This was my 3rd time staying here and I love the hotel and staff . Having the use of a bicycle was a real bonus . Initially my tv in the room wasn’t working but Leslie changed it for me right away . Gay in the kitchen was a godsend preparing coffee for me and Beer was very helpful too . In fact everyone was welcoming , helpful and courteous. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Ch-am Villa for 7 days in which time the staff were extremely helpful specially the manager who helped my friend in a tricky situation, the hotel is situated next to the beach which is handy and we swam in the sea every day, also the pool area is very peaceful place to sit and relax with plenty of loungers. In all it was a very pleasant time.

Stayed at this hotel 3 times and it all ways does what it said on the tin . Its certainly no 5* but is cleaned every day,safe and friendly staff, great location on the beach front.

Sad old cheap accomodations

Room was dirty, last occupant half used soap bars and hair still in shower. The bathroom doorknob had been bashed through the door so you couldn't pull on it, push it or turn it without removing it from the door. Thin walls and door let you hear noisy cleaning staff early in the morning and noisy neighbors coming back after midnight. All the furniture was scratched and worn. Smelled of smoke although it was advertised as nonsmoking. The fridge was rusting out and there was only one free outlet/plug in the room. The pillows were as soft as cement bags. No ocean view, balcony overlooked another hotel, rooms were not as pictured. Breakfast was clear soup, rice and fried veggies. Sometimes there was fruit, white bread and awful coffee. Beach is narrow and overrun by merchants, beach chairs and umbrellas.

the service was excellent especially the pretty cute lady who was on duty the night we arrived, she is so kind, friendly and helpful. the place is convenient to get food and massage.it's opposite to the beach with 7-11 three minutes walk away.

Vi var til stor fødselsdagsfest for ejeren - et fint arrangement med gratis mad og drikkevarer og med underholdning
Morgenmaden kunne indeholde mere variation, især med europæisk mad
Solsengene er noget ramponerede og det gælder i høj grad for parasollerne.
Vi boede på et familieværelse - et dejligt værelse med balkon og havudsigt

Mycket trevligt litet hotell nära stranden

Cha-Am under nyårshelgen var väldigt livligt. Då thailändska turister åker hem blir det mycket lugnare. Detta hotell ligger nära den fina stranden.
Den fina personalen är en av deras främsta tillgångar, man blir verkligen bra mottagen.
Det är de som gör upplevelsen speciell.

Rummen är hela och rena, mycket prisvärda. Hårda sängar som så ofta i Thailand, en extra kudde fanns i rummet.

Ist ein einfaches Resort.
Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist ok.
Für das Geld darf man keinen Luxus erwarten.
Die Anlage ist schon Alt, aber direkt am mehr, nur die Straße überqueren.
Frühstücksbuffet einfach aber ok für das Geld.
Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Abends ist auf der Straße ein kleiner Nachtmarkt mit vielen Leckereien.

7/11 und Lotus Markt gleich ein paar Schritte um die Ecke.
Jede Menge leckere Seafood Restaurant mit fairen Preisen und alles Super frisch.

Für mich und meine thailändische Familie ideal und nicht so überteuert wie in Hua Hin.

Für Nachtschwärmer und Single Männer, geht besser nach Hua Hin weil es hier ziemlich still ist.

Für Familien mir Kindern und schmalen Geldbeutel ideal.

Very Good hotel

Great services, nice staff. The building is a bit old but the rooms are perfectly clean.
The breakfast with view on the sea is quite enjoyable.

ที่พักอยู่ไม่ไกลจากสี่แยกชะอำเลย หาง่ายมาก เรากับครอบครัวเดินทางไปโดยรถตู้ 3 คน โรงแรมก็มารับมาส่งเวลาจะไปไหนมาไหนตลอด ชอบตรงนี้มาก ทำให้สะดวกในการเดินทางมากขึ้น หน้าที่พักก็มีของกินตลอด กลางคืนก็ไม่อันตรายสว่างมาก ปลอดภัยสุดๆ ตอนเช้ามีข้าวเช้าให้ด้วย เริ่มตั้งแต่ 7 โมงเช้า ถึง 10โมง ด้านหลังมีสระว่ายน้ำ สามารถไปว่ายได้ ห้องมีหลายราคา ถ้าไปถึงแล้วไม่ถูกใจสามารถเลือกห้องอื่นๆได้ด้วย แต่ครอบครัวเราพักห้องเดิมตลอด 4 คืน 7 และ โลตัสอยู่ใกล้ๆ เดินไป 5 นาทีก็ถึง อยากเดินไปชายหาดหรือทะเล ก็ใกล้ๆ เดินไม่ถึง 30 ก้าวน่าจะถึงละ และที่สำคัญที่สุด เราประทับใจพนักงานมาก ทุกคนดูแลเรากับครอบครัวดีมาก แนะนำการเดินทาง การท่องเที่ยวตลอด ไว้มีโอกาสได้ไปอีกจะไปพักนะคะ

