We arrived at night and the hotel was hard to find. No outside lights and the roll down door covered one of the two windows. Sign was not lit up and if there was a number on the building, we didnt see it.
Room was clean and comfortable, though it was a bit noisy from the street. The hotel was convenient to the beach, the Mercado and many restaurants.

This hotel is very good value for money and importantly was very clean. Yes the room was on the small side and you can hear a bit from other rooms but that was no problem for us. Pay more - get a bigger room and sound proofing! The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd use the hotel again.

This place is centrally located, just 3 min walk to the bus stop from and to the airport, so many amazing local restaurants and shopping just less than 5 min away, and just 15 min walk to the beach. The hotel restaurant has such cheap but absolutely tasty 3 course lunch meals for just €11 with a drink.

However, this place is so loud, I didn’t sleep at all the first night I got there as I could hear the people on the street, on the top floor, the hotel doors slamming and the people next door coughing or chatting. I was on 4th floor and asked to move rooms and was moved to a room facing away from the street and that was more bearable but I still had to use ear plugs in order to sleep.

This has to be one of the quietest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Room 406. Spotlessly clean and cosy and comfortable.
Perfectly located for everything and a 3 min walk to the bus station for the airport.
I had a charming welcome at check in too.

Solo Alicante trip.

Great location. Good price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. I stayed in a single room and it had everything i needed for my stay. I paid an extra 10 euros for a safe to keep my passport and money in but mainly for insurance reasons as the place felt safe. My only complaint would be the noise on my last night from the people in the room next to me that isnt the fault of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Ideal for visiting everything in Alicante has to offer.

Nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. The single room was small but very clean, so you get your money's worth. It is located within walking distance of shops, grocery stores, restaurant, public transport and the beach. Like others have said, the walls are thin so sometimes you can hear your neighbours but this didn't really bother that much.

Nice budget hotel in th ecentre of Alicante

The hotel is perfect for a reasonably priced stay in the centre of Alicante. Rooms were adequate, as was our welcome and breakfast. Noise travels a lot between the walls. Tiny, cheap bars of soap and sachets of shower gel could be improved. Otherwise it was perfectly fine, with comfortable beds and a nice big shower.

Terrible experience, spend your money elsewhere.

I have stayed here afew times and always been satisfied but this time had room 302 & on entering it we could smell the heavy odour of cleaning material, by the late evening the smell changed to a sewage smell & by morning the smell was terrible, i complained to reception who said he can't move us as there busy & sent the cleaners to the room to pour cleaning liquid into the shower drain, i told the reception this would not fix the problem & would only cover the smell for awhile & that we was booked for 4 nights not just a single night & he said there is nothing he could do. The room 302 is unfit for habitation & is a health & hygiene issue & should never be sold until the problem is fixed. I have always given this property a glowing review on my previous stays but I will never stay again, if i had to rate my stay out of 10 it would be minus 10. I am now in the NH alicante & it is luxury for £50 more. If you do choose to stay remember do not except room 302.

Overall good experience. The location is great, restaurants, cafes, downtown and the beach were close enough. We walked everywhere. Stayed here before years ago & asgood now as it was then. Budget hotel but excellent for the price, the location is great & bus stop is at the end of the street for the airport, short walk to everything in the city centre. Rooms are quite small but comfortable & have multiple usb charging points, great shower, clean n tidy, only missing a kettle in the room, a kettle would take the room to whole new level (take note management your missing a trick there & afew euros). Good bar/restaurant attached to hotel that does a good 9euro menu. Hotel staff are helpful & friendly. I will be staying again its perfect & all you need,better than alot bigger & more expensive hotels in Alicante that i have stayed in, only difference is room size.

Overall, the room was clean and cosy. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable. There was a smell coming from the bathroom so I just kept the bathroom door closed. Soundproof wasn’t too good. But for the price I paid, these little things were totally acceptable.

They do not clean rooms! There were dust on furniture. Also walls very thin, you can hear neighbours washing and doing other things.
In our room stranger came in with his key, but reception could explain how it could happen.

The hotel was situated in the right location we were near to local shops that sold every thing the big indoor market then only a short stroll to were all the bars were and the beach and marina would definatly stay again the bar on the side that belongs to hotel is where you have your breakfast prices not to bad for other meals there so we had a few and nicely cooked over all it was a good experience we was only staying one night but ended up staying three nights

Short break...3 nights... brilliant for us... en suite double, small and clean and tidy room... everything worked well. Eye mask and ear plug pack a nice touch... nothing the hotel can do about the late night / early morning habits of the locals. Very close barrio santa cruz and city centre... easy stroll to marina and beach. Very close to airport bus stop. Some drinking in the streets around the suberb market.

Excellent value, clean room which was tidied every day with regular supply of new towels. Room was clean and comfortable although there can be a lot of noise from other guests on uncarpeted floors above and to either side. Walls quite thin and there can be noise from street. However, overall it is a very convenient place to stay - close to C6 bus stop to/from airport, close to market and not far into town with a full range of restuarants and cafes. Would recommend the Damasol cafe around the corner for quick, tasty breakfast.

You get what you pay for, clean, very uncomfortable bed bedding didn't fit properly. Only one old bolster clean, but staff spoke virtually no English and although I do speak Spanish, still struggled to make staff understand. No drink facilities in room, everything had to be bought in either from vending machine or supermarket, so adds quite a bit on room rate. Area of place bit ceedy people sleeping in doorways very close homeless. Can be quite noisy paper thin walls and maids don't take do not disturb signs, they keep knocking on and off. The upper floors refurbished but I was on 3rd tired shabby small needs updating, if it was in uk I would have left.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the room was comfortable, staff are friendly but bear in mind they do not all speak English, also you are in the centre of a bustling city, so it can be noisy. There is a restaurant attached, handy for breakfast if you haven't included that in your stay. It is close to the Central Market and the Tram station which is handy for the 20 minute trip to San Juan beach. All the amenities of Alicante are at hand, restaurants, shops, the castle, museums, theatre, beach and marina

Central Location - really good value.

This hostel is located just behind the Alicante central market. It has a good bar/restaurant attached which some years ago used to be next door. Now it belongs to the hostel. While the rooms don't have the prettiest of views, they are kept nice and clean and the air conditioning works well (it was over 30 centigrade outside when I was there). I was in a single room facing into the central well of the building. It may not sound too pleasant but I was isolated from the immense amount of noise in the street during the local fiesta and slept like a log. They actually give you some earplugs and an eye mask in a little bag if you need them! While I did have a couple of minor problems during my stay, these were resolved quickly.

There is free WiFi on all floors although the connection details change as you go higher up in the building. There is also a free internet terminal in the lounge for guest use, most hotels charge a lot for this facility if they have it.

We got a room at the front for the 5 extra nights which was SOOO noisy on the Fri & Sat nites clubs nearby. We expected this from previous reviews we read, & La Lonja do supply earplugs. All the staff, especially 'Victor' were very Good.

The hotel offers great value for money. The room was comfortable with an air con unit to keep a comfortable temperature. The room itself (a single room) was fairly small but there was enough room to get changed. I did have some noisy neighbours however complimentary ear buds were supplied which made sleeping through the noise easy. There is a bar/restaurant next door which offers drinks at a reasonable price. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay here. Although its nothing fancy, it was clean and comfortable and for the price, it was a bargain.
