I have stayed here many times. I prefer the rooms without carpeting and will request that for future stays. The staff are very friendly and helpful, whether arriving at 3:00 a.m or 3:00 p.m.

It took a couple of days for the room humidity to clear, you should run air conditioning in unused rooms (not full blast but enough to dehumidify), so that linens, towels and carpets do not feel moist.

Otherwise, it was good value for the money and the staff was exceptional.

Well besides the inaccurate pricing and information given at reception the smell in rooms was aweful and worst of all the roaches climbing the walls didnt allow us to sleep. Were there for work and was a terrible palce to stay we chose you over other hotels assuming yyou were best. We were very disappointed and left early on. Do not recommend!

Staff was great and responsive. Requesting to have your room cleaned is not something I like. Place could use a refresh. Rooms all have bath tubs and no walk in showers. Shower heads are terrible, have to shower twice as long to wash the soap off. Place is clean and beds vere very comfortable. Dont think the cost refkects the quality.

The first night i had to call multiple times to the front desk about people above running around and jumping it was 10:30pm. My phone didn't work and only a few tv chanels worked. But everything else was good.

I was kind of hoping more for a bagel option. If the breakfast I’m not much of an eggs or pancake person, but I thought it was beautiful. The staff was wonderful. My room was clean. I even got sick one day when I was there in the staff helped me through the whole time.

Mold on ceilings and weird odor in hotel and in the room like a wet carpet covered up with deodorizer. It just doesn't smell clean. I had to go across the street to Walmart and buy stuff to clean the bathroom and room with. I don't know why I thought this would be a better quality hotel but I was thoroughly disappointed.

While the check in with the front desk clerk was great as she stated the hotel was under renovation and would be putting us in one of those rooms. Upon entering the room it’s smelled of mold and pets. The carpet was filthy, furniture marked up and dirty, stains on the bed and sheets. Went to pick up the room phone to call the front desk only to find there was no cord ! Went downstairs to discuss with front desk and asked for our refund and checked out. We were there a whole 5 mins!! And yet they can’t give a refund! Unacceptable!!

I did not know this was a pet friendly hotel, I was doing laundry and a german shepard turned the corner and growled at me. the owner came with his lease and said so sorry and left. , I did not like that the sink was outside the toilet/tub area. room was clean but dark even with lights on.

Clean room and friendly staff. Beds on the very firm side with small square pillows more appropriate for decor than sleeping. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors and limited breakfast hours. Good location.

This hotel is outdated even though the 3rd rooms were just recently renovated. The lobby is overwhelming with the decorations and wall art. Breakfast left alot to be desired.

The breakfast was good and so was the coffee.The room was cute and the bathroom mirror lights up, great for doing makeup. The elevators are really slow. Also the $100 deposit is still on hold 13 days later. So be aware of that. I probably would not stay again because of that.

This hotel was dismal and dirty. Furniture old and damaged. The rugs were torn and frayed. Walls were paper thin and you could hear everything. Horrible disinfectant smell throughout entire hotel. Will not be staying here again.

The outside appearance of the hotel and property was well kept. The staff was very welcoming.

The room smelled sort of musty. The shower curtain was torn.

The breakfast eggs were awful…they were pretty tasteless with the consistency of rubber.

Bread was good for toast and you can’t hurt Cheerios. Nice selection of yogurt.

The room had a musty smell, and there was a dehumidifier in the room that was loud and ran the whole time; we had to constantly empty it. It was not clean; there was mold and mildew in the bin. The bed sheets were dirty and had a large marge down one side. There were multiple colors of toothpaste all over the mirror frame, and the mirror had spots from toothpaste on it. We were told they were booked, and they could not help us.

This is a great location! The staff is super friendly and service for check in was quick and painless. The rooms are clean and neat perfect for one night stays or for just when you need a room to sleep in. They offer coffee, water and lemonade all the time complimentary as well as a nice breakfast from 6am to 9am. Totally worth the morning wake up. Go check it out

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The water pressure was very low, and the water never got warmer than barely tolerable. There was mold on the curtains, and the room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. The TV remote’s power button didn’t work and looked like it had been chewed on by a dog.
Breakfast had some positives — the food was hot and tasted good — but the paper plates provided were extremely thin and flimsy, requiring us to use multiple plates just to hold our food. The shower was also missing conditioner, which was inconvenient.
Overall, while the staff was kind, the hotel itself could use significant maintenance and attention to cleanliness.

The people were nice, and as helpful as they could be. We received an extra charge days after we checked out. We will be disputing it and reversing the charge, as we have the receipt from check out. The carpet stinks. Literally smells bad. Also, we were put into room 209 and random clunking sounds happened all night, waking up my wife several times both nights. We also could hear very time someone got ice from the ice maker and when the ice maker dumped a fresh load of ice. The phone in room 209 did not work, so we had to walk to the lobby to ask anything. We asked to be moved to another room Friday but they said they could not because it was too late in the day. They moved us Saturday to room 227. That room had two queen beds, where 209 had one king bed. The sheets in 227 were so tight that I could not move my feet in them. At least in both rooms the sheets were clean and the rooms were tidy. Minor observations: there was a framing nail sticking out at the bottom of the door frame in the 209 bathroom. The lotion containers were virtually empty. The front door to 209 did not seem tightly closed, though it was safely closed.

One of the worst experiences, trying to get a room at a hotel. When my colleague and I arrived, there was a lady who was clearly upset speaking with The front desk worker that there were cockroaches in her room. She said she was done with the place and walked right out. This was a pretty bad omen on walking into this hotel. A couple of minutes later another customer came down saying that the people next-door to them were loud and somebody needed to do something about it. When we got to our rooms, my colleagues room had cockroaches in it. We immediately packed up our things and went to the front desk and asked for a refund which they were unable to provide. The front desk worker was fairly rude to my colleague, and even suggested that we had brought cockroaches with us or other people had brought cockroaches with them into the hotel. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable for any hospitality, industry worker.

Worst experience EVER! The hotel looks and smells filthy. The furniture was stained and the A/C didn’t work at all. When I asked the staff about the A/C they told me they wouldn’t be able to do anything about it till the morning. Which is understandable, but when asked about switching rooms, they said they wouldn’t be able to do that. So we made it through the night and checkout is at 11am. We weee running behind so at 11:30am, the staff started knocking on door and threatening to charge late fee, which I was fine with. We were packing up and about 15 more min went by and the police were at the door because the hotel wanted to trespass us. TRESPASS?? For being 45 minutes past checkout??? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

My stay at the Quality Inn Palm Bay - Melbourne I-95 was pleasantly surprising for a budget-friendly hotel. The location right off I-95 made it super easy to access, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance—perfect after a long drive.

The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds that helped me get a good night’s rest. The free WiFi worked well, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the Florida heat. Breakfast was a nice bonus: continental options with hot items like waffles and eggs, coffee available all day, which was convenient.

The staff were standout—helpful, friendly, and quick to assist with any questions. The pool area was clean and relaxing, though I didn’t have much time to use it.

Overall, excellent value for the price. Not luxury, but everything I needed for a comfortable overnight or short stay. I’d definitely return when in the area! (4/5 stars)

Full disclosure was lacking on pet policy/fees until you arrive and sign in at the front desk. Remember to ask for coffee pods as you check in if you want coffee in your room.

I ended up checking out 1 day early and owner refused to refund the pet fee.
