The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. I must comment on a few things though that pertain to all of the Homewood 2 Suites locations.
The breakfast is horrible. It’s all processed food. Man made looking stuff. This is a big issue in America now. Can we please have real food?
The soap shampoo and conditioner are all subject to tampering. Anyone could put anything in them because they are not locked.
I found it laughable to see a sign on the building that says we are not responsible for items being stolen from vehicles while on our property. Most people have car insurance that can cover that .
What they are responsible for is some freak tampering with the soap dispensers!!!

The room was OK. The front desk clerk was very stand offish and not helpful at all. Breakfast was not great at all. The portions were small and ran out almost as fast as the tiny portions were put in the case. There needed to be more waffle machines if that was going to be accessible to all. We asked for extra blankets and were given blankets that were as thick as a sheet....Only when we specifically asked for blankets (the next day) that were more like comforters were we given warm blankets. The first night after we bathed and were in our pjs did we discover the sheet like blankets were no help at all. We called the front desk and asked if someone could bring us blankets and were told they had no one to help. No service. It was 10:30pm. Will not book here again.

Room was great for sure! The people that clean the hotel was great as well. Reception need to go no customer service the Jamaican lady is just not the right person to be dealing with customers. I love the hotel brand but you need to be careful of who you use to represent you. Definitely will not be going back was not pleased and I spent 14 nights breakfast was the same I did not have a problem with that, but the fact that you have to wait an hour for them to be opened on a couple occasion and then bagels and other stuff are out is disgraceful. When I booked I was really looking forward to staying here but after a couple nights with the poor receptionist service she never greeted the guest so sad, need to lean from the receptionist over by Hyatt place near by.

That tiny glass warmer that houses the breakfast needs to be tossed. It’s incredibly ineffective, and when you try to collect your food, you have to struggle to hold the glass door up, while getting the tongs in the tiniest opening, and the food falls out all over the counter bc you’re struggling with what is starting to feel like acrobatics or some contortionist moves. Extreme reaction from me, I admit, but that’s how much that storage container aggravated it. If it was just me struggling, it wouldn’t have been so bad, but a whole bunch of us strangers were forced to help each other out. “Ok I’ll hold the door up, slide your plate under so your plate can catch the bacon that falls out…man just use your fingers and grab the bacon bc those tongs aren’t working out…”

I stayed at the Home2 near Port Canaveral and it was excellent, so I thought I would stay at the one in Palm Bay; it was a different experience. The worst shower experience ever, the bathroom door slides, you can’t lock the bathroom door; it slides. The phone didn’t work and the room smelled, some of the outlets didn’t work. I would stay there again.

We visit Palm Bay frequently and always stay here. Nice big rooms that have a lot of storage and space for luggage and things. Good breakfast and the pool is nice. Only thing I don’t like is the barn doors on the bathroom that you can’t lock.I will continue to stay here every time I visit Palm Bay .

There was an uncontrollable air vent blowing strong above the door 24h regardless if the fan/ cooling was shut off on the thermostat or wall unit. The breakfast wasn’t great.
