Very easy check in, staff were very helpful (we arrived late). You are in the center of the city and the main area, super close to everything. The apartment was clean and everything was set when on arrival. Would stay again.

Location was excellent...but because the apartment is right in the heart of things, don't expect to sleep until 1am..
Also, i was disappointed that the washing machine was not in the apartment but on the outside rooftop.
One of the reasons i booked this apartment was for the washing machine...we ended up doing laundry in a laundrymat.
The machine on the roof top terrace was not very clean.
Very close to the beach, castle ,rambla, tram. Etc.

This apartment was perfect for me. A place to shower and sleep after a long day out. Was a little noisy at night but then you are in a city so to be expected. You have to go to another hotel first to
collect the key. But that was easy enough.

Fantastic central apartment

Fantastic little place, very central. There is obviously some wear on furnishings but you can't complain when it's so reasonably priced. There was a bit of noise in the morning from street sweeper but it just made sure we were up in time for our return flight.

Stay away from this place

The condition of the apartment was not good enough, bed was terrible, heating system was not enough for the size of the apartment, hot water for the shower was not enough for 2 people and the supposed “washer/dryer” are almost non existent. 2 very very old machines that did not work properly on the roof of the building is not even close to the availability you expect to find when you get one apartment with proper washer and dryer. The only reason I chose these apartments was the washer machine and they did not work. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

Amazing accommodation! Modern, clean and close to all the attractions. Located in the old town, close to the centre, harbour and beach.
I stayed here with my daughter. There was a double bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Both comfortable. Lots of wardrobe space, bedroom could do with a mirror though, the only mirror is in the bathroom. Iron and ironing board kept in wardrobe. Kitchen has everything you’d need including coffee maker, microwave and toasted sandwich maker! Even had washing up liquid, sponge, cloth and tea towel.
Bathroom is very clean and 2 toilet rolls provided, also hair and body wash dispenser, 2 soaps and lots of towels and cupboard under the sink. Also hairdryer in the bathroom.
Lots of power points around the apartment.
Only downside is the noise from the street below but having said that I would definitely stay there again it’s central, clean and we felt safe there.

Check in staff very friendly. Let us have a free breakfast at there sister hotel because it was my birthday. Apartment cleaned every 4 days. Great location. 5 mins to promenade. Restaurants and transport within minutes. 5 min from the airport bus stop. We got the apartment we had asked for when booking. This was our 3rd stay in this apartment block. We could check-in very late without charge and could leave our bags because we had a late flight back.

Perfect solution!

My stay at Apartamentos Globus was the perfect solution to my problem. I'm staying in Alicante for almost 6 months as a student and needed accommodation for a week before my student accommodation was available. I decided on an apartment because I wanted a kitchen to be able to make food. Never used the kitchen other than the freezer, fridge and microwave but it had everything that I would have needed to make food. There is a small grocery store close by (Carrefour express) and the place is located in the very center of Alicante. There are several bus stops close by and is very close to the beach and harbor. Mercado Tram station is also within a short walks distance.

Check in and check out is at a different location but it was very close to the apartment complex and they were very nice and helpful. They gave me a map and directions and also offered to book me a taxi if I needed it after check out. They give you a WhatsApp number at check in and they responded to my messages very quickly. They speak good English as well which is really helpful. The only \"bad\" thing would be the noice but you can't get away from the noice anyway, I still hear noice every night and I live further from the center now.

I thought I left some things in the apartment after checkout and I asked them, a month later, if they had found anything and they were very nice about and checked with the staff. They couldn't find my things because I actually never forgot them at the apartment.

Good place, right in the middle of town(expect noise from the street, but until 12pm or so).
Service excellent, the apartment had some issues (one power plug was not fixed to the wall securely), but overall great. Courtesy salt,pepper and sugar in the apartment would have made it even better.

Great location once you find it - entrance is down a narrow alley. Keys were picked up from another local hotel a short distance away. Spacious apartment with all basic equipment needed for a short stay. There is a lift, so it's great for anyone who struggles with stairs. If you arrive at the bus station, it is about a 20 minute walk.