Mukava ja viihtyisä hotelli,jossa oli mukavaa henkilökuntaa. Pesuhuoneen lattia oli kyllä hieman tehokkaampa puhdistusta vailla, ja pesuallas parvekkeella ei oikein houkutellut. Kaikinpuolin silti mukava paikka.

Todella lähellä rantaa oleva edullinen majoituspaikka. Standard huoneet ovat pienet, parveke lähinnä vitsi, netti toimii satunnaisesti. Ilmastointilaitteen poistovesi on ohjattu vessaan, joten vessan lattia on jatkuvasti märkä. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Aamupala buffet Aasialaispainotteinen. Allas alue ei ollut kovin houkutteleva.

Vacance presque paradisiaque

Très bon hôtel, le déjeuner (buffet) est très bien agencé et surtout
très bon. La propreté de la chambre est parfait. Petit point faible de
la salle de bain c'est le débit de l'eau de la douche qui est vraiment
très très faible. La vue sur ma mer est presque paradisiaque mais petit
point faible est la route, le soir beaucoup de circulation et un peu de
bruit, mais on dort quand même très bien (faut savoir ce qu'on veut! Vue
sur mer ou non). Autre point faible c'est le manque de wifi pendant
une partie de la semaine de vacance, dû à un orage 1 jour avant qu'on arrive. La piscine de l'hôtel est acceptable, elle sent un peu bizarre mais c'est propre et quand on est au bord de la mer, on y va rarement.
L'emplacement est bien, magasin, restaurant (je recommande celui qui se
trouve à 50 mètre à gauche de l'hôtel direction le centre), salon
massage, plage etc, tout y est. A la plage, les chaises se louent 30bath
(1.- CHF) les 5 heures (la journée !)(!!attention, sur le site
hôtel.com, c'est noté que c'est compris dans le prix, c'est faux!!!)et
seul soucis et ne vous faites pas avoir, certains vous obligent à
consommer dès que vous êtes assis (boire et manger et c'est vraiment pas
bon), dite simplement non et si vous êtes embêté, changer de secteur si
vous n'avez pas encore payé. La région regorge de belles choses à voir
si vous pouvez un peu vous déplacer.

VETUSTE mais sur la plage

Hôtel sans ascenseur avec 99% de clients Thaïlandais, réceptionniste fatigué, chambre vétuste, sur le balcon : sont installés le lavabo et son miroir et à l’opposé, un climatiseur très bruyant avec un tuyau d’évacuation d’eau percé qui inonde le balcon. Au 4 eme étage, une belle vue sur mer du balcon et une toilette au lavabo mais avec les pieds dans l’eau du climatiseur. A l’intérieur, clef de porte et télécommande poisseuses, TV avec une réception neigeuse, vieux meubles. Les côtés positifs : prix très bon marché 24 Euros la nuit pour 2 adultes, petits déjeuners inclus, Wifi et parking gratuits, eau tiède, route à traverser pour aller à la plage, literie correcte et 2 bouteilles d’eau fournie dans réfrigérateur.

Hotell lå mye nærmere strand en oppført (100meter)

Vi måtte kjøpe oss opp på bedre rom! 300bath pr natt. Første rommet vi fikk måtte vi stå ute på terrassen å vaske oss. Vi byttet neste dag til et i samme pris, mender var det ikke mulig å tørke klær eller annet! Etter at vi kjøpte oss opp fikk vi rom som på brosjyren. Terrasse som vi kunne sitte ute på og vask og toalett inne. Vi betalte 3300 bath ekstra og koste oss resten av ferien. Resepsjons medarbeidere kunne lite engelsk.
