LOVED our stay! From the time we checked in staff were delightful and helpful. Right on the she of the beach, we could see the ocean from our beautifully decorated serene room. Delicious breakfast served in two courses. Yummy cookies available all day. Highly recommend this quaint B&B!

From start to finish this was a magical stay. The staff are very welcoming, from the checking in through the breakfast servers. We stayed in Ella Belle's room, and it was beautiful with a direct view of the ocean. The homemade cookies waiting in the room were a special touch. The bed was comfortable, and the spa tub was the perfect size for tall people. The breakfast every morning was delicious. We will most definitely be back.

The staff was amazing, the room was absolutely spotless and the entire property was breath taking. We stayed in the carriage house which was absolutely perfect. Also the location offers so many extras including pop, chips and icecream, free of charge! As well as a wine hour with snacks and an amazing home cooked breakfast with mimosas!
The only downside and it is a minimul one, is that the bed and breakfast sits on a busy corner road, right across from the ocean. It does add some noise but not much.
We 100% will return again in the future.

This is a cute and unique place that I’d definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area. The beach is literally across the street and the view of the ocean from our balcony was amazing. The staff are super friendly and really go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. Breakfast was delicious every morning. They also have little extras like snacks and drinks available anytime and a daily happy hour that is a perfect little break between the beach and before going out to dinner.

What an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Melbourne Beach. The property is absolutely beautiful and the room, food outstanding. We stayed in the Sunrise room for our 40th anniversary and had wonderful views of the sunrise each morning we were there. The social hour in the afternoon was nice added touch with some great food and drinks after a day at the beach. Can't wait to go back!

This Bed and Breakfast exceeded all expectations! Charlotte’s suite was absolutely beautiful! The bed was extremely comfortable. Room decor was perfect for the beachy town and the ambiance. The grounds were quiet and serene, perfect place to enjoy with your person! The staff are welcoming and very friendly and helpful with all needs. The food is delicious, great choices offered. The social hour offers fresh apps and the wine, which was refreshing.

We really enjoyed our experience at Port d' Hiver. The staff were really nice. The entire facility was very well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The only improvement I would suggest, based on staying at many other similar settings is the breakfast. They can definitely improve on better selection. Not only did my wife and I think so, but based on my conversations with other guests at the pool. However, we will be back again.

This is a different class of B&B. All rooms appear to have individual exterior entrance and the privacy that comes with that. Excellent furnishings, fridge in room, common space with gardens, small pool and \"garden waterfall hot tub\". Breakfast and happy hour, both excellent.

This is a true hidden gem on the space coast. The property is immaculate and very well appointed. The charm of this place is what is really most captivating. Really enjoyed the grounds and staff! Easy to access the beach across the street. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok. I appreciate all the small personal details during our trip. I could have sat in The courtyard for days taking in the atmosphere. Our room looked over a busy road, however we didn’t really notice much noise at all. The B&B is located in a bit of a neighborhood which is nice because it’s not as busy and loud as you might expect for the area. I wish there was more storage in the bathroom, as it was very tricky using the small shelf above the sink. There was a tall shelf nearby that we used to hold more of our necessities, but it is a very narrow shelf and made it a bit complicated to navigate everything we had stored for our daily routines. I also really wish the towels and washcloths were not directly beside the toilet. I was very turned off by that and didn’t want to use the towels. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. I think if we return in the future, I’d prefer a courtyard view room over the ocean view.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. All the staff were very friendly and every little detail has been well planned. The amenities like the complimentary snack bar, beach towels, bottled waters in the room are just some examples. Breakfast was delicious as well. We will definitely make a return visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Port d'Hiver. The room and property are beautiful, and comfortable. The suite we were in (Walter's Suite) was lovely. The shower had built in wall spray nozzles that pointed straight at the shower door and caused water to go under the door and soak the floor. The handle to the nozzles was also very loose.
We meant to mention it to the staff while there, but we did not, I'm sure they could easily have fixed the handle... the nozzles facing the shower door will be more difficult to resolve.
However, all in all, we highly recommend Port d'Hiver!

Perfect hotel for a relaxing get away in Florida. The staff at Port d'Hiver went out of their way to make my wife and I feel right at home during our visit. The only issue was that we could only stay three nights. I would recommend the Port d'Hiver to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay on the east coast of Florida.

This was hands down one of the best weekend getaways I've stayed at. The grounds were beautiful with the hot tub and pool being open 24 hours. The service was fantastic! They really think of everything and treat you with respect and care. From the moment we checked in we had cookies waiting in our room, and they were amazing homemade! We had requested the cheese and fruit board as well. This was waiting for us in the room. The gave us enough where we skipped lunch. They also serve light snacks and free wine and beer from 5-6. I loved that all the food was brought up to our room where we could enjoy it on the balcony. Breakfast was included as well! They also take care of anything you could need, with a stocked free snack room, to having all the beach supplies ready whenever you need them. The location is perfect as well. sitting right across the street from beach access and beach volley ball. There is also a restaurant and bar across the street. The staff were so beyond helpful when picking our dinner reservations near by as well. And added surprise in our room was the jet bathtub that was big enough for two people! The atmosphere at the entire resort was very relaxed and welcoming. I will 100% be recommending this place to anyone who will listen. I will also hopefully be planning another trip back!

We could not even begin to say enough good about our experience here in this lovely boutique style B&B. After taking a perfectly guided tour through the beautifully maintained library, eating areas, patio, pool and hot tub area, we were welcomed to The Sunrise Room for our four night stay. The room was exactly as we had hoped, full of sunshine with an ocean-view. The room was decorated with intricate details that made us feel as if we were king and queen for our stay. We found the most delicious cookies awaiting us and of course, we dug right in. OMG...if only I could be greeted daily with this treat. But, just when you don't think it could get any better, the 5pm complimentary wine and light hors d’oeuvres wow you once again. It was far more than expected! The evening \"turn down\" service cone again included a yummy freshly made treat. After a relaxing sleep in room where you truly control the a/c, we found ourselves ordering breakfast and without even trying to describe it let me just say, it is a meal you would pay above average prices for. Plus, it is delivered to your room with a tablecloth with real utensils! And everyday this pattern continues! The staff could not be any nicer and tend to your every need. They constantly ask if there is anything more you need! Water, soda's and snacks are provided while you lounge in the gardens. Overall, this B&B is far above anything you can imagine and well worth the cost.

We went for our anniversary, both working in the luxury hospitality business. We usually have a pretty acute eye to details and critic easily. We have to say that Port d'Hiver was a really nice surprise, worth every buck. Welcome was warm and easy. Room was clean, spacious, well decorated, with good smell, a bluetooth speaker, a spacious bathtub and a big comfy bed. Instructions to the room are clear and labelled. There's even a room near the pool with complimentary snacks and drinks... Breakfast on the patio was delicious and service was swift. Shoutout to the staff that welcomed and guided us. They were warm, helpful, smiling, and made our anniversary special. Thanks again!

This place has it all figured out! The owner and staff are just lovely. The accomadations accomodate your every need or whim. Rooms are beautiful, bed and linens are comfortable. The pool is heated to jacuzzi tempurature and jetted. The gourmet breafasts are to die for (multi-course meals of the owner's cherished family recipes). The freshly baked cookies on hand all day are marvelous. They think of everything and make it available to you (beach chairs and towels, bikes, afternoon wine and hors d'oeuvres). We will be back and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. A+++
