Not American scammed at property and they were rudely adding to the doesn’t and don’t after I signed told me no animals or smoking rules after she took my $ the hassle of not accepting cash and extra deposit. No refund no bREAkfast no pets screw this place.

We did not stay at this property. When we arrived, it appeared to be an abandoned and severely run-down apartment complex. Individuals who appeared to be unhoused were lingering around the property, and there was no clear entrance or reception area. Hand-painted signs directed guests to a side door, which felt unsafe and unprofessional.

I did not feel comfortable exiting my vehicle due to safety concerns and the risk of theft or damage to our car. This was an immediate decision to leave.

Place is affordable however when we got in our room and pulled the bed linen back there was a dead roach laying on our bed. Start could have been a little more shocked and nicer about the situation. They put us in another room and I never seen anything creeping around in the next room or anywhere in the hotel. Needs some structure maintenance but I guess if you NEED a place to stay after a12 hour late arrival it’s good. Oh and the shuttle only ruins from 10am-5pm.

They’re still renovating but somehow they were able to keep the rooms clean from dust, I have a very sensitive nose towards that. It’s a good affordable place, works well for what I need.

Room was fine but outdated rugs and the cooling heating units are loud when they constantly go on and off. The REAL PROBLEM IS THAT yall post some fake pictures or old ones or Azi fixed up ones. That unfair and not real depictions of the state of where you are staying SHOULD BE ILLLEGAL IT US IN REAL ESTATE so expedia BIG SHAME IN YOU. I know what i get when i pay lowest price. However honesty should be oart if Exoedias practice.
AND BE CAREFUL WHEN SEARCHING THEIR ARE MANY PLACES CALLED SUBURBAN STUDIO AND YOU CAN TYPE IN WHAT YOU WANT BUT CAN BE MISDIRECTED TO DIFFERENT HOTEL. IF YOU BOOK THERE ZND DONT BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN AND EMAIL EXPEDIA 14 MINUTES LATER THE ROBOT DOES NOT CARE NOR DO THE PEOPLE. SAD BUT TRUE.

When I booked the room it was not mentioned that the property was under major construction. There were only a few rooms available which were near the construction. The building was very hot inside and smelled moldy and musky. The front desk agent had a bad attitude

The airport shuttle was very convenient and the hotel was walking distance to some shopping. I felt very safe walking around town by myself! Very nice accommodations and the front staff was very helpful!

Older building with nice room renovations

Within walking distance of MLB airport, I booked 2 nights while visiting the area. The room was very clean with great furnishings, and had a very light \"clean\" scent. Both the bed and the desk chair were very comfortable, and the bathroom was small but new and functional. My initial impression was an old building with old carpet -- but the carpet looked new, it just had that musty/dank smell like it needed a carpet cleaning.
Check-in was a bit more problematic. The attendant did not seem knowledgeable/comfortable with their job yet. Multiple problems getting my credit card charged the $100 deposit. And then the next day I was stuck outside in a rainstorm because my key didn't work. Turned-out at check-in the lady validated the room card for 1 day, not the 2 that I paid for.
I would definitely stay there again.

I checked in late on 5/3. The first room was next to a noisy tenant. The second room, the bedroom and bathroom counters were full of small beige bugs, running all over. I took pictures and video. I checked out quickly and showed the pictures and video to the receptionist supervisor. Management refuses to refund my money for 5/3 and 5/8, which I didn’t stay either day. I’m due a full refund of both days, the hotel defaulted due to having bugs in the room which is a health violation.

They asked for a $100 deposit that would be refunded when you check out even though the rooms was paid in full. Never have I had this happen before. It certainly wasn't a fancy place. Didn't even have a place for you to get water. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable .

Great overnight stay.

This is a great hotel, so close to the airport! The rooms are newly remodeled and beautiful. Shower was terrific. Very quiet. AC did not work quite right, but it wasn’t uncomfortable. The exterior needs a lot of work, but perhaps that’s to come. Overall, we were overjoyed we booked it. Again, you can see the airport from the hotel.

