We didn’t use the laundry or the gym. But we did use the pool and the only negative thing I would say about the property is that the pool was so incredibly cold that my granddaughter‘s teeth were chattering and so are everybody else’s that were in the pool. So maybe turn it up a little bit so that you don’t have to get in a hot shower to defrost.

Room was clean, spacious and very modern. Hot water wasn’t always the greatest - first day it was lukewarm, second day was amazingly hot and this morning it was slightly above cold. Young lady at the front desk ( very sweet red-head, can’t remember her name) was incredibly kind and nice upon checkout. We stayed three nights after we lost power to our house in west nashville following the storms.

Nice hotel. Very nice staff. The beds are so comfortable I wanted to take one home with me. Very quiet. Full kitchen and nice decor. I wish we were able to stay longer. And the cherry on top is the new In ‘n’ Out burger within walking distance. Life is good!

The staff was genuinely wonderful—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our stay. We also loved the pantry area with food available for purchase, and the fresh-ground coffee offered each morning was a real highlight. Having a full-size refrigerator with actual glassware in the room was another great touch and made our stay more comfortable.

Unfortunately, a few issues affected our experience. Our tub didn’t drain properly, and the stopper wouldn’t stay open unless I wedged a washcloth under it. We also never had hot water; it only ever reached a lukewarm temperature for our entire stay. This was especially disappointing because we did a lot of hiking and were really hoping to relax with hot showers. Although the staff kept reassuring us that we just needed to let the water run, and later mentioned that the water heaters had been replaced and should be working, it never improved. Additionally, the blackout curtains in our room didn’t close at all—as if they weren’t designed to—and since our room faced a parking lot with bright streetlights, it made the nights less restful.

Overall, the staff and amenities had some real bright spots, but the maintenance issues made the stay less comfortable than we had hoped.

I was charged twice to stay at this hotel and then was told it was expedia's fault. One person staying there for 3 nights had no ac and one person staying there asked for their room to be cleaned for four days and never had.

very noisy. was awakened 3X late that night and agin in the morning. I felt like the upstairs ro was gonna come thru the ceiling.
worse was getting up to shower and there was no hot water - had a very important meeting that morning. Informed the front desk employee and she basically brushed it off as nothing. Some sort of offer for compensation would have been nice. Paid $134/for the night and it was definitely not worth the money. Very disappointed 😞 and angry 😠

I knew they didn’t provide breakfast because of the “kitchen” in each suite. However, I failed to read that they only provide service to the room once per week. Therefore, we had to go to the desk for towels every day. The drain in our shower was super slow, so we were standing in water at the end of our showers. And we had one centipede type critter crawling across our floor.

If you enjoy fixing your own food and fetching your own clean towels while on vacation, this might be a great place for you.

The property was wonderful. My only issue was host did not disclose an immediate incidentals charge to my card. I was only told when I checked out. The charge is supposed to be credited back to my card in 3-5 business days. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

The front desk staff were very friendly, however could not seem to get hot water and water pressure to our room. We took cold showers for three days because there was no hot water. We were told it was because of the construction down the street, which would have made a difference in us staying there. Had we known upon check in, we would have made arrangements elsewhere. I feel like someone should have informed us of the water situation before we found out the next morning when trying to take a shower.....

This is a suites hotel which caters more to extended stays. Hence, no complimentary breakfast. There wasn’t much hot water for the shower… too lukewarm for me. But the bed was comfortable and I slept well.
If I stayed longer and bought groceries I would have liked it better. Nice place, just bring uour own breakfast at least!

At this location there are three differently-branded hotels owned by the same corporation, stacked in a row, next to the freeway. This one is slightly cheaper and has a full kitchen, which the others don't. The others have a free breakfast, but I'd rather save the money and buy something from a local shop. There is a little marketplace off the lobby if you really don't want to leave the property. Outdoor grill area is a nice touch that guests were using. The room had everything you could want at a reasonable price. Tip: bring an HDMI cable and you can connect your computer to the large TV for streaming. Staff was lovely. I'd like to see them add EV charging as an amenity. There's not much happening at this location, but if you need a hotel at this spot, it's a good value and pleasant experience.

Will avoid in the future. Pros: great desk workspace design for 2, recliner in the room, nice kitchenette. Cons:
* Cleaning only once a week in a long-term stay hotel resulted in the room smelling like a gym locker. It was horribly stuffy and stinky with no way to get fresh air in without blasting AC. My husband was sure someone had peed on the AC unit, but no - it was just kicking up that much stink from the carpet.
* Dishes were cleaned in the dishwasher had been left there by staff before we arrived, and there was standing water in some. Gross film, bad smell.
* Those who don’t sleep well with lights all over, avoid this place. Bright lights on microwave, dishwasher, and clock, others less bright like built in nightlight in bathroom, router, and more. We had to hang clothes all over to block them out.
* The pretty white “blankets” on the bed are too thin to qualify even as bedspreads. I would’ve asked for another, but another guest had done so just as I arrived, and was given just another one of those horrid things. There was no point. Huge style over substance problem.
