We stayed one night as we found a hotel a lot closer to our mom. We were still charged the full amount so my card company is handling the dispute. I called multiple times and left my name and number. No call back. After a week I took measures to correct this.

Arrived 2 hours after check in time and room still was not ready. Room was dirty when it was ready. Broken curtains and stains on the walls. Located next to a truck stop so very noisy. And has one of the worst breakfast options I have experienced.

We were not impressed with the breakfast. It had \"hot\" food but the omelet was a processed circle of egg, no cheese or anything added. The sausage tasted old. Their bagels were mini & limited choice for healthier food. A lot of people were using the waffle makers while I was there but I didn't have one. I would pass on the breakfast & head to IHop across the street.
The room was clean & large. The only complaint I have is that workers were working on a room nearby & made lound noises or stood outside my room & talked (we were on the end room so we heard everyone walk by through the outer wall)
Hotel was a short drive to downtown Cocoa & near the port.

The hotel is okay for just one or two nights. Very minimal breakfast items, biscuits gravy barely warm and some people walk in and walked out. Not much restaurants near by.

The floors were dirty (but looked clean)
It was 83 degrees F when we walked in our room at 10:30pm (yet we are asked to fill out to pre check in.. so they know when we are getting there)
The fridge didn’t work.. the bathtub was slow to drain.. the dual plug in, in the washroom didn’t work.. I was not impressed at ALL !! If I had booked through them, I would have asked for my $ back !

The stay was great. Staff was very courteous & helpful. Especially the front desk manager Davis. We were not from United States & didn’t know the area at all but he was very helpful with all our questions. Keep up the great work. I will definitely book this hotel again if I am in the area

This location was not ideal. The room was not ready at 3:00 as the check in time states. When we returned at 5:45 pm we were told “we need to check to see if your room is clean.” We were then told our room was ready, when the bathroom floor was not clean. There were black flying bugs in the room. Overall just not a pleasant stay.

There was no issue with the room itself. But it was facing the gas station and we spent our night listening to trucks filling their tank (Brake noise and backup noise). Also the base of the bed is in metal. So each time you get in or out of it, you hear a metal noise.

I know it is an old facility.
Overall “adequate” but not what I expected for a Wyndham property.

Good for a $90 budget hotel - clean, recently renovated (sloppy of course).
Very thing wall and near a busy road so loud all night long. Very loud in the morning as well.
Number one complaint is the paper thin “blanket” on the bed.

Wasn't as nice as the pictures showed. It wasn't as quiet as we had hoped and staff was not as welcoming. Wasn't told about breakfast options for the next day, which was why we booked. Ended up across the street at IHOP which was incredible both days. Wish for a 2 day stay, we had gone elsewhere.

Hotel was not more rhan a 2
Beds were terrible and on franes rhat were to large and getting out of bed you hit your leg everytime.
The linen on the bed was horrible the comforter was a blanket and not warm and comfy.
The towels were a mixture of good and old.
The mattresses were sqeaky and hard.
The curtains were terrible.
I could go on but I think you get the picture.
We usually stay at Hilton and now I know why.
WORST sleep at a hotel ever.
They hotel is under renovations the only thing updated is the front of the hotel
I was in the lobby and a girl asked me...is this hotel ok? i told her to look in a room and go somewhere else.
The cost of the room was 160.00US.
I will always stick with Hilton every hotel has comy beds and great comforters..

The room was not in good condition at all. Though the bedding looked new, the pillows were half sized with old pillowcases. There were cigarette burns on the bathtub. A lot of the electrical outlets didn’t work. The curtain to the outside was broken. The shower curtain was filthy. My feet became filthy from the floor. The bright spot was the staff, but the room and its condition were pretty much deplorable.

We asked to check in early was denied. Once we arrived in room after cleaning room. We found dirty mattress pad and kinda smelled musty. We waited 4 hours in the cold lobby for our sub-par room. The front desk lady should have offered us water or a snack while we waited, but she kept saying that check in isn’t until 3. Because of flight times us and others were stuck sleeping in chairs in the lobby. Customer service can be greatly improved. You are in a high demand tourist destination.

The Interstate traffic noise was terrible. The phone wasn't working, which is a health hazard & against code, there wasn't anywhere to hang clothes up, the escape route in case of a fire wasn't on the back of the door, which is also against code, there wasn't a stopper in the bathroom sink. I could go on.......

We prepaid for a king and when we walked in the room it was 2 queens. The room smelled like urine and the toilet had urine in it. When we went to the desk they moved us to another room but no king. The area felt unsafe. Carpet in room was filthy. If it wasn’t so late we would have left.

Although I understand that running a hotel these days is not easy and profit margin are low, this place was disgusting.
Continental breakfast was dismal. I stuck my hand into a bowl with ketchup packets, only to find them stuck together and crusty. They must have been sitting there untouched for days. Some were puffed up. I brought it up with the staff. They looked in the bowl, picked out one packet that exploded, and tossed it, while leaving all other sticky and gross ones in. This demonstrated to me how the corners are cut.
Floor in the room and bathroom was unclean, with some hair.
And there were cockroaches. That was my last straw.

We didn’t get to our room til extremely late due to delays in flight we both just wanted to shower, the water for both of our showers was barely Luke warm, didn’t want to stand under to wash hair. Bed was comfortable, had a full day planned and was leaving the following morning for a cruise, got back to room late again and both had cold showers again! Got up early had breakfast, it was good, didn’t complain to staff because we needed to get on the road and I don’t like to be one of those people.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. The room floor was extremely dirty. The electric outlet in the bathroom was completely broken so I couldn’t use the blow dryer or hair tools. I stayed last year and it’s why I returned this year but clearly the place declined and I won’t be returning.

The room was clean. The bed squeaked and one of the showers had rust in the tub. Staff has always been nice though and I know they are upgrading the place. I've never not felt safe there. I use this pace to stay before I cruise.

The sheets had a big, black stain. The blanket had a quarter sized burn hole in it. Walking barefoot for a couple of hours in the floor turned the soles of my feet completely black! My friends found a rusted, broken screw under the sheets of their bed.
