We were MUCH satisfied with the spatious room, the room service and cleanliness, but most of all with the fantastic view from the room located in 30th floor. In any direction, the view to the sea, to the castle or to the mountain ranges are gorgeous.

Central location. It's located in a residential building so it's difficult to know how much of it is really hotel.
The room was ok, fairly spacious but the space was poorly used - they could do better than a small table and two plastic chairs - that's something for a 1 star hotel.
Plenty of noise from outside.
Overall no luxury but ok place to stay in the centre of Alicante.

It was a lovely big room and comfy beds with a balcony. I wish it had a fridge and coffee facilities as there's plenty of room and that would be a great asset for customers. As for breakfast if we'd paid the £10 it would not be worth it BUT wether it was a blip or special deal we got it for £3.00 a couple and then made it well worth it. I would stay here again.

This hotel serves it purpose as a cheaper option. It is located really close to the main train station, only a ten minute walk away. Also the check in is 24 hour, great for late night arrivals. Although I was happy my stay was only one night. The back of the bathroom door had multiple hairs stuck to it. I pulled hair from the pillows and bath towels. The room otherwise appeared decently clean but definitely needed help. The bed was comfortable.

For what we paid, this hotel met our needs and was in a good location. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean, but very basic and there was an intermittent smell like the plumbing was backed up. Even the hallway smelled poorly. The safe was on the floor (hard to access) and wasn’t attached to anything (could walk out with it) and we couldn’t program it to work. Breakfast was okay, but more variety would have been nice and the tables were not cleared so there were few clean tables to sit at.

Overall, the stay was average.
The cleanliness of the property was okay but could be improved. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I would rate their service as good.
The condition of the property and the facilities were also average. One major issue was the noise: the doors are extremely loud when opening and closing, which was disturbing, especially at night. In the early morning, the cleaning staff was very loud, which made it hard to sleep in.
On a positive note, the location is very good and convenient, which was a big plus.

The apartment hotel did not offer the sorts of amenities I would expect. Even after I advised the hotel that the hairdryer and fridge did not work this was not resolved. There was a smell coming from the bathroom not sure if it was mould or pipes. Only the main room had air conditioning so fortunately I was not sharing the amenities. This ment that the second sleeping area lounge, kitchen and bathroom was unusually hot considering I was travelling in July. Only two lots of lifts appeared to be operational, this meant that when. Waiting for a lift or in the lift it was extremely warm. It was in a central location for all of the sites.

The hotel is in a great location and has everything you need, and super clean. My only quibble is that I booked it thinking at least I could have a view of the city as one of the taller hotels, only to find out the hotel is only the lower floors and the rest is apartments, so I had a view of a multistory car park. It was raining when I went so didn't spend much time on the balcony anyway

Wonderful experience. This will be my first choice in Alicante from now on. Front desk Sergio is very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and makes our experience very comfortable in Alicante. Building is of contemporary design making it more soundproof than older period buildings. For value, this is the top of our list.

I was a little apprehensive about staying here, but how wrong I was!
The hotel reception was welcoming and we were able to check in early as we had a very early flight!
The room was light, airy and clean. It had good heating to take the chill off the February air!
All in all, a great location and would certainly book again if staying in Alicante!

The hotel is fantastic for solo travellers and for being fairly central to everything, especially the beach! It felt safe to get to and from the hotel no matter the time of day or night and it had everything required for a basic stay.

What I didn't like was that there was no door hanger behind the bathroom door. The only place you can hang clothes or your towel is on the wall hook in the bathroom, which is above the toilet. That is weird and unhygienic to me. It was at times quite noisy also and I woke up to people in a nearby room just having a normal conversation!

I liked that the TV carried a few English stations.

The hotel has no insulation, so you hear everything everywhere. The maids have to realize this by now, so they thought it real cute to be loud up and push furniture around talking at full voice at 8 am. So I barely slept and this ruined my trip. Great location but do better!

