I have zero complaints about this hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. I would like to thank the housekeeper who cleaned my room, and Lea, the front desk receptionist, for her warm welcome.

I had spent that day placing my Father into Hospice House. It had been 14 hrs, and I was exhausted. I just wanted to lay down and watch tv. The tv had no signal. I picked up the room phone to call the front desk and it didn't work. Then put clothes back on and walked downstairs. The front desk Woman gave me a # to call! 30 mins later, I was on a call with tech support. They then informed me that a hotel tech would have to come to the room. A period of time went by, nobody showed, so I started to go back down to the front desk. On my way, the same Woman that had given me the number to call, was now my \"tech support\". Start to finish, an hr later of my time, I had a working tv.
I then went over to the light next to the room phone that didn't work, and my foot landed in a sticky substance on the floor. The room hadn't even been fully cleaned.

Check in was great, building and rooms were clean however very loud, we could hear everything above and below us. We got down to breakfast at 0915 and breakfast was all gone because “they did not get a delivery”. But she did offer us a granola bar and a cup of coffee and a styrofoam cup. There were no hairdryers in the room and when I went to the front desk they had none left. Overall it was an ok stay for a quick stop.

Excellent location near I-95, room with a full-size refrigerator, stove, sink, ample storage space, access to restaurants, and a gas station. The only negative thing I could say is that they only have one ice machine for the entire hotel (and it was broken), and the breakfast they advertised only had four muffins and a few snack bars when we went to the lobby at 8:00 am. We didn't even try the coffee we thought they didn't have any either.

Lots of items were broken or disrepair. No functioning phone, the shower head wasn’t install properly and was spraying water over the curtain into the bath. No hairdryer. Also the hotel says complimentary “breakfast” but it was more snacks than a breakfast. It also wasn’t stocked. Everything was gone by 7:45 and the breakfast was offered until 9am.

The room had an odd smell to it; couldn't put my finger on it. Faint combination of stale, smoky, maybe dirty mop used; just not pleasant. The continental breakfast was the most limited I've ever seen. Tiny yogurt, no variety, and small plastic-wrapped muffins. More like snacks than even a liberal definition of a \"continental breakfast\". Both coffee urns were empty despite the fact I hadn't seen any customers in their vicinity. But, on the positive side, the room and the hotel overall were clean.

It was perfectly located near anything that one might want or need of one we’re visiting from out of town. The facility was clean all throughout. Our room was spacious. Although each room comes with rack of its own healing and cooling system, the air was constantly dry. It is likely that the people before us smoked cigarettes because the air was stale, dry, and reeked of Marlboro. The linen was fine yet the bed was kinda lumpy. Please keep in mind that it is an extend stay facility but were were only traveling for two nights.

It was an awful experience we booked for 5 nights and on the first night we found out there was no water pressure to the 4th floor they gave us, and we were told the pumps were not working right and they were getting them fixed on Monday. But understand we got there on Friday night so we had to go to family house for our showers, also the person in the room next door left the tv blasting all night and we didn’t get sleep. I spoke to the front desk and I was told they would say something to the person, now on day 2 & 3 we still had no water pressure and were told it still wasn’t fixed and promised us a credit for those nights which hasn’t happened. Now day 4 we got switched to the 2nd floor and the water pressure was better but still not repaired as of yet and what made matters worse was we go back to the hotel at 11:00 pm and now we have young kids running above us and at 12:30 am I went down and spoke to the man at the front desk and he told me he would talk to the mother but nothing happened and we were sooo exhausted at 2:30 am fell asleep with these kids still running around it was honestly so loud and in the morning I complained to the manager and she told me it’s a mother with 3 young boys and would speak to her about this. She did say something to her because our last night was finally peaceful. But it ruined our vacation as far as being able to get sleep and we would never stay there again and I’m gonna still look for my credit they owe me.

The room had a musky scent and feel to it. There was a dampness in the air that affected our breathing. The pillows were not comfortable. I found a used bar of soap in the shower with hair on it. The number of towels provided was inadequate. The grab and go breakfast was almost non-existent by 9 a.m. Shower curtain smelled bad. Not enough hangars to hang clothing. The phone in the room didn't work and because it was the weekend, no one was available until Monday or Tuesday to repair it. I also couldn't use the internet due to some service issues that we eventually resolved.

Our stay was nice and quiet, everything was clean and staff were nice! My only two complaints were that the breakfast was lacking with just some granola bars and yogurt. Also there was no pool which I thought was odd especially being about 22 minutes from the beach

Great stay
Location was fantastic. Excellent shopping and restaurants within 1 mile. We stayed one night before a cruise and will do it again. The room was very clean. In fact I took a shower and didn’t want to walk on the floor so I stayed on the bathmat and slid my way through the room. Just for fun I wanted to see how dirty the floor was and when I turned the bath over, it was clean. I was amazed. Just be forewarned there’s kitchen accessories in the room. But they are available for the asking.

Very nice hotel. Easy check-in. Room was very nice. Beds were nice and comfortable. TV worked fine. The shower was great. A bit noisy from \"heavy walkers\" but you always have people who think their the only ones in the hotel. The faucet extends about one inch into the sink so it's very tough to brush your teeth, wash you face and hands, etc.
