Our floor had something on it the bottom of our white sandles and beach shoes we covered in black, never mind if you accidentally walked bare foot!
Our phone did not work, couldn't call the front desk, had to call the hotel number from my cell phone.
The room smelt musty but the beds were comfortable and at least the room was more modernized. I you're staying overnight for a cruise the following morning the ships are very near by. For the price it's worth it.

We were at this hotel for about an hour. After driving all night we checked in and went to the room to shower and sleep. The floors were so dirty that I could see black foot prints when I stepped on the shower, then no hot water or water pressure. Took 30 minutes to get shampoo out of my hair. Pillows on the bed are the size of a small throw pillow for a couch. The room smelled of cheap fabuloso cleaner. We booked a new hotel and checked out. Guy at the front desk said they would refund my money if I would not give them a bad review. Well, guess what... No refund so here's your bad review. Do not book this hotel....RUN!!!

When I went to go check out the man tried to keep my deposit stating the room smelt like smoke when tje room actually was dirty and musty upon arrival. I went and got dryer sheets to make the ac smell better.
Buddy tried to argue with me about smoking when I opened the airfilter to the ac it was dusty. Floors turned my socks black. Shower curtain was dirty and hairs were on the wall. I believe the manager man was trying to pocket my $100 deposit. Will not return.

We paid online through the app but had to pay again for our reservation at the Ramada. The guy at the desk couldn’t find our reservation, so we had to pay. I had to contact customer service through Hotels.com, and they were able to sort it out and make sure we got a credit for the payment. I appreciated the support through hotels.com, but it could all have been avoided if the guy at the front desk didn’t require us to pay again.
The breakfast was free, it wasn’t too far from the port, and that was nice before the cruise. It was okay place for one night, but I would suggest not paying in advance.

We arrived at hotel around 11 pm. We were assigned a room on 2nd floor only to find out they do NOT have an elevator. We requested a room on the 1st floor and were told it would cost an additional $20!! So 70 yr old woman dragged their 50 pound luggage up and down a flight of stairs! (and not quietly) Sorry for the other guests. We get to the room and find the curtain ripped and the baseboard pulled away from wall. Very outdated but at least I didn't see any bugs. The kicker was the next morning at breakfast, we met another couple who were also assigned a 2nd floor room and requested and received a 1st floor room at No extra Charge!!!! HMMMM

Booked through hotels.com, and was charged 134.00 by hotels.com for booking with them, only to get to Wyndham in Cocoa, FL after 16 hours of driving, and the lady at front desk tells us, \"you're room has been canceled\", and when I show my receipt for the booking of the room, she says \"that's the app, not us\". So... hotels.com can charge whoever, whenever they feel like, whatever they feel like, and then tuen around and say F-U to us thenones they steal money from. ✔️💯

This is a very old hotel and it is showing its age. It had been renovated, fresh paint, clean bathroom, but definitely dated. There is a truck stop next door. Surprisingly, the IHOP across the street had very good food! Totally unexpected. No carpet, vinyl flooring. There was sporadic hot water in the shower in the morning. Breakfast was typical in this price range, but fresh. The best part of our stay was the staff who helped with everything that was wrong, such as getting the television back on the internet. The floor was quite dirty, I don’t believe they are cleaning them in the appropriate manner. That is grooved hardwood, so just swift thing doesn’t work. Dirt remains in the crevices. Staff for friendly, breakfast was as to be expected, worth the money.

Nothing was an outright failure here, but so so many things made it clear that there wasn't anyone really trying. From only swapping towels when the room was made, and nothing else, a room that was half empty, hand towels not being stocked in a place in reach of the sink, dirty curtains, a shower that looked like it hadn't been cleaned, cold food in the breakfast buffet that should have been hot, loud banging noises that happened at night, bad smell in the room, to refusal to provide a receipt.

Their bagels were mini & limited choice for healthier food. A lot of people were using the waffle makers while I was there but I didn't have one. There was no issue with the room itself. But it was facing the gas station and we spent our night listening to trucks filling their tank (Brake noise and backup noise). Also the base of the bed is in metal. So each time you get in or out of it, you hear a metal noise.