We didn't realise that we had to pick up the key at another building, so this caused us a bit of concern. Once we had the key everything was great. Our room overlooked a pedestrian street with lots of restaurants, so it can be noisy at night, but this didn't worry us. A well equipped apartment right in the centre of the action. Excellent.

Very good location,close to the Postiguet bech,but can be quite noisy,especially on the weekend and mornings.
The kitchen and the bathroom need up grade.

Great apartment, great location, great price!

Last minute I decided I wanted to get away for a week but didn’t want to go into a hotel so I found this apartment on hotels.com for a great price and even better location as I wanted somewhere in the centre and near the beach so it was perfect.
My flight was early and I was worried I’d have to wait for hours before I could check in at it says you can check in from 3.30pm but I just I’d go into the location where you check in to see if I can leave my luggage with them and in the end I was able to check in as the apartment was ready.
The apartment had everything you needed for your stay. Spacious, modern, clean and comfy!

The flat was small but very well organised. Very clean, very quiet. It is situated on a very small street so it’s hard to have some natural light, but we were away most of the time, so that’s ok. A little bit surprised to have the washing machine on the roof, but all flats have apparently their washing machine there.

Location, facilities and cleanliness of the property are very good although inside is a bit dark due to surrounding buildings. Alley entrance is a bit off putting but not enough to worry about. Let down by soundproofing. We requested another property due to it sounding like the windows were open. Restaurants cleaning up late, people talking and yelling early into the morning, bins being emptied and streets being cleaned extremely early. Noise is normally ok but this is excessive and there is a need for secondary glazing to limit it. Staff were very nice but we were lucky it isn't peak times and we could move to a quieter property. If not we would have asked for a refund. In all everything was very good let down by excessive street noise with the property needing secondary glazing for better soundproofing.

Lovely apartment and a superb view, but lacked in towels, pillows and extra blankets. The bedding in the main bedroom was not clean. The balcony lights did not work, nor the bedroom shutter also there was a blown bulb in the livingroom and the toilet seat was broken. The Wi-Fi signal was very poor and didn't work most of the time.

Amazing Location, very comfortable

I stayed in this apartment with my mother we had a girly holiday for 5 nights, it was very clean and the kitchen had everything you need to cook if you wanted to! there was one double bed and a pull out couch bed both were quite comfortable, the air conditioner was brilliant and kept us cool at night. One problem as a few people mentioned was the noise, but that is hard to avoid as there are so many bars and restaurants surrounding the areas and people can be quite loud, Bring earplugs and you’ll be fine! I was given a WhatsApp number when I checked in and told to use it if I needed anything, we needed more towels so,I texted the number and they replied straight away and had them sent over, great service!

I can’t recommend Alicante enough and this is a great place to stay if you’re looking to really experience the city life, there’s loads of amazing restaurants and bars around as well as great shops, I will definitely be back again next year!

The apartment we stayed in was very recently refurbished. Bright, light and spacious. It was a one bedroomed apartment with a sofa bed, we had three people but there was room for four. Very central location, steps from the beach and the centre. Very clean. You will not be disappointed if you book here! One tip if you don't know Granada is that the streets can be noisy late into the evening at the weekend; we expected this and its the same anywhere around this part of the centre. In fact this apartment is better than the ones closer to the other bars further up the centre.

This apartment was excellent in many respects. It was centrally located, clean and fresh, a reasonable wifi connection and the staff were available and helpful.
The main drawback for us was that, despite being fitted with a bathtub, the hot water tank was far too small to actually run a bath, and in fact couldn't supply more than a 6-8 min shower. The company engineer confirmed this to us. As we had specifically chosen this apartment for it having a bath, this was quite a disappointment.

Return trip to Alicante for us. First time in an apartment. The location was great for us although the apartment itself was incredibly noisy at night. We are used to Spain and the loud volume but this was quite extreme. We were in a front facing apartment though. On the plus side, there are a couple of fantastic restaurants in the street below. El Buen Comer is a must for visitors! Check in and out staff are lovely, friendly and helpful but the apartment itself lets the side down.

