check in awful , no staff on site ,didn’t answer the three telephone numbers provided , let in after a delay by another guest , had to await an automated code , room door was open to other people on the floor , when we complained about being locked out and phone not anwered an employee messaged us to” get out” .. despite us having paid days prior !!

Clean room and good location to the beach. The only thing I wish I knew before booking was that fact they were renovating half the building. Got load really early, had dry wall dust fall in the windows. The building said no smoking but the workers were smoking so it had a smell of cigarette the majority of the time we were there.

It was a great budget-friendly place to stay in Alicante. Really conveniently located, comfortable bed and private bathroom with shower, large TV on the wall, safe, and air con (which we didn't need to use in Feb 2026). We arrived early and Simone was very helpful and kept our bags until we checked in. We bought milk for our tea, using the kettle and tea bags kindly left for guests outside the rooms. We'd definitely stay again if we came back to the area.

The room was immaculate when we arrived and the housekeeping staff kept it all so clean during our stay. It was very quiet, the bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.
Thank you for the fresh coffee that was always available as a \"pick-me-up.\"

Absolutely perfect. Easy access to the room via key codes. Lovely room with tea and coffee making facilities just in the corridor. Mini fridge too. Lovely staff and we could leave our bags safely on the day of check out. Perfect location, literally moments from the beach, marina and lots of restaurants and tapas bars. Thoroughly recommend! 😄

Ventura Hostel Premium is a great place to stay. The location is excellent, very close to the port and main attractions. The hostel is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The room was nice and well-maintained. Excellent service and very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place!

Accommodation was in walking distance of most things,5/10 minutes from shopping restaurants,and beach.

The room was large and the superior double bed was very comfortable.

Staff were non existent at the property. We arrived late and the instructions to access were unclear, this caused a lot of stress. We were there 2 nights and didn’t see any staff.
At times it was noisy with other guests coming and coming.

Great find. Fab little hotel in the best location. Room cleaned every day (just put sign on door) and towels changed. Hand wash and shower gel provided. Easy access (if you arrive before 2pm your code won’t work but there is a number on the door to ring). Plenty of drawers and hanging space and safe with key provided (no charge). The only negative was the hairdryer which really needs an upgrade. Would definitely stay again.

Property was spotless, beds were comfy, bathroom had a lovely spacious shower, plenty of storage space. We were at the back of the property so it was quiet and the location was fantastic - one road back from the esplanade and next to the old town. Appreciated the communal coffee machine and tea making facilities. Having a code to access the block, room and floor was perfect as we didn’t need to carry a key. Would definitely stay here again

We arrived early, but had a very friendly greeting and were allowed to check in early as our room was ready. The hostal is set in a very convenient spot in the city, very close to the beach, castle and museums, and with plenty of dining options. The room was bright, clean and well equipped. Check in instructions could be more clear, but would definitely recommend.

Tip: a door code is emailed ahead of arrival, but you need to remember the # key after the number. The code will not work until 3pm on your day of arrival, so use the telephone number if you arrive early.

The check in process was very bad. Nobody was there to let us in at10:00, even though they are supposed to open at 10:00. The entrance is in an ally. Luckily the cleaning woman came along. She apologized that nobody was there. Someone arrived at 11:15. They wasted our vacation time which is precious to me. Would not go again.

The room, bathroom and the common area is spotless clean. The location is just perfect. It is in near to everything but still on a quiet block above the street noise.
There is bright, tidy and fresh interior large enough for couple of days. I appreciate the service provided by the hotel staff.
Getting in and out is all digital with code input on all the doors. No worries on late arrivals as the codes are messaged a day before.
I recommend.

Lovely room and a very friendly welcome at the door but terrible view of scruffy backs of buildings. However it was winter and dark so it didn't matter very much.
There was everything you could need and coffee/tea freely available in the corridor plus a little fridge.
I was at the end of the corridor which made it quite quiet.

Check-in horror as we were given access info for 504 when we were 505, man in 504 was very unhappy when we entered his room after midnight! Thankfully quickly resolved via WhatsApp, though no follow up the next day.
Room was ok, could do with more storge or hooks for hanging up clothes/towels. Bathroom very outdated, need to replace bath as it is awkward/dangerous getting in/out, replace with walk in shower.
Very well located and reasonable value for money. I would stay again but book further in advance for chance of getting an improved room.

Really nice staff and in a good location. When I arrived they kindly stored my bags for a few hours, while I waited to check-in. They were also incredibly accommodating when I had to delay my check-out the next day due to some changes in travel plans. The room was clean and comfy and quiet. Just spent 2 nights at hostel, Excellent communication from hostel, in spanish (used translate) provided excellent reference for taxi transfer. Easy online checkin. Codes for access provided as we arrived at 1am. Hostel was spotlessly clean, beds very comfy, lovely to have water in fridge. Bathroom was fantastic. Location is perfect right next to esplanade, and so quiet. I would definately recommend, and would stay again. thankyou for a wonderful stay!

Our first impression was mixed, but once we met the manager and saw our room and property we liked it. The location was amazing, so close to the Embarcadero. Plus, we’ve stayed in 6 hotels on 3 continents in the last 3 months and never had such great WiFi. At the end of our stay we used the Pide Taxi app to book a cab.

Room was well equipped with small fridge, 2 bottles of water. Bathroom provided toiletries and a small hair dryer.

Fantastic host who arrived quickly after I was struggling to access our room. The door handles are very modern key code ones.

Location very good. 1 block back from the marina and just minutes walk from the beach and old town.

Only issue very thin sheer white curtain at the patio door so the day light woke us early.

Fantastic location. Marina, castle, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and even the airport bus stop are all a couple of minutes walk away.
Our room (608) was very clean, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed including a fridge, safe, TV and effective/controllable heating. Modern decor and comfortable beds. There are complimentary tea and coffee (Nespresso) facilities in the corridor which is an added bonus.
Daily room cleaning on request. We only requested this a couple of times but it was excellent.
Attention to detail is amazing. I will give you an example. Early in our stay, we left an empty wine bottle by the bin. When we returned, we had been left 2 wine glasses. Talk about anticipating guest needs - they really do care and go the extra mile to please.
So why only 4 stars for such a fantastic place?
Well, on the first night and morning of our stay there was no hot water. We reported this and it was resolved very quickly with an apology. However, we had the same problem on our last night and morning. This is obviously an issue that the owners need to address.
Also - despite arriving during the check in bands, there was no one there to let us in. It was not a problem for us as we received WhatsApp messages giving us the door codes. This communication was very good and reliable but if you arrive without a functioning smart phone you may have an issue.
Despite the couple of negatives above- would we stay again? - without hesitation.

Great location, friendly staff at check in. Great with the complementary coffee/tea in the hallway!
Downside, not at all soundproofed so if you have neighbours trying to get in their room at 4 am, not remembering their code, they'll wake up the whole floor..
Also unfortunately even if seemed clean at first glance, when I got in the shower the next morning, it jad loads of hair from previous guest(s).

Essentially a very nice room in an excellent position in the centre of Alicante. 1 street back from the front, port and sea. Everything is done with access codes. I only saw someone from the hotel once. Access codes were sent to me (in Spanish but easy to understand). My only criticism is the room had a small space outside but this had no view just an area open to the sky.
On the plus side modern room air conditioning, large TV ( no English channels but Netflix ).
Directly outside the room was a coffee pod machine (with lots of pods) and a kettle. Easy to get the bus from the airport to the port and then just walk to the hotel (3 minutes).
In all a good place to stay for a short break.
