First hotel room the A/C did not work, it was 78deg. in the room. They gave us a new room. The new room A/C did work but was not cold, it was set on 65 but only got down to 72deg. At most. After being in NOLA heat all day, cold A/C is a must! The valet was amazing! They helped call our cabs and navigate. The restaurant was understaffed with long wait times. However, the food was great! The hotels location was perfect, couldnt gave picked a better place. It was close to the party but far enough away they we werent kept up all night. Overall, I probably would not stay at this hotel again due to bad A/C.

Service in the restaurant was relatively slow & when I went to get morning coffee at 7:30 am, the restaurant door was locked. The valets outside & the concierges were very friendly & helpful. The hotel location was great & we would probably stay there again.

We had a great stay overall. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and I especially appreciated the hotel accommodating our early check-in request since we booked the day before arrival. That made a huge difference for us after traveling.

The food was also very good. My only complaint was that the kitchen ended up closing earlier than the time we had been told earlier in the day, which was a little disappointing. Other than that, the experience was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean, the bathroom could use a little love. It wasn’t dirty but grout could be changed if I’m complaining about anything at all in the room. AC was great, which is very important in a hot city like NOLA. I really liked the property, it felt older but was beautiful inside. And the building wrapped around the pool which was so cool, and our room overlooked the patio which was beautiful as well. The amenities were a total hit out the park, as my favorite thing to use was their reusable collapsible water bottle at their water station downstairs which also included flavored water. The staff were incredible, but to be honest, everyone is so kind and always willing to help in NOLA so I’m not surprised the staff were a total hit out the park. This spot was really convenient, as it’s close enough to bourbon street and canal street but far enough that noise wasn’t a concern at all. Overall, I plan to stay here again! Can’t beat a single thing here!!

My daughter and I stayed here for a quick girls trip recently. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and just amazing all around. From the bellmen, to the front desk staff, to the unforgettable concierge, everyone we met made our stay beyond our expectations. We both highly recommend this hotel just for the staff alone. The bonus is the hotel itself is a great value and comes with helpful amenities like an outdoor pool, a restaurant attached, and water bottle filling station.

Stayed 3 nights with young teenage son and adult daughter. Location was great. Older building that had been updated. Could use another small refresh. Bathroom was really small. But again it’s an older building so understandable. Pool area and courtyard was great for relaxing. Room was comfortable and cozy bedding. Area was great. Close to Bourban street and restaurants but without the chaos and noise. Loved that valet parking was secure. Would stay again.

Overall the location was perfect for all scenic /tourist attractions. The staff were all super accommodating and very friendly. I would come back here without hesitation. Bar /breakfast staff were excellent. Especially Andy(??), aka Kevin hart was very attentive and customer centric.

I booked our trip to NOLA for four of us traveling from different parts of the country and we stayed here for 1 week. The staff was all SO kind and helpful and made us feel like family from the moment we walked in the door.
The location to everything in the French Quarter is perfect and is just 1 block off of Bourbon Street, close enough to everything but away from all of the noise. It is one of the hotels that is listed where you can be picked up by tours in front of the hotel and all Cabs and Ubers arrived in 2-3 minutes.
There is an onsite restaurant & bar that opens at 7am for coffee and breakfast and bring your water bottle to be refilled at their filling station in the lobby. Refrigerators in the room and ice machine, snacks and microwave located on every floor, we wanted for nothing.
The beds and pillows were comfy, the room was spotless and cleaned daily, the air conditioning was wonderful..
A special shout-out to Cory the ever-present onsite security person who was helpful in any way needed and also to Ryan in the Twisted Waffle restaurant who's friendly face was there every morning to greet us, both of these employees are assets to this great hotel! I wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel to everyone and I will be returning one day!

I liked how this hotel was as walking distance from burbon st and the rooms were clean. I hated the bathtub. It’s very old and looks dirty. Whenever we showered it would get backed up with water. Out old school projector like blinds were broke. We had to use the leftover blue tape in the room to keep the blinds up to let light in. I also hated that we were charged $50 for using a 3rd party to book.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. My room was cleaned daily, and I appreciated coming back to a fresh, clean space each day. The room itself was very clean, and the air conditioner worked properly, which made my stay comfortable.

The staff truly made my experience even better. The front desk receptionist, Adrianna (if I’m spelling her name correctly), was absolutely polite and displayed outstanding customer service skills. She greeted my partner and me every morning with kindness and professionalism. Corey and another young man whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch were also wonderful. They helped with our bags and greeted us daily, always making us feel welcomed.

