An excellent hotel overall that has a good restaurant, good spa facilities, comfortable rooms, regular shuttle bus and is conveniently situated for the town and local bus. The hotel is let down by some minor issues: small boot/ski room, poor cooked breakfast options, limited hot water and spa areas dominated by children at all times.

We loved our stay at Hotel Adula. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were a great size and very comfy, and the breakfast every morning was wonderful with plenty of options. Our favourite was the spa area with the steam room and sauna, it was perfect after a full day on the slopes. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing stay

Wonderful time at Hotel Adula! We cannot wait to come back. Facilities are great and hotel is in very good condition. Spa is amazing. My only disappointment could be the service. They try their best to implement good services, but not all staff is very professional or nice with clients (I could clearly see I was annoying one waiter, and one woman at the front desk is extremely unfriendly). They also make some mistakes because of miscommunication. They are definitely trying and we can see that. I will come back 150%

Good hotel with good pool and spa area. Good location for hiking although not too many restaurants very near by. Staff could be a bit more helpful and attentive. Also didnt feel like social distancing was a huge concern, a bit superficial dealing with it...although got reprimanded for not having a mask at breakfast even though no one told us beforehand and the sign at entrance is ridiculously tiny.

Pleasant experience in the mountains

We were in the hotel on the first day it re-opened after COVID restrictions. We felt the hotel prepared well, staff were wearing face shields, and they even left masks for us in the room! I thought the price we paid was moderate for the level of service we received - and a free minibar, including beer, was a nice surprise.

Great hotel. Lots of positives, the regular ski bus gets you to the lift with virtually no hassle (its only a small walk too!), the spa is excellent, the rooms are modern. The only let down is that we thought the Breakfast buffet was a bit boring.

Hotel i bjergene ved skov og sø

Fint hotel i byen Flims. Der ligger en smuk sø i skoven i gå afstand fra hotel. Stor pool med forskellige sauna inde og mindre varmt boblebad ude. Fin have med liggestole.
Meget lækker morgenmad og super venligt personale. Parkering i kælder og overfor hotel.

Bel hôtel mais…

Très bon hôtel en général, nous y sommes retournés plusieurs fois. Cette année, un peu déçu par le service: nos affaires sont bougées avant même que nous donnions notre accord car ils veulent donner la table à quelqu’un d’autres (malgré que la table ne soit pas indiquée comme réservée!), changement de catégorie de chambre sans notification (et non pas pour un surclassement!!), ou messages différents de la réception en fonction des personnes ou de l’envie d’aider (un jour la navette récupère les clients qui arrivent à l’arrêt de bus jusqu’à 18h, mais quand on demande de l’aide à 17h45, ça devient 17h!). Bref un peu déçus cette année…

Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Die drei Hotel-internen Restaurants sind phenomenal und das Personal immer sehr freundlich.
Nebst den kulinarischen Highlights ist auch der Spabereich eine wahre Freude.
Auch das Zimmer und der Ausblick waren einfach nur toll.
Wir werden nur noch im Adula Ferien machen, wenn es uns in diese Region zieht!

Nous avons beaucoup appréciés tous les équipements disponible, la piscine le jacuzzi extérieur et surtout le côté welness/Spa qui est très beau. Cet hôtel a beaucoup de charme et il est très très grand (on s'est perdu au début ^^)
Le seul point négatif c'est qu'il a quelques années et qu'il mériterait une remise à neuf, surtout au niveau des chambres (en tout cas la notre). Nous avons bcp apprécié l'accueil du personnel, du portier qui est très sympa et du petit déjeuné qui été excellent. Une adresse que nous retiendrons sans aucun doute.

Seul point positif : le restaurant, tant le souper que le déjeuner, rien à dire, à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles.
Pour le reste :
- Parking : places numérotées, notre place prise, aller-retours entre le garage et la réception pour en avoir une (garage ouvert aucun contrôle sur les entrées)
- Le lift en panne (chambre pile en-dessus du parking), réception pas au courant de la panne, aller-retours à travers l'hôtel pour accéder à la chambre
- La chambre : dans une annexe 3 étoiles (pas du tout 4), chambre vétuste et dépassée (mais propre)
- Le pire : le téléphone fait des \"bip\" digne d'une chanson en morse à passé minuit, 30 minutes pour trouver d'où viennent les \"bip\" sans réveiller la famille, à la réception on me dit \"ce n'est pas normal, on doit vous donner qqch pour ça,...\". En effet on m'a donné... un repas de trop sur la facture ! Pas une boisson offerte, pas un geste, rien. Pour une nuit horrible. Payer plus de 500.- pour cette expérience ? Choquant.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen für Ausflüge an Caumsee, Il Spir,
Crestasee etc.
Hübsches gemütliches Hotel, freundliches Personal, Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlicher Auswahl.
Gestört hat uns, dass das Restaurant Barga geschlossen war. Offen hatte nur das vegane/vegetarische Restaurant. Schade.

