This place is an absolute dump. I can't even believe the health department has not shut them down. The location is amazing, but the hotel should have been torn down 50 years ago.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a few days as part of a trip this place will do. Many people I talked to stay here before a cruise or on their way somewhere else. Everything is done online, not much in person contact. Older place, but they’ve managed to make it work. Beautiful beach, says they have beach chairs, but they are old ones you can take to the beach or you can sit on a wooden patio in better chairs. The beach itself is awesome! The room was clean, nice shower, ok bed, perfect for our 2 night stay. Doors are key lock that were a little different and parking was free, unlike many other hotels I checked out. I love that Expedia includes all charges, including taxes, so you know what you’re getting right up front. I’d definitely stay here again for a short stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, excellent location. The room was a bit basic but it was clean and had everything we needed, the the access to the beach was fabulous along with the roof terrace. It was a super vase for out 2 days in Cocoa Beach :-)

This had everything I wanted and needed - the walk out right to the beach was perfect and it was in a slightly more secluded area. Rooms were basic but nice, I appreciated the nicer shower. The check in and out process was super easy.

We stayed in Room 114 and immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant odor. There were also live roaches on the floor — we saw four during our short stay. Due to cleanliness concerns, we left after 1.5 hours. Management never responded to our questions, which made the experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend staying here.

We had a little getaway .This is a sweet gem at Cocoa Beach . The room was clean , with everything we needed . The beach was just out our door . The two swings on the were a wonderful experience. It felt like our own little beach house and private beach . We will definitely be back.

The room was old and smelled musty. The shower and bathroom floor were dirty. It was old and the pictures on the walls were posters stuck up with thumb tacks. The door had gaps all around it. The door lock would only work with the key not the code and it was so rusty it was hard to turn. It's really gotten run down. We stayed here a few years ago and its really gotten old.

From pictures pin tacked to the walls, guests smoking pot outside their rooms (looked like residents), to lack of response where ice is on the property (there is none), no kitchen as they state all rooms had, showerhead that does not automatically turn on/off unless you turn a dial on the top of it, water pressure awful, potpourri bags all over the place and outlets in bed light that are nonexistent. Do not recommend unless you like a bed to sleep on. Very comfortable, thank goodness.

Good location right on beach. Easy parking. Room was clean.

Coffee in room limited on day 2 and ice in outside cooler mixed in with someone’s carton of beer, wouldn’t put in a drink. Lights on walkway to beach broken along with some chairs. Maintenance needs to be improved. Price a bit high for what you get.

No hot water. The on demand water heater unit under sink appeared broken. Texted contact # in morning at 8:30 AM but got no response and nobody was in the office until 10 AM. Found a maid around then, who offered another room to access, but with less than an hour until check out it was already too late.

We did not interact with a single human staffer for our entire two-day stay. A few issues were found with the suite - toilet keeps running (and you can hear it), oven doesn’t work.

The room was otherwise decent. Great bedding. Good price. The balcony is a nice place to go see the beach at night, and all the outdoor portions seem to be in the process of being upgraded.

I wouldn’t say it’s nice and I wouldn’t say it’s in disrepair either. It feels like a restoration project in progress. A comfy stay for anyone looking for good value.

This is a terrible property. Old fashioned motor lodge from the time we checked in, the lobby was dirty, room was dirty. It’s at the far end of the strip so it’s not close to anything! Room was super small and had pictures with no frames that covered holes in the wall. Faucet was very loose at the sink and old chaulking around the shower. We had to wear socks in bed cause the floors were so dirty.. never again

First, we got to the hotel and there was no parking for us, so we had to park overnight in front of a sign that says \"No Parking Anytime\". That was fun taking a random chance at our car getting towed.

Second, we opened the door and there was a key and a latch lock that worked up top, but the door knob didn't shut and seal the door at all. The door would just swing open if it wasn't locked. Didn't feel secure at all.

Third, in the shower was a dirty rag that was used from the last guests.

Fourth, we had a dead cockroach next to our air conditioner in the morning. Luckily we didn't find it before and wonder if we were going to get crawled on.

Lastly, when I booked this, I had no idea this was a motel. It does have a picture with the sign, and it does say \"motel\" on it so that is on me. However, there is nothing in the name on the listing that says Motel at all.

Will not be coming back as there are much better options down the road.

Room was clean. Upon arrival we noted a broken dresser draw, plastic pieces in the bathroom and used both the message link and email link to notify facility of what we found. We had multiple messages but every time we replied we never recieved an answer. There was no communication at all. We let them know we were checking out at 9am and an hour later received check out instructions. I ynderstand being automated but we were totally ignored.

Booked a handicapped accessible room with roll-in shower. Were assigned a room that was not accessible, did not have a roll in shower, and that had a very narrow doorway to the the bathroom that no wheelchair could fit through. Staff member claimed that they were not notified by Expedia that we had booked a handicapped room, but that was false. We ended up canceling, having to pay for one night's stay, and stayed somewhere else.

Rooms were small and tired looking.

There wasn't breakfast..did I miss something? I got an oceanfront room that was very nice. The only thing I didn't like is the noise from outside due to a huge sitting area in front of the 2 rooms and people hung out there late at nite. I did turn youtube on to rainstorm and it blocked out the noise. I got instructions on what to do after leaving around 830AM and I replied I was already gone. Those instructions should've been given on checkin. They were make sure the shade is up and a/c off etc. I replied back to to text but don't think they got it. Sorry we were gone and no one was there to take key so it went back in lockbox, that was the only instructions for leaving. I would stay there again as I love the ocean access and not in a busy hustle area. Right near Patrick Space Base and the awesome beaches down there!

