Situated on the shores of Melbourne Beach along the Florida Space Coast, Radisson Suite Hotel Oceanfront is an ideal vacation destination just seven miles from Orlando Melbourne International Airport. Our all-suite, oceanfront property offers direct beach access, an outdoor pool, and the poolside Canova Bar and Grill so you can enjoy long days in the sun just steps from your stylish accommodations.

The hotel also features a fitness center, a business center, a breakfast restaurant, and over 11, 000 square feet of meeting space. In your non-smoking suite, you can take advantage of a mini refrigerator and free WiFi and spend each night on a plush king bed.

Although double beds and rollaways are not available, many suites include a queen-size sleeper sofa, and our family suites are equipped with bunk beds. No Pets Allowed.

The hotel is completing renovations and everything is new. The rooms are huge with a bedroom and living area. The staff were exceptional and very helpful and friendly. The pool area is very nice with a bar. The ocean/beach area is clean with white sand and chairs to rent. I would recommend staying here.

The staff was great, but the room was very outdated. The floor tiles were cracked in multiple places, the furniture was very outdated, and there was construction and dust the moment we stepped off the elevator. For the price we paid for a premium king suite, it was underwhelming to say the least.

We were attending a funeral in town. Attempted to check in at 8 pm after a long, hard day. The trainee couldn’t help me, it took ten minutes to find someone that could help. When we got to the room, there was sand everywhere. The spider to the balcony would not lock. We were on the fourth floor and were traveling with our seven and three year old. Called maintenance and the trainee at the desk came and couldn’t fix the lock, so we attempted to barricade it with a table haphazardly. The pillows on our king size bed were half the size of la The pool was drained. At a beach property. Zero amenities in the lobby and property. We needed a bottle of water, and the only bottled water was in a 1980’s coke machine for $4 that didn’t accept cards. Needless to say, not very pleasant.

I hadn’t stayed at this hotel in six years. It used to be my favorite hotel in Melbourne and we were loyal guests, coming every year. Sadly, the hotel is now in very poor condition. Half of the property is under renovation, with constant noise and dust everywhere. The jacuzzi and pool were closed, and the main elevator was out of service.

On top of that, medications I brought for my stay — carefully counted — went missing from my room. After noticing this, I observed very strange behavior from housekeeping, including stays of up to 45 minutes in the room, while surfaces like the TV stand and living room tables were still covered in dust.

This situation caused serious distrust and discomfort. It’s very disappointing to see what was once our preferred vacation hotel turn into this. For $2,400, I would much rather stay at Crown Royal, which better reflects what this hotel used to be.

Oceanfront location was fantastic. Beautiful beach. Friendly hotel staff. Hotel needs a lot of updating. They have finished updating the windows and balconies on one half of the hotel which looks great but the rooms need a complete remodel as well as the pool area. I wouldn’t stay there again. Too much work needs to be done to make this a good place to stay.

10/10 I loved my stay. Chad at front desk was very accommodating. Views from oceanfront balcony was amazing. Ben the bartender at the restaurant on property was great and drinks were good. This property is aged and in not good maintained condition. Particular negative aspects of this hotel:
1) a very large capacity water heater is inside the bedroom closet, which generate significant heat; 2) an incredible loud-noisy A/C equipment housed in another closet within the room; (two quirks I have never seen in a hotel) ;3) aged bathtub and toilet; 4) very limited counter space in the bathroom; 5) the pool and pool area are rather unpleasean and not worth os a \"resort\" hotel.
Additionaly, the hotel is \"under renovation\", but this fact was not disclosed in the property details.
In conclusion, I paid $201 a night (including taxes) for a hotel that is not worth $100 a night. TO BE AVOIDED

First of all. Staff was INCREDIBLE! They were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. And they have been dealt a difficult hand. The entire property is under construction. Which I wasnt told when I booked the trip. Luckily the beach access was open. Pool was open but it’s in pretty bad shape. The kids at the pool made a game of peeling the paint off the bottom and bringing it to the surface. They are remodeling the restaurant. We did order food and it was good… but the workers and smell off paint thinner was unbearable. Again staff was amazing and offered to bring it to our room or to the pool. Bless their hearts they tried so hard!! Balcony doors are all screwed shut because they are condemned. I can see the vision and I would def give them another chance. BUT I wish they hadn’t charged full price AND a “resort fee”. When the place is in such bad shape.

Pool and balcony both closed. Room stayed warm even when AC was pushed down. We had stayed here on our wedding night 22 years ago and thought it would be sweet to come back for our anniversary. Would not choose to come back, not worth the price.

