Staff friendly, grounds are clean, except small certain area that travelers don't pick up after their pet uses bathroom, not sure if this is in all rooms, but in mine,non smoking,my clothes seem to have a very light dampness, mostly in morning

Something that would be extremely helpful,if on a 3rd nt or more stay,a certain discount percentage, especially for those of us on limited monthly income &/or displaced from a permanent home at the time, getting $50 deposit back at checkout is a big Tk you, as for animal deposit a bit expensive,I don't believe there should be a daily fee for animals, especially since already paid deposit, that extra money can help us ppl to eat...The rate offered ntly is cheapest around that I've come across,Tk you again for that curtisouy, .. hope this has been helpful

This was, by far, the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom, shower especially, was filthy! This room did not have any hot water & they said that they didnt have any available rooms to put us in.

Tried to get to switch to a non-smoking room but was advised they were all booked. It did not appear as there were no more than 1/4 of the rooms booked. The floor was dirty No refrigerator, no clock, no TV guide, no luggage stand. A fold up chair was the only seating available. You get what you pay for - cheap, cheap, cheap!!! Not impressed at all.

Staff was fantastic! The room on the other hand was not so fantastic. It looks like the curtains could be washed or something because there were some mysterious stains on them that I didn’t want to touch. The bathroom door hinges creaked so loud I thought the someone was running a saw when my grandson tried to close the door. I did manage to spray it with my leave-in conditioner and stopped it temporarily. The bed didn’t look like it would be comfortable nor the pillows but I was so tired every night that I slept very comfortably. It could be updated and there were a few sketchy people staying near us that seemed like they were living there but I didn’t have any problems with anyone. I didn’t see any bugs in my room. It would have been nice to have a fridge and somewhere to sit our suitcases. Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Unfortunately, our stay fell far below acceptable standards. We had two rooms, and the heat was not functioning in either; the temperature was 61 degrees when we woke up. The bed sheets were stained, there was no hot water, and the showers and bathrooms were unsanitary. Additionally, guests were smoking marijuana outside our rooms, which was disruptive and inappropriate. Due to these conditions, we checked out first thing the next morning.

Tired to make contact to make arrangements with the hotel as we weren’t going to make it for check in, the staff was rude and snide about anything we said. First two times we called no one picked up, and they claim “there is always someone at the desk” obviously not. We said weren’t not making it can we cancel the room or show up late, it was stated we could show up late but if we weren’t showing at all, we can cancel as long as we call. Here’s where all of a sudden nobody could answer the phone.

Not the cleanest but not horrible. Stood at the front desk for 5-10 minutes before someone came out, even after me and the guest behind me yelled in the back. The mattress was worn out and the tv had extremely poor reception. I swear i heard a gun shot out front in close proximity to my room around3:30am Sunday. At least IHOP was about a 100 foot walk from my door. Oh well, you get what you pay for. Won't be stopping in any time in the rest of my life.

Lowest of the low budget motels. Arrived to see pubes and skid marks on the sheets. Obviously not washed. All tile floor wasn’t swept and mopped. There was one woman working the night shift and she was as nice and helpful as possible and changed the room to one that smelled horribly like cigarettes despite their no smoking policy. The 3rd room at least had clean sheets. At check out in the morning, a woman barged through a back employee door and demanded a room key “because she left her coke in the room” The odds of her talking about Coca Cola are slim. If you’re looking for a fun story, stay here. If you want a peaceful night’s sleep, find another place.

This is a perfect place if you need nothing except a place to sleep for a night. If youre planning more than that, look elsewhere. The pool is very small. The room was adequate for just a place to sleep. Ihop is in the same parking lot with hours prominently visible.

The room was suitable for my extended stay there at the Budget Inn. Mostly the staff was very hospitable and brought me clean towels daily and I cleaned my room during my stay simply because I had my dog with me. She would hop all over the cleaning lady wanting to play. So I did the cleaning if my room the whole time I was there which I didn't mind a bit. The vending machine was broken and removed they only had a soda machine and it would run out fast.$1.25 for a can of soda. Not too bad. And the ice machine worked pretty well. The pool area was clean and neat. And as far as anywhere for your dog to run and play there isn't a dog park. Sadly. But I had a nice stay there and recommend it to anyone on a budget that's a good place to lay your head. The front desk people are all nice and helpful. And they are very hospitable also.

The staff was nice, the room itself.. you get what you pay for. I wasn’t expecting anything over a 2 star rating. We did have to have the bed sheets changed when we arrived because they weren’t previously changed… that’s the only issue we really had. I didn’t see any bed bugs or any bugs for that matter, if you give a cash deposit, ask for a receipt confirming that you gave the deposit. All in all we only needed the stay for one night before our cruise and we will stay here again if needed. Cheap and got the job done.