Phänomenal

Dies ist ein Hotel um sich von der ersten Sekunde an wohl zu fühlen. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Ein wunderschönes Ambiente, sehr freundliches, und hilfsbereite Angestellte, tolles Frühstücksbüffet, tolles Mehrgangmenü am Abend, saubere Zimmer, und in der Nacht eine Ruhe, die seinesgleichen sucht. Jederzeit würde ich dieses Hotel wieder wählen, und werde auch wieder dorthin zurückkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen !

Gut gefallen hat uns das Zimmer, das Frühstück mit den langen Öffnungszeiten und die Lounge! Der Wellnessbereich ist schön, jedoch das Aufsichtspersonal ist unfreundlich, genauso wie im Restaunt! Der Parkplatz war zwar kostenlos, jedoch stand das Auto im Dreck!

Die Einrichtung ist natürlich Geschmackssache, es könnte jedoch das ein oder andere saniert werden.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Soldanella Haus war sehr heimelig & hatten ein grosses Zimmer. War echt schön. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Abendessen im kleinen Stübli war hervorragend. Leider mussten wir an der Bar oft mit längeren Wartezeiten rechnen. Ansonsten war es super schön.

Toller Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen

Wir haben zu viert in einem Zimmer des Gästehauses Soldanella übernachtet. Das ist ein Nebenhaus, welches aber über einen Gang mit dem Hauptgebäude verbunden ist.

Das Zimmer war nicht mehr das neuste, aber gross genug (inkl. Balkon) und sauber. Das dritte Bett war ein Schlafsofa, das vierte eine Art Zustellbett, das an einen alten Liegestuhl erinnerte. Da die Matratze recht dünn war, liess der Komfort bei dieser Schlafgelegenheit zu wünschen übrig. Die restlichen Betten waren sehr bequem.

Bei der Badewanne war der Belag am Rand etwas abgesplittert - aber da alles sauber war, fanden wir das nicht weiter schlimm.

Das Zimmer war sehr hell und ruhig und bot viel Stauraum. Einzig der etwas muffige Geruch im Zimmer fiel negativ auf.


Das Frühstücksbuffet war einzigartig - sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Es gab alles, was das Herz begehrt. Leider war das Personal oft etwas am Limit (einmal mussten wir beim Frühstück auf einen freien Tisch warten, Bestellungen gingen vergessen...) - hier besteht Verbesserungspotenzial. Wir wurden aber immer sehr freundlich behandelt, und das Personal war (trotz Stress) meist gut gelaunt.

Der Wellnessbereich des Hotels ist sehr schön - insgesamt war der Aufenthalt toll, und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war bei diesem Arrangement unschlagbar. Klare Empfehlung!

Wir kamen um 12 Uhr bereits an und gingen an die Rezeption. Wir fragten ganz höflich nach, das wir wissen, das wir zu früh dran sind. Es kam nur ein sehr, sehr motzige Antwort \"Einchecken erst um 15 Uhr\". Auch um 15 Uhr war das Zimmer aber noch nicht fertig. An der Bar tranken wir was und hier war der Barkeeper auch total unfreundlichen. Man hatte das Gefühl am Nachmittag ist man an der Bar nicht erwünscht - andere Gäste wurden ebenfalls sehr unfreundlichen angesprochen. Da wir noch keine Zimmer und keine Handtücher haben fragen wir im Wellnessbereich nach welchen, hier wurden wir auch nicht gerade mit offenen Armen empfangen. Wir bekamen, gerade an der Rezeption mit, dass besagter Herr, auch nicht gerade freundlichen zu seinen Kollegen war - vor Gästen unmöglich! Das Frühstück war üppig und gut. Was meiner Frau auffiel war, dass eigentlich nur die männlichen Angestellten sehr unhöflich waren, die weiblichen Angestellten war sehr freundlich.

Toller Aufenthalt.

Tolles Hotel, wenn auch das Gästehaus etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Toller Service, immer freundliches Personal und alles sehr sauber. Es fehlt im Gästehaus nur leider ein Kühlschrank auf den Zimmern, dies ist tut aber dem gesamten tollen Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