Very nice property, but hard to find (even the local restauranteurs could not help us) -- go to the main property office at B&B Milagrosa, Villaviejo 8 and the friendly/helpful staff will walk you to the inconspicuous door in the narrow alley. The location is nice, a picturesque part of Alicante. The apartment interior was large, modern and comfortable, and the clothes washer (laundry) machine was nice. Our room was on the 5th floor overlooking the restaurant-lined street, and during the evening it was fine; by 1am, the noise from the restaurants below was noticeable; by 4 am the noise was loud and very annoying (Mon-Thurs). While the apartment itself was nice, we wouldn't stay there again because of the night time noise.

Notre chambre n'était pas dans l'hôtel réservé

Nous arrivons à la réception et le réceptionniste nous dit que notre hôtel se trouve dans un autre bâtiment a 500m. Me voilà donc avec femme bagages et enfants a sillonner les rue de la ville a la recherche de notre chambre. Pas de parking dans l'hôtel. Je me suis garé dans la rue et ma voiture a été enlevé par la fourrière.

L’appartement se trouve à une adresse différente de celle indiquée sur la réservation. Il faut marcher 10mn pour accéder à l’accueil qui se situe dans un autre quartier. Là on vous donne un plan truffé d’erreurs dont même la photo de la rue ne correspond pas à l’adresse. Même la police à qui nous demandions notre chemin ne comprenait pas ce plan… les passants notaient aussi pas mal d’incohérence.

Moralité, 2:30 perdues à marcher dans tous les sens jusqu’à l’arrivée du réceptionniste confus mais quand même sympa.

Bref, mauvais expérience alors qu’en général, je ne mets que de bonnes appréciation.

Ici, ça ne sera pas possible, hélas!

Bra läge och gott om utrymme. Lagom stort kök med den nödvändiga utrustningen. AC finns om det blir kallt på vinter. Det finns flera livsmedelsbutiker i närheten. Och gott om caféer. Nära till metro och tram. Jag hade lägenhet bort från huvudgatan som gjorde att man kunde sova gott, fast ingen vidare utsikt. Så man bör göra en avvägning om man får välja lägenhet i huset.
Entrė till huset ligger i en smal och mörk gränd men man vänjer sig! Incheckningen går snabbt när man väl läst och fattat hänvisningen med streckkod vid porten. Hjälpsam personal. Kort och gott: bra logi i Alicante!

La ubicación es muy buena, la atención del staff de recepción es excelente.
El sofá cama del apto 5B tiene el colchón bastante hundido.Para mi gusto está pidiendo el cambio.Y dormir en el salón se torna muy incómodo si te gusta dormir a oscuras… Entra mucha luz desde la ventana de la cocina. El precio es muy asequible, pero preferiría pagar un poco más y estar más a gusto.

Nuestras ventanas del apartamento daban justo en frente a un edificio lleno de palomas, palomas muertas y cagadas. No podíamos abrir las ventanas porque olía fatal.
Los vecinos de al lado, hacían fiestas por las noches y era imposible dormir.
Por las noches se oían los gritos de la calle y las peleas.

Wij hadden een appartement op de 5e verdieping met heel mooi uitzicht. Alles is verder wel aanwezig wat je nodig maar minimaal. Bedden waren prima. Ook qua ligging een prima uitvalsbasis. De bus naar het vliegveld stop vlakbij. Het strand is om de hoek en als je de andere kant oploopt zit je zo in het centrum. De restaurants, die ook in de straat hun tafels hebben staan, ruimen om 12uur zo’n beetje alles op. Dus daar heb je eigenlijk geen last van.

Apartamento moderno con ascensor a cota cero. Aire acondicionado. Jabón para limpiar la vajilla.
Lavadora comunitaria en la azotea funcional pero un poco destrozada.
Los apartamentos pertenecen a un grupo por lo que las llaves hay que recogerlas/entregarlas a 3 minutos andando (no hay recepción).
Centro histórico difícil para moverse con el coche pero cerca de todo, incluso un supermercado al lado.
A 5~10 minutos de la playa y del ascensor al castillo.