Likes: The staff members at the front desk were great. Dislikes: The maids' came to our room 2 different days and we were not sure why because they did not speak english and nothing was accomplished. The air conditioning in the room was extremely loud. Didn't like that the hall to the rooms were not a conditioned area and all rooms air condition exhaust blew on us in the hall so was very hot. Construction shut down the room balconies, poolside bar and had to wait many times to use elevators due to construction workers

Upgrades in progress and still exceptionally quiet

Check-in was friendly experience. The room smelled clean and fresh! Although they are currently working on replacing the windows that face the ocean and could not access the balcony at this time the view was still exceptionally beautiful. The limited rooms available due to the construction in progress left a nice quiet and comfortable experience as an overbooked hotel would have taken away from the peace and quiet after long travels we were seeking to experience. Overall despite the construction it didn’t hinder the stay! The best hotel stay in a long time!

The majority of the hotel was under construction. We could not use the pool or gym nor could we open the door and use or room balcony as tje door was screwed shut. There was no beach access either other than to walk through the parking lot to an alternate lot where we had to use public access.

We reserved an oceanfront room with balcony. The sliding door was screwed closed and sign on the door balcony condemned. In addition, the cafe bar served food until 7 and bar closed at 8pm. The cafe doesn’t open until 11 am and there is not a coffee station in the hotel. The pool was closed. I could have stayed in a motel for way cheaper given the amenities of a resort were not available.

The staff was very nice, but could not give us any money back as we booked thru Expedia. We had to use the public beach, with the homeless community- even though we paid over $500 for the hotel and amenities. Not happy with Expedia!!

The staff was nice. The fact that I was told after I booked the room and paid for it that we had no access to the pool or our balcony on an ocean view room is absolutely unacceptable. We have a 2 year old in our travelling party and couldn't even take him swimming other than the ocean. The air conditioner in the room was so loud and woke us up every time it turned on. The room needs updated with more convenient outlets next to the bed.

I was mislead and conned. When I booked this property there was no mention that the balconies had been condemned so we could not open the patio door much less sit on the balcony.

Upon check in we were told we could not drink the water due to a boil water advisory. No bottle water was offered. How is that even legal to have a place of business open with no drinkable water available

The balcony and pool were closed. The room was ok, other than the rust on the towel bar, the rust on the sliding glass doors that you could not use, the screws some were sticking out of the sliding glass door as it was holding the doors closed. The hole approx the size of a quarter that was in the floor and the fact that they did not at least sweep the room out unless we asked. We found out there is not a microwave in the room it was located in the laundry room, how odd. We attempted to use the coffee pot in the room but upon opening the area for water it had smelly stale water in it.

The hotel advertised that the pool is closed and the balconies were blocked due to updates. What was not said was that the sliders were screwed shut and \"Condemmed\" notices were plastered on the sliders for the balc0nies and the windows had not been cleaned since last season, so there was not a beautiful view of the ocean. Great service, poor guests handling.

The views are slaying but the amenities are completely closed. Yes they said the pool and balcony were closed but this also means the entrance to the beach as well as restoration are extremely inconvenient for guests to saves from the beach. Also the restaurant is closed and the construction is from sun up to sun down making this really a stay at a construction yard with a view. Zero concessions were offered to makeup for these inefficiencies.

It was terrible. Firsy of all, upon arrival for my birthday weekend celebration, we were told by the front desk person that all ocean front rooms had no access to the balcony and thats why we booked the room-Especially, for the balcony access of an ocean front room. We were never ofdered a no hassle refund if we chose to leave and there was also no direct beach access from ths hotel, no pool or nice area to relax out back and no lounge chairs or umbrellas were avaiable either. To make matters worse there were holes in the sheets from over usage and tgere was a cracked tile and hole that was in our room, that was a danger to cutting your toe, if not careful about walking in that area of the room. I asked for arefund for the next night, but the hotel saff said I was beingrude to the staff for complaining and asjing for this no hassle refund, even ymthey said they offered upon check-in that we both nwver heard offered, but were now giving me a hard time about, as they eventually agreed to, with a late checkout fee applied. I wouldn't agree to that because thats not a hassle free refund in my mind. So, due to all the undo stress all this back and forth caused on ny birthday celebration weekend, I decided to just stay another night and take this matter uo with more seniior management after our stay and via numerous reviews with my hundreds of thousands of followers, if this matter is not resloved to my utmost satisfaction.