Surprising charming location in Melbourne

This property truly surprised me. I did not expect to enjoy my stay as much as I did. Very comfortable rooms. Very clean location.

The exterior of the building looks a bit dated and was initially off-putting but once I got inside to my room and was able to take advantage of my studio I was very pleased. It was great value for my money.

My only wish was that the front desk had the ability to match or offer prices because I went to go and extend my stay and extra day and was basically told try booking it online because we can't give you the prices you can get there. That always confuses me because those prices online are set by the venue and a percentage of that price has to go to the booking agency so why wouldn't you just match that price in house?

Basic survival necessities. Room was in good condition, recently renovated. However some of the rooms are still outdated we just got lucky. This is a bare minimum hotel and the price reflects this.

Overall if I am looking for the cheapest option, I am probably going to choose this one again. They are close to town, room was clean, nothing sketchy going on around the hotel.

Well when we showed up we only had 86$ for deposit and I understand that it was 100$ but they made me and my pregnant fiancee walk 1/2 a mile in the rain to get the 14$ that they couldn't accommodate us until we got it or we would lose the 50$ we had prepaid for room. Then we went up to the room witch half of it was condemned and when in the room we turned the heater on witch started smoking and set off the fire alarm and when I told them that the room was smokey she replied it does that cause it hasn't been turned on I'm a while. Then the microwave started smoking and then when we checked out they said we would get out deposit back because that was all of our money she told me it would be a week before we would get it on our card and that we couldn't wait for our ride since we were checked out that we had to leave the property. So we did in the pouring rain with all our stuff to wait for our ride completely drenched. The place was horrible to us.

I was really disappointed with my stay here. Aside from the fact that the rooms smell musty and the whole place will give you the creeps, they also extort money from your deposit by making false claims. They claim that I took a hanger from them and used that to justify deducting amounts from my deposit. $25 for a hanger won’t make me a poor man, but it is a matter of principle. I phoned them about this and their attitude was that they don’t care about the fact that I didn’t even use their rails to hang my clothes (let alone use their hangers), the fact that the hanger wasn’t in there means that they can charge me. Support this establishment at your own risk—it’s a rat hole.

The place had a bed to stay the night and the staff, although dead eyed, was courteous. It definitely wasn’t the Hilton or Marriott. It was clean with that grimey feeling if you know you know. It did its job I guess. I wish I didn’t have to stay there again but would if I had to.

Don't judge the book by it's cover!

The exterior of the hotel had not been renovated yet, we were apprehensive to check in. However, we decided to give it a chance and was glad that we did. The interior was fully renovated the hallways and rooms were immaculate but brand new carpet fresh paint fresh and brand new everything! The bathrooms also had a very modern renovation. Highly recommend this hidden jewel.

It looks like a section 8 apartment. The property is disgusting and the awful smell in the hallways was a prelude to the room itsel. I would sleep on the streets before coming here again. There's no sound barrier between rooms, you can literally here peoples conversations and I even heard a guy snoring....

That place hasn’t been remodeled in years, the baseboards are covered in filth, room doors have food, boogers, blood and who else knows smeared on them. We turned on the bathroom lights and roaches scattered. Beds fit one adult, carpet holds nasty smell. Just disgusting. And front desk all look miserable. And, during our stay we could hear a couple arguing cussing up a storm. We came with 3 kids, worse experience ever.

This facility has a nice kitchenette with a full size fridge which allowed me to recharge my cooling elements for a long trip next day. The thought that I am not paying a fortune for a clean comfortable bed also contributed to my good night sleep.

This was a good stay and served its purpose. The staff was very friendly at check-in and answered all of my questions. The room was spacious and clean. It was nice to have a small kitchen and the extra space. There were parts of the building that were outdated and/or being renovated, but it was fine. The walls were a little thin, but luckily most people weren't very loud. The location was good and near everything I needed. This isn't top luxury, but I wouldn't have a problem staying again.
