The hotel is outdated. The bathrooms need renovation. The balcony was dirty and full of bird droppings. The beds were very uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. The rooms were filled with all the noise from the hallway because the doors were gaping. At night, you could hear the screams of people returning from a party, which made it difficult to sleep.

the staff were great, we had some noisy people next door at like 5am and the staff came up to deal with that sadly that didnt stop them being just as noise
so we asked to move rooms and the staff were very helpful in getting us sorted the rest of the nights were very peaceful nights of sleep

Wifi was intermittent and dropped out unless standing in the lobby or bathroom. Only socket available to charge a phone was in the bathroom. Staff are friendly and multi lingual at reception.

Good location and handy car park. Friendly and helpful staff.
Bed sheets and towels were clean but otherwise the level of cleanliness wasn’t great. We found a pair of boxer shorts on top of the air conditioning unit and used tissue on the bathroom stool. The whole room was in dire need of an update. We stayed for a one night stay over before an early flight the next morning. It served its purpose but possibly wouldn’t recommend it to friends.

The property is very old. There’s only one electrical outlet for the whole room. TheyI wanted two dollars a day for the key for the safety deposit box which is unheard of. A complementary stove and shampoo is very very, very cheap overall, I will not recommend this hotel to my worst enemies.

The facilities are older, yet cod stand to be cleaner. The room was dirty. The staff was noisy in mornings. My remote to tv was extremely gross. It had layers of dust and dirt on it. I noticed the cleaning was just dragging a mop on the floor and changing towels.

The property’s in a great location and it’s convenient to get everywhere (shops/restaurants/tourist sites/beach), but there wasn’t a single night where we slept alright. The walls are ridiculously thin and you can hear everything. The noise was ridiculous, from inside the hotel, and out when the bins were emptied.
The actual amenities weren’t all that great either - like we had a mini fridge and tv, but neither worked. We had a balcony, but the view was abysmal (tbf might be better if you paid more).

basic room but that reflects the very reasonable price. Had no coffee making facilities but the staff gave us a kettle and cups as soon as we asked. Room cleaned and replenished daily, bed was clean and comfortable. Very close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Yes you could hear some noise at times but its city centre so was expecting that. I would stay here again as the price is hard to beat in this area.

Sería muy difícil,pues,imposible que encontrases otro hotel con relación precio-calidad tan bueno como Hotel Leuka. Está bien situado, cerca de Luceros,de la estación tranvía y del centro. No te cuesta mucho esfuerzo llegar a la playa y al castillo tampoco.

Very dated hotel, staff not very sociable, cleaning staff not very good, never changed bedding once even after I cut myself on second night and got blood on sheets still made beds up with same sheets for the rest of my stay or cleaned the balcony, only one plug in room, wouldn’t stay again.

The location of the Hotel is excellent with great transport links to the airport. It is within easy walking distance to the sea, and has a wide variety of shops nearby.

The room was very comfortable and had a lot of storage space. The breakfast was very good and I particularly liked the fact that you could get your breakfast from 0730 hours. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English - it was much better than my limited Spanish.

When I come back to Alicante, I will again book this hotel.

Decent location, but...Unfortunately, the room was very dated, and not very clean. They still use old fashioned keys that hang behind the front desk! And only one single power outlet in the entire room made it difficult to power and charge anything, though they did give us an additional power strip.
The breakfast buffet was the only redeeming feature. We would not stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago. Since then there have been massive improvements in renovations and cleanliness. Service was excellent.. i arrived after 10pm to check in and was going to go out for a drink and snack. The receptionist offered me a drink and a snack in the bar so I didn't have to go out. I was very impressed at the service especially being tired after travelling all day. Great value rates too.

Individual air-conditioning unit, mini fridge in the room and full scale bath. Overbooked during the weekend so there's no chance of late check-out, at extra cost.
Basically entire building worn-out and dated. Avoid accommodation on the first floor, noisy, terrible musty smell. Also be aware of constant noise, rolled trolleys and bushed doors in the morning.

Hotel conditions are poor. Needs to be upgraded. It looks dirty. We found an uaed band-aid on the floor. Even if they were aware of the cleanliness situation the band-aid was not removed from the floor. They don't care much about cleaning. However, the lady from the front desk was helpful. Also, the location is great. Close to everything and a few blocks from the beach area 5 🌟 for that.

For the price this is an ok hotel for a one night stay to catch or get off the airport bus. The check in receptionist was not very friendly but the check out was ok. My single room was very tired and dated unlike the photos shown but was very clean and served the purpose. The location is very good being central.

Higly insecure-the doors to the terrace can't lock

We tried 2 rooms one after eavh other which were with balcony. The big sliding glass-doors to the balcony were impossible to lock.A lot of the balconies from the other rooms were conected and it is very easy somebody to go to your balcony, to open the glass doors and to enter (or rob) your room when you are not there or if you sleep inside deeply snoring. Basicaly, you don't have absolutely ANY security there for your luggage (this thing with the balcony sliding-doors is the same if you leave the door of your room entirely opened and unlocked. Everybody can go in and take everything they want. Finaly on the 3rd room we had a good luck that room to be without a balcony but just with a normal window on a higher floor. All this process for finding safe room took us more than 40min.

Vintage is one word to describe, dated is another.
Clean, but fixtures and decoration very old. Lots of noise from corridor and nearby rooms.

Hotel is very run down and air con is fro. Pre historic times. It in fact did not switch off (button was broken), so the room was changed where second aircon refused to turn on after the first night. Over than that location was good and servcie was ok

Top level hotel for the price structure it sits in

Let's be honest. This is a budget hotel so don't set unrealistic expectations. However for the price structure it sits within I'd highly recommend. The Manager who greeted me upon arrival was incredibly welcoming, he even ordered me a taxi so I could get to the Football on time.
Hot shower remained hot at different times of the day & my sheets & towels were replaced daily. If this is the price point you are willing to pay, which realisitcally is at hostel levels, I would highly reccommend Hotel Leuka and if I'm solo travelling again will have no hestitation to book again.

We were very disappointed with the Hotel Leuka. The first room we were given was like a prison cell, the beds were like rocks. The antiquated air con blew out cold air and lots of dust which was very uncomfortable. I noticed there was a big gap where there should have been a fridge. We asked for another room but they were very hesitant to give us one. After a lot of persuasion we were given an alternative with still no fridge. It was old and smelly. we could not sleep. All in all a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay!!

Worst and horrible experience ever!

On arrival, I kindly ask them to please let me used their Wi-Fi to transfer between my accounts and make payment, they refunded! I he’s to walk to the city centre to ask for Wi-Fi in other to connect.
The bathroom smells I had close the door and open the window for fresh air. There was lots of hair on the bed and duvet. Complain I was told because they wash all the beddings together. It was horrible never going there.

Be a good idea to have English Speaking Receptionists....

There’s even an English School around the corner from the hotel! STEM.

Many workers / tourists / visitors use English to communicate regardless of whether it’s their mother tongue or not (it’s not mine but I use English globally).

First and last visit to this Hotel.
Do not use room 103 its disgustingly poor.
Found a used mask on the floor, the shower gel was empty and when i moved it there was a hair under it. No fridge.
Worst of all it was next to the linen cupboard when i was a woken by the cleaners making hell of a noise. Then to top it all they gathered outside my window for a smoke and pow wow. Shower did its own thing too
