Hotel and room were really well presented. Staff friendly and welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. The room was very clean, spacious and had a lovely side view of the marina from the small balcony; the shower was fantastic. The hotel location is very central, close to the water front and ideally placed to walk into the main town areas. Overall, we had a wonderful 4 days in Alicante.

Central hotel with nice beds.

Clara in reception was wonderful and incredibly helpful. Helped us store medication and rang us when our room was ready, even though we were quite early.

Room was nice and spacious. Was on a high floor so not much noise. Need was incredibly comfortable. Would stay here again and ready commend it.

We only stayed one night here but wish we had been able to stay longer. The property was beautiful and in a fantastic location. The staff were so kind and helpful with making local recommendations as well as storing our luggage. Olivia was really lovely and helpful! We would definitely return. The only downside is we were put into an accessible room, and we did not like that the shower was completely open and the water got everywhere. Request a different room if you don’t need the accesible one.

This hotel is housed in a charming & stylish old building but with modern renovation update. I highly recommend book rooms facing the water/marina. Trust me, it's worth the extra cost. Kudo to Hilton scoping up this gem in Alicante. It's certainly full of characters and located in front of the water.

If I have to provide any suggestions, I'd put the energy in improving the breakfast quality and offerings. It doesn't match the rest of the hotel.

This hotel is located on the nice stretch beside the marina. We booked Alicante on a 48 hour trip for my daughter’s birthday and Hilton did not disappoint. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Mediocre - you’ll find better at this price

Staff were fine and location is great. If you want somewhere to sleep in a good spot it’ll suit you but you could get far better for the price. We had 2 incidents of power tripping during the night which resulted in the litigate light above the door of our room going on …and of course waking us up with a fright, didn’t concern anyone at all when we reported it. We also had a drip from the roof during heavy rain but we were moved promptly.

Being in an absolutely perfect spot, it was ideally placed for us to explore the whole city. The hotel is so quaint making it easy to get around. Casa Alberola is a beautiful boutique style hotel. The neoclassical architecture is stunning. Lovely setting across from the harbor. The best thing about Casa Alberola is their staff! We had a warm welcome from the gals at the front desk who were so helpful and accommodating! Olivia and her colleague (sorry we didnt get your name!) went the extra mile to make us feel special! The continental breakfast staff and cleaning team were efficient, helpful and friendly.

The hotel is great for access to everything in Alicante. Port is across the road, restaurants line the promenade, cocktail bars close by. Walking distance to old town and the beach.

Friendly staff and very helpful.

I loved how close we were to the beach! We stayed during the San Juan Festival in June 2023. Although there were parties every street corner, the staff gave us recommendations on when to rest to avoid some of the noise. The rooms were very clean and large for European Standards. I loved the complimentary bottles of water. Overall we felt extremely safe and felt like it upheld the Hilton standard to a higher level than most US Hiltons. When we come back to Alicante in the future, I ONLY want to stay here!

This hotel is a gem. It is in a superb location, overlooking the marina and right in the heart of things yet somehow quiet and peaceful. The interior is refined, tasteful and pristine. We stayed in the ‘Joaquin’ room. Highly recommend- the room is spacious and airy with floor to ceiling windows and a narrow wrap around balcony. It was a beautiful space to relax in. We would love to stay here again.

The hotel is steps from the marina and main promenade, easy walking to all the activities in Alicante. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The area is quiet, shaded and safe. All around great experience, will surely try booking again.

Loved this hotel

This hotel is beautiful, we stayed in a Joaquin style round room with balcony overlooking the sea & Marina.. the view was amazing. It is within walking distance to lots of bars/restaurants & a 10 Minute walk to the main shopping street. I Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has an excellent location very close to the harbour and also within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the old town. Our room on the 4th floor was big enough for 2 people and had amazing sea view. The turndown service was great and much appreciated and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would absolutely recommend to anyone wishing to visit Alicante!

Wouldn’t return.

Rooms smaller than expected and felt basic. Heating controls did not work. Noise from restaurant below and street very bad. Couldn’t sleep.

The hotel is well placed and easy to find. The staff at the reception are very helpful and the room was nice and clean with everything we needed. We had breakfast there qhich was very good and the service staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very nice and easy distance to walk to the harbour or shops. Highly recommended.

Overall a good experience

It was a pleasant stay. The employees were friendly, patient and helpful. Even though we stayed in a standard room it felt like a small suite. There was a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms. The standard of the hotel was a bit so-and-so, but the cleanliness was very good. Breakfast was average as expected, and the menu in the restaurant didn't catch interest.

Short break in the sun

As a frequent hotel user the Alborola stands out for a number of reasons. Staff in every area were friendly and helpful. The room was well furnished a good size and immaculate- no areas of wear or over use. Housekeeping was perfect, linen replacement and cleanliness were spot on.
Included breakfast was all that was required, from continental to cooked.
The position of the hotel was great for both beach and shopping with many nearby restaurants and bars.
An enjoyable break and would return again in the future.

Classy addition to Alicante accommodation.

Casa Alberola is a truly beautiful addition to the hotels in Alicante. A boutique hotel of 42 rooms with a feeling of class which is more 5 star then 4 star. We will be back if only for the bed! Try the Lobster menu....

Great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provided free beach towels which was really useful. The room was cleaned every day to an excellent standard. Great choice of breakfast and plenty to eat. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Spacious room 601, highest room in the building with outstanding panoramic views, clean and in pristine condition. Fantastically quirky room/suite, we will certainly return. Service was excellent not the usual modern day minimal service, we really felt appreciated and our custom wanted. The staff were attentive and helpful at every opportunity. This is a well-managed hotel in an excellent position.
