The breakfast was good and so was the coffee.The room was cute and the bathroom mirror lights up, great for doing makeup. The elevators are really slow. Also the $100 deposit is still on hold 13 days later. So be aware of that. I probably would not stay again because of that.

The outside appearance of the hotel and property was well kept. The staff was very welcoming.

The room smelled sort of musty. The shower curtain was torn.

The breakfast eggs were awful…they were pretty tasteless with the consistency of rubber.

Bread was good for toast and you can’t hurt Cheerios. Nice selection of yogurt.

The room had a musty smell, and there was a dehumidifier in the room that was loud and ran the whole time; we had to constantly empty it. It was not clean; there was mold and mildew in the bin. The bed sheets were dirty and had a large marge down one side. There were multiple colors of toothpaste all over the mirror frame, and the mirror had spots from toothpaste on it. We were told they were booked, and they could not help us.

This is a great location! The staff is super friendly and service for check in was quick and painless. The rooms are clean and neat perfect for one night stays or for just when you need a room to sleep in. They offer coffee, water and lemonade all the time complimentary as well as a nice breakfast from 6am to 9am. Totally worth the morning wake up. Go check it out

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The water pressure was very low, and the water never got warmer than barely tolerable. There was mold on the curtains, and the room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. The TV remote’s power button didn’t work and looked like it had been chewed on by a dog.
Breakfast had some positives — the food was hot and tasted good — but the paper plates provided were extremely thin and flimsy, requiring us to use multiple plates just to hold our food. The shower was also missing conditioner, which was inconvenient.
Overall, while the staff was kind, the hotel itself could use significant maintenance and attention to cleanliness.

The people were nice, and as helpful as they could be. We received an extra charge days after we checked out. We will be disputing it and reversing the charge, as we have the receipt from check out. The carpet stinks. Literally smells bad. Also, we were put into room 209 and random clunking sounds happened all night, waking up my wife several times both nights. We also could hear very time someone got ice from the ice maker and when the ice maker dumped a fresh load of ice. The phone in room 209 did not work, so we had to walk to the lobby to ask anything. We asked to be moved to another room Friday but they said they could not because it was too late in the day. They moved us Saturday to room 227. That room had two queen beds, where 209 had one king bed. The sheets in 227 were so tight that I could not move my feet in them. At least in both rooms the sheets were clean and the rooms were tidy. Minor observations: there was a framing nail sticking out at the bottom of the door frame in the 209 bathroom. The lotion containers were virtually empty. The front door to 209 did not seem tightly closed, though it was safely closed.

One of the worst experiences, trying to get a room at a hotel. When my colleague and I arrived, there was a lady who was clearly upset speaking with The front desk worker that there were cockroaches in her room. She said she was done with the place and walked right out. This was a pretty bad omen on walking into this hotel. A couple of minutes later another customer came down saying that the people next-door to them were loud and somebody needed to do something about it. When we got to our rooms, my colleagues room had cockroaches in it. We immediately packed up our things and went to the front desk and asked for a refund which they were unable to provide. The front desk worker was fairly rude to my colleague, and even suggested that we had brought cockroaches with us or other people had brought cockroaches with them into the hotel. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable for any hospitality, industry worker.

Worst experience EVER! The hotel looks and smells filthy. The furniture was stained and the A/C didn’t work at all. When I asked the staff about the A/C they told me they wouldn’t be able to do anything about it till the morning. Which is understandable, but when asked about switching rooms, they said they wouldn’t be able to do that. So we made it through the night and checkout is at 11am. We weee running behind so at 11:30am, the staff started knocking on door and threatening to charge late fee, which I was fine with. We were packing up and about 15 more min went by and the police were at the door because the hotel wanted to trespass us. TRESPASS?? For being 45 minutes past checkout??? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

My stay at the Quality Inn Palm Bay - Melbourne I-95 was pleasantly surprising for a budget-friendly hotel. The location right off I-95 made it super easy to access, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance—perfect after a long drive.

The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds that helped me get a good night’s rest. The free WiFi worked well, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the Florida heat. Breakfast was a nice bonus: continental options with hot items like waffles and eggs, coffee available all day, which was convenient.

The staff were standout—helpful, friendly, and quick to assist with any questions. The pool area was clean and relaxing, though I didn’t have much time to use it.

Overall, excellent value for the price. Not luxury, but everything I needed for a comfortable overnight or short stay. I’d definitely return when in the area! (4/5 stars)

Stayed here with a dog for 2 nights. Carpet smelled like the animals that stayed here before but i got used to it. Bathroom was clean with hot water. Sheets were nice and white and bed was soft. Breakfast wasn't bad either. Staff was really nice. Just don't eat at the Arbys nearby, absolutely disgusting.

My only issue was the room smell. I had to spray all over the room .. put the ac at 60 thanks God I only had to stay one night.. hopefully they fix that otherwise location and staff top notch!!

The room was clean with comfortable bed (soft sheets). Sink with large counter and big mirror outside room with toilet & shower. This room has a king size bed. Staff was friendly, not just front desk, also maintenance and lady taking care of the buffet breakfast (good, filling foods). Coffee and tea always available, and cookies ready at certain time each day. Pool clean with chairs & loungers (open 7am -7pm). Parking out front, because guests go inside hotel to their room. They didn't recommend leaving valuables in your vehicle, but we had no problems. They have a working elevator, washer and dryer, snack machine & ice maker. And No I was not paid for my review.

Nice staff, convenient location, easy parking. There was a strong smell in the room of mould and dampness which made it inconvenient. Staff was kind enough to give me a room freshener but that didn't help with the smell.

I would love to give this property higher marks because it is in a great location, easy to get to and the staff are first class and very pleasant. However the property itself dispute the reviews isn’t really up to standard. I will admit that some of the issues might have been resolved if we had complained at the start, but sheer tiredness and then a reluctance to do so due to only being there for 6 nights put us off. Well that and the general reluctance of brits to complain.

First the good bits. If you are staying in this area then the location is perfect with good parking and easy to get to. The area around the hotel has ample eating places and the staff at the hotel are very friendly and professional.

Now the bad. The hotel definitely feels old. The room we were staying in 304 had roaches and as we seen a pest controller in the hallways, I suspect we weren’t the only one. While I can forgive roaches, it is Florida after all. The room smelt damp and disgusting. This smell lasted the whole week and is probably due to being unable to open windows to get some fresh air. The aircon which came on every 5-10 minutes was like being stuck on a runway it was that loud and made sleeping a real problem. There was no cleaning at all while we were there and when we saw people leaving dirty towels outside their doors we thought they might have been changed on the third day but alas not. We had to go to reception and ask for clean ones, which we got but no.

I came here as a solo traveller , and I just want to say wow , the place is beautiful , when you walk in you get a great welcome from the front desk , also their are hot and cold drinks available for you at the front which are for the whole stay your their , the breakfast in the morning was lovely , you have a great choice , cereal , pan cakes , fruit , muffins , toast , sasuges , eggs , Tato tots , was lovely and the young lady that made sure everthing was topped up was so nice and friendly , the rooms where clean and tidy , you get movie channel and mtv and other good channels on the telly , the air conditioning was really good as well and kept the rooms nice and cool. All in all a great stay in an area that has lots of places to eat and shop as well as bus stop out side . Great hotel.