We stopped here last minute before our drive home. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. When I booked somehow I did not check wheelchair accessible for my mom. When I got there the attendant was kind and understanding and helped switch me to another room. Inside was extremely clean and neat that I didn't feel like I needed to clean to sit down. Newly upgraded. Quiet (minus my children) there were other children there and we couldn't hear anyone. Loved the outdoor set up and easy access to the beach. Saving this to make a longer stay next time. Highly recommend this location.

It was such a short walk down to the beach. Lots of beach equipment available. The owner was amazing working with us coming in at a very late time from out of town. Very friendly. Cute decor. Very beachy. Clean bathroom. Shampoo, Conditioner and lotion provided. Free parking. Parked right in front of our door. Will Definity stay there again. recommend!

My husband enjoyed that it was so private and away from the hubub of the hotels and restraurants settled in the residential area. I enjoyed that it had a direct path to the beach for evening and early morning private walks with only few residents who live nearby.

Staff member we spoke to was nice, the room is nice, the location is awesome! Can walk right onto the beach easily! The contactless check in is nice, only negative is the door lock can be tricky. The door wouldn’t stay shut without locking which we didn’t expect. Staff was helpful to figure it out though. We were happy to be able to borrow clean beach towels- real perk, as we had an unexpected stop at the beach!

The room was stinky, kind of dirty and, the bathroom window was broken. Also, the sheets were dirty. But this place does have so much potential. I’m leaving a public review hoping the cleanliness is taken very seriously. But this price was great, basically on the water, awesome location. For the price we paid, it was incredible. But that is never a reason to accept it being unclean. I would stay here again though, just bringing my own sheets next time. Safe location and happy with my stay all things considered.

Room was clean. It is a no frills place that is very reasonably priced. The only hiccup was when we plugged in the room air/heat system and then used the microwave it blew the plug. Also, when we checked in the previous guest had turned fridge off so there was water everywhere in the room. The hotel owner was quick to fix the issues. Best part is the short walk to the beach....maybe 30 ft and it wasn't crowded.

Outlet on left side of bed doesn’t work, the light switches for the lights next to the bed don’t have knobs on them and wouldn’t turn on and the key code didn’t work on the door itself just some things to fix. The rooms are really nice/clean and updated! The beds are really firm..
The beach is literally a minute walk with swings on the beach path...so cool.
Keys are in a door lockbox which makes a late checkin very easy..
We will be back ..im so glad we found this place..

This is an older property. You are very close to the Ocean, A/C works great.
Office only open 10am - 5 pm. The staff is friendly but sometimes hard to find. No pool.

Cute little motel right on the beach. Don't let the outside run you away. This is very clean and on the beach at an amazing price. The room was very clean plenty of space with a king bed, little table for 2 tv and dresser a small sofa, a fridge and microwave. Staff is very helpful. Outside shower and foot wash for when you come off the beach as well as umbrellas and chairs if you want to take them down and bring them back when finished. Nice outside sitting area with sun shade perfect for hanging out and relaxing.

Quaint, \"old Florida\"-type place. Right on the beach, with tons of places to sit and watch the surf, sand, flora. Room very clean with all we needed. Bear in mind, if you're staying here before a cruise, there is little nearby besides a Mexican restaurant a half-mile walk down the road. No nearby grocery, drugstore, etc. A vending machine would have been very welcome since we arrived very late from the airport and had no food! The office is only open limited hours during the day so you access the room via a coded lock. It was a $25 Uber ride to the cruise port.

We go to Cocoa a lot and we always stay at Anthony’s. we always reserve the same space and we always enjoy ourselves. The staff is great, right from check all the way to Checkout. They always check on their guests to see if they need anything and they treat everyone like family. They always have stuff for guest to borrow while there and during this visit we dropped off some beach chairs and a ton of kids beach toys for other guest to be able to enjoy them. Thank you for a greta place to stay, we will be back soon.

Cute nostalgic hotel, so typucal of old Florida but with some modern updates. Barhroom was small but was updated with a big walkin shower which we loved. It was quiet, there was a great hangout area facing the ocean with tables a grill and beach chairs. They even provided boogie boards and beach towels. Its not bougie so if thats your thing its not for you but if you live rhe old Florida vibe its a good little place to stay. My only issue was recieving a text with instructions to get in the keyless room while i was driving down. I did not see it because I was driving and not checking messages. A call would gsve been better but its no big deal, some of us are tied to our phones but some of us are not. Checkout instructions came in after we had left as well. All in all, I would stay again.

I arrived and could not access the room. The keyless entry did not work. Another guest stated they had to find someone to show them how to use the lockbox. I called to get assistance and a woman answered and gave me the lockbox code. That code also did not work. I called again and was told to ask ANOTHER GUEST!!! She said she was in another city and \"it is easy\". I couldn't find a guest. I called again and she said the same thing. I had been traveling for hours and was tired and faint. I made another reservation and left. They are unprofessional, lack customer service and pose a safety risk to their guests. To have gain entry to your room by finding a stranger is CRAZY!!! I WILL NEVER BOOK THEM AGAIN. BEWARE!
