without staying and lose their money. Motel 6 needs to remove their name from this location, We were very disappointed.

Pool was not open. Black and nasty with a smell. Mold on the outside of the buildings. Door to our room was broken, they tried to spackle repair it which was falling apart. Shower curtain was missing, so water splashed all over the bathroom. Sand all over our room floor and piles of dirt and sand under the beds where they just swept it. Had to request they change the bedding when we first got here. Room refrigerator was sticky with dead bugs.

The staff was very friendly, the grounds could use some work, you can tell they’ve made some upgrades to the rooms. The bathroom of my room was disgusting. There was body hair all over the shower walls from someone that wasn’t me and it was more than just facial hair. If your looking for place to stay for a guys trip while your in your early 20’s this is the hotel for you. If your desperate for a place to stay go one night this is an option just don’t have high exceptions. Would I stay here again? If it was a quick one night stay that was just a place to sleep maybe, but next time I’ll probably pay the extra $20-$30 bucks and stay some where else.

This was a pre-cruise stay, and it was hands down one of the most disgusting hotel experiences of my life. We took our shoes off for only a few minutes and the bottoms of our feet and our socks were completely black from the filth on the floor. That alone tells you this room was never properly cleaned. To make it even worse, there was pubic hair stuck to the shower walls. This room was not just dirty—it was unsanitary and revolting.
When I reported this to management, I was told there was “nothing they could do” because the booking was made through Expedia. That excuse is unacceptable. While I was standing at the front desk, two other guests were complaining about the exact same thing, which proves this is a known, ongoing issue that management clearly does not care to fix.
This place should not be allowed to rent rooms in this condition. It is absolutely disgusting that Expedia continues to sell rooms at this property. This experience was so foul that it has shaken my confidence in hotel cleanliness altogether and even affected how I felt going into our cruise. I am still disgusted thinking about it. Avoid this place at all costs. I will seek a full refund including all taxes.

The room smelled like only water, there were reaches crawling around the room and bathroom, crawling over our heads while we slept. We stayed for 8 hours. There were ppl arguing in the middle of the night, loude on the balcony right by our windows to our room my kids were terrified. I do not recommend, cheap is not more important than safety and cleanliness.

The room was clean, but in very poor condition with pieces of the fitted furniture missing and holes/indents in the walls. The walls were paper thin and the person next door had a dog which barked from 6:30 am so we left before 7am. The swimming pool was also out of action, so nothing like the pictures at all. I have stayed in several Motel 6 locations in the past, and they have all been fine, but I’m surprised Motel 6 put their name to this property!
