Great hotel in beautiful location
This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. Breakfast was from 8am until 10am and had a good range of items available. However please be warned that Switzerland in general is extremely expensive, for everything, compared to the uk. The hotel is easy to find and has a fuel station/shop over the road for essentials, but again, be warned about the prices!!! You might need a mortgage to do your shop in this country!

We got 4.5 rooms apartment for 5 adult + 2 kids. The apartment was clean, nice and spacious for our little kids to move around. The hotel has a good size swimming pool, nice jacuzzi with light & relaxing music area and on top of that a good sauna area. The hotel location is perfect and right next to the gas station (with small supermarket 'Coop' which we could just walk and fetch some fresh breads for breakfast every morning. There is also a hiking trail in the forest up to the hill behind the hotel. We had a great time there.

Loved Peaks Place, modern spacious apartments with fully stocked kitchen and nice mountain views from the balcony.
The Wellness area was fantastic, as good as any 5 star hotels I've stayed in across Europe and the States. There is 2 sauna's, a steam room, ice bath, hydrotherapy pool and 15 mtr swimming pool.
Whilst the slopes are only a short 5 min walk, the hotel runs a regular mini-bus from 8am to 11am for guests, and the same in the evenings. A wonderful place to base your stay in marvellous LAAX.

There was nothing we didn't like . The apartment was a home from home with everything we needed . The heating was on when we arrived and this was nice as it was a clod day. There was a Coop on the corner near the apartment so you could get what you needed . The area was also nice, just few minutes walking to the LAAX. Perfect if you can skiing or snowboarding.

The room exceeded expectation. It was a two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and living room area. Much more space than we needed. There was a closet in each room as well as a walk-in closet near the kitchen, also there were large coat closets in the entry way. The staff was very helpful. The shuttle bus was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The spa facilities were wonderful.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage zum Skifahren, Skishuttle klappt bestens, Smokerslounge, Tischfussball für die Kids, gut ausgestattete Küche, sauberes Zimmer und das Wasser im Schwimmbad ist angenehm warm. Schönes Ambiente und tolles Konzept.
Bitte die Kopfkissen tauschen, die sind wirklich schlimm. Schön wäre es, wenn die Betten der Kinder bereits ready gewesen wären, und wir das ganze Bettzeug nicht selbst hätten holen und beziehen müssen.

Das Hotel ist einsame Spitze man kann nichts Manieren, vom Zimmer über den Service sowie auch die Begrüssung war alles ausgezeichnet. Das einzige was uns stinksauer gemacht hat war die Seite Hotel.com sie haben einen Preis von 200.- für 2 Nächte mit 2 Personen angegeben mit 30.- Zusatzkosten für den Handtuchservice was auch gut ersichtlich war. Was nicht oder nur ganz schlecht ersichtlich war und auch erst in der Buchungsbestätigungs Mail aufgeführt war. Sind Zusatzkosten für Endreinigung 120.-, pro Hund pro Nacht 20.- Parkplatzgebühren pro Nacht 10.- und das Frühstück wäre auch noch extra gewesen!!!!!!! Frühstück haben wir uns selbst besorgt bei den Preisen. Es kann nicht sein das mehr Zusatzkosten anfallen als der angegebene Preis dieses geht für mich schon unter Betrug oder Vertuschung! Wie gesagt Hotel ist 1 A und auch den Preis wert aber es wird von Hotels.com nicht korrekt kommuniziert von Anfangs 260.- sind wir auf über 400.- gekommen was nicht sein kann.

Ich bin sehr von der Flexibilität vom Service enttäuscht. Da ich allein in der Wohnung war, und nur ein Zimmer und ein Bad brauchte, musste ich 150.- Fr. fürs Putzen zahlen. Ein überrissener Preis, wenn man bedenkt, dass ich für zwei Nächte bereits 485.- Fr. bezahlt hatte. Ich wollte die Wohnung selber putzen, dies war jedoch nicht möglich:-----((((.Auch für die Bettwäsche sollte ich noch 30.- Fr. dazuzahlen. Insgesamt zahlte ich also für zwei Tage Aufenthalt ca. 700.- Fr. Wirklich schade, dass man die Leute so behandelt und nur auf das Geld aus ist. Ich habe es noch nie erlebt, dass ich für die Reinigung und sogar für die Wäsche draufzahlen sollte:-(

Wir hatten ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende mit Freunden. Der SPA Bereich ist auch ganz toll gemacht. Der Service im Hotel war ganz toll, wir könnten die Skitickets an der Rezeption buchen. Die Massagen waren hervorragend. Es wurde noch eine zusätzliche Person organisiert, damit wir alle eine Massage bekommen haben. Brötchen/ Brot kann an der Rezeption bestellt werden. Vis a vis ist ein Coop Pronto. Zum
Essen gehen muss man ca. 5-10 min laufen, hat dann aber eine gute Auswahl. Toll ist der Shuttle Service zur Gondel. Wir würden wieder hin gehen.
