The hotel was beautiful and very unique. Our room was lovely, and the pool area was peaceful and relaxing.
However, for the price we paid, I expected a higher level of cleanliness and maintenance. When we checked in, the terrace was full of dirt, and unfortunately, it was not cleaned by housekeeping the following day. We also had issues with the hot water. During showers, the hot water would only last about three minutes before turning completely cold, forcing us to keep our showers extremely short.
The staff provided good service overall, but the bar could use improvement. The cocktail selection was very limited, and the drinks we tried were not particularly good. Service at the bar was also quite laid-back and slower than expected.
Overall, the property is beautiful and has a lot of charm, but there are several areas that need improvement to match the price point.