A special mention to Mr. Eddie he was a book of knowledge when it came to New Orleans! If you wanted to know anything about the city, he could tell you, and he even shared interesting things about himself as well. He added a personal touch that made our visit memorable.

I was actually sad that I didn’t get the chance to say goodbye to Adrianna before leaving. Staff members like her truly make a difference and leave a lasting impression. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the hospitality shown throughout my visit.

The pool was nice, but there isn’t a hot tub. The room was clean, but the beds were very hard and short and our feet were hanging over the edges! We’re not that tall. The restaurant staff was rude to my friend and to my daughter on two separate occasions. The concierge was very helpful and the highlight of our stay. Overall, I probably would not stay there again on my next visit to New Orleans.

The $15 daily restaurant credit wasn’t very useful, although the staff was extremely friendly. The balcony was lovely, and the mineral‑water dispenser with flavored options was a nice touch. The snack selection was fair, though it only included chocolate candy and no other varieties. Overall, the space was very clean, private, and well‑suited for both families and couples.

The reason i would return to this property would be the location. It was ideal. Close enough to the best streets of the French Quarter and the Mississippi River but in a quiet space. What I didn’t like was our room. While it was clean, it looked out on what felt like an alley and we couldn’t open the window blinds given the people wandering by. It felt like we were in a box cave. And the lobby lacked charm as well.
That said, if i could get a nicer room i would stay there again.

When we checked in we were greeted by a lady named Neisha and let me tell you she made the whole stay absolutely amazing. She told us where to go get pizza, the best way to walk around the Quarters, she explain everything the hotel offered. All of the staff was beyond friendly and went out of their way to help anyway they could. 10/10. We will be staying here again.

Great location, easy to walk down to water, explore French Quarter, Warehouse and trolley over to Garden. It was 87 when we arrived and the pool and drinks were a perfect afternoon chill before Jazz Fest. The staff is super friendly, and the rooms were good, bed comfortable and adequate space. The shower had some black mold which has to be a battle in New Orleans, but the water was hot and plenty of pressure. Carpet in hallways was a little tired, but all and all for the price, we’ll be back again to Chateau LeMoyne!

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn in New Orleans was a mixed experience, but I appreciated the efforts of the staff to make it as comfortable as possible given the circumstances.

**Check-In and Location**
The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which set a positive tone for my stay. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and nightlife.

**Room Condition and Issues**
Unfortunately, the room I was initially assigned had a significant leak. While the hotel staff responded remarkably quickly to my concerns, sending someone to assess the situation, the leak was persistent and continued bubbling in multiple spots on the wall. They did their best to contain it with towels, but it was clear that more needed to be done. Since there were no other rooms available that night, I had to spend the night in that room, which was less than ideal.

Resolution and Compensation**
The following day, the hotel staff moved me to a different room, which was a relief. I also appreciated their gesture of compensating me for the inconvenience by waiving a fee. This thoughtful action demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction.

**Staff and Service**
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The front desk team was great, and the porters were particularly attentive, assisting with luggage and helping to arrange taxis. Their excellent service made a significant difference.

While the room was clean, it was shabby. Paint peeling in the bathroom, part of the curtain was hanging off the rod. AC/heat was fine.
The carpets in the room and throughout are in dire need of being replaced as they look worn and dirty. Hotel hallways need brighter lighting.
Restaurant is nice, food is good and the waitstaff are friendly and engaging. All staff was very nice.
There was a $126 surcharge added to our bill the day after we left and we were not told about this prior to leaving.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Comfortable room and great location. Walking distance to so much. Here’s our negatives … We arrived at the hotel a little after 3 after driving from Florida and was told that we’d have to pay extra to check in less than hour early. I haven’t heard this before, especially when our room was ready. They stated if we were an IHG member we could check in early for free what they didn’t tell me, was that it was free to become a member. You’d think they’d encourage me to sign up to be a member, instead while I was waiting to my husband to park the car, I had to figure this out myself. I already read before coming that it was valet only at $50 a day so I planned to self park. One tip to know is that using an app like SpotPark will save you so much money! Found a parking spot for $50 for a few nights just a block away. They also give you these $15 per day voucher for the restaurant but give you a different menu conveniently after you say you have the voucher where nothing is under $15 of course. First two days we chose to just get our coffee with our voucher. The last day when we were finally going to get a full breakfast, they were short handed and chose to serve other people before us and we left.

Great location for exploring the French Quarter or catching a Streetcar on Canal. The staff was so wonderful and friendly, and they were able to accommodate my family with adjoining rooms and a crib. The room cleanliness wasn't the cleanest I've seen, but acceptable - and the staff is extremely helpful with addressing any concerns.