Estudiotel Alicante was very convenient - walking distance from bus station, only a few minutes walk to the airport bus, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, esplanade, beach, etc. The room was spacious enough and had a little balcony. The room was renovated - looked exactly like the pictures - and clean enough. As well, the room rate I booked through Expedia (I chose the cheapest option which was non-refundable) included the breakfast buffet. I've definitely had better - and for 9€ if booked separately? I really don't know if I personally would opt in given my breakfast preferences. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am (830 on weekends), but did have plenty of breads (with spreads and some cold cuts and cheese) and pastries and cereal options. A small fridge with joghurt cups and two coffee machines with multiple options. The fresh fruit was very limited and only on one day there were some hard boiled eggs (cold). All in all, I found it a really quite good. It was convenient to everywhere in the city, comfortable enough, and I would definitely stay here again.

The building has privately owned apartments as well as hotel rooms. There were builders working in the room almost directly above me from 8 until 5 for two of the 3 days I was there. I mentioned it just before checking out and asked why I hadn't been advised that there would be building going on. I was told it was a private apartment not owned by the hotel. I wonder if I had said it the day the building started would they have facilitated a move. I got the impression from reception that because it was privately owned it was nothing to do with them.

I recently booked a room at the Estudiotel Alicante for my daughter who is studying in Spain. She had an early flight the next morning and the location was perfect... about 5 minutes to the airport shuttle (which leaves every 20 minutes). She said the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly,. We'll definitely be booking here for her next early flight.

My daughter is studying in Spain and she often uses Alicante as a place to jump from. Recently she was going to Italy with friends and had an early flight out of Alicante. The Estudiotel Alicante is within walking distance from the train station where they arrived and then took the shuttle to the airport the next morning. They said it was an easy walk, in a safe neighborhood, close to dining options, and very comfortable. We'll definitely book her there again if she needs an overnight stay in the city.

This hotel is in the centre of Alicante, about 5 minutes walk from the plaza de Los Luceros which is one of the stops if you catch the airport bus. The room was spacious and the wardrobe was a decent size. We were quite happy with the room, although it was quite noisy outside during the night. The staff are very friendly and able to speak English. The breakfast is continental, so don’t expect bacon and eggs. For the price we paid, it was ideal.

The hotel is in a great central location. Its situated inside a residential building and the hotel occupies the first 5 floors.

Receptionist was very friendly & welcoming.
Room was very clean & looked like it had been refurbished recently.

I had a standard double room with balcony. Room overlooked a back yard type area.

Bedroom part was a little small for Two people if staying for more than one night.
Hallway & bathroom were probably bigger than bedroom area. Great bathroom with everything you need including hairdryer.
Everything was very clean and looked new including towels and bedding.

Room had double bed with a bedside table each side, a small foldaway table, two chairs, large wardrobe, individually controlled air con, small TV & safety deposit box.

Safety deposit box is free you just need to insert a one euro coin every time you close it.

Room had a balcony without chairs but you could use the chairs from inside if you wanted to sit on the balcony.

Corridors of hotel are completely enclosed and have marble type floors which means that any noise in the corridor is magnified.
This is a city centre hotel & a great location but with that comes the usually hustle & bustle of a city centre in Spain. That means street rubbish collection early of the morning, cars & people. These can be heard from inside the hotel but are acceptable.

Suggestions- A rubbish bin for room

Overall a fantastic price for a very clean modern city Center room

The hotel is located in a good position, very central, close to the bars and restaurants, as well as the sea.
Although the location was very good, the staff at the reception waited for me to complete the check in before informing that the room had two single beds instead of a double one, as booked, and they could not change the room because it was due to the hotel rooms availability. However, besides the lack of professionalism of the staff, what really disappointed me and made my stay be very unpleasant was the stink of cigarettes in the room. Apart from this, after entering the room I realized that it was quite cold, so I switched on the AC on heater mode at full power (heating and fan), but despite keeping it on from early afternoon until 11pm, the room was still very cold. The same for the shower: I had to keep it at the maximum heat in order to have the water temperature slightly warmer than my body. Overall, besides the location, the stay was rather unpleasant.
