I’ve stayed at Veranda Resort Hua Hin - Cha Am many, many times since 2019—back in the \"other world\" before COVID-19. Since my first visit, I’ve made sure to return every year, and now I finally have the chance to leave a proper review.

This resort absolutely deserves five stars for so many reasons. As a professional chef, food is the first thing I look for, and Veranda has truly impressed me. In 2024, they earned a Michelin Recommendation (Michelin-Star Worthy), and I couldn’t be happier for them! The amazing team that has served me since day one has kept both the food and service consistently outstanding. The flavors are delicious, and their hospitality is undeniable—from the bellboys to the front desk, they’re a true powerhouse.

Beyond the dining, the resort offers a comfortable, clean, and safe environment with a beautiful beachfront. Without a doubt, this is the place to stay in the Hua Hin/Cha Am area—not to be missed!

The staff made the stay enjoyable - courteous, professional, kind, attentive...everything. Breakfast (Western and Thai) were delicious. The room and facilities were clean, comfortable and breathtakingly serene. Since the hotel is in Cha-Am and not Hua Hin, finding a variety of foods (outside of hotel) would be a bit of a task for some. Overall, I love it here.

Top notch customer service. Staffs are friendly and go above and beyond for you. Facility is beautiful. They also provide my elderly mother with a wheelchair. The staff also set up the bathroom with a shower chair and anti-slip mat. Definitely a handicapped friendly property.

Breakfast is awesome with both Thai and western option. The Thai food station changes every day as well and it is cooked fresh for you.

The place is extremely beautiful and has a good location. There is a relatively private beach which is clean and beautiful. Service is excellent. Check in is friendly and efficient. We had a problem with noise related to our villa. We complained promptly and the senior staff resolved the problem quickly and to our satisfaction. We were impressed with their dedication to making sure we would have a peaceful and happy stay. overall highly recommended.

Me and my son were there for two nights We had our lunch diner by the beach bar staff was really nice(especially the lady with long hair) over all we like it. Pool was nice BF was ok. The only thing it’s the room it’s really rundown! Shower room was full with mold ,tv cabinet was peeling off, basically room need a renovate big time . If they do I will give them 5 stars over all its really ok.

This is our second visit to the hotel. Staff are nice s usual. Our room wasn’t ready upon checkin but Khun Crabby was quick to fix the problem.
The property starts to age and could benefit from renovation. The breakfast should offer wider selection. The pool ladder is unsafely designed.
The sea view is breathtaking and we do not hesitate to recommend to our friends.

Cozy place. the beach of the hotel was so nice. However, not impressed only two things : Breakfast... it could be greater. The quality of the food isn’t good enough as it should be for this kind of hotel/ Cleanliness... just somewhere in the toilet... not 100% cleaned properly, and also i found some ants in the room.

Great view @sea. Good service, pool clean, very few guests😎. One small problem 24 hour bass beat from nearby new monk celebrations. Low level but like a sound in you head all night. Did not have this problem last stay. Very quiet location usually. We will be going back.

Good mid-sized resort hotel on beach

A nicely designed hotel with well maintained and clean communal areas. Great large pool where noisy kids are tolerated. Rooms could do with a bit of updating and are showing signs of wear and tear. Also, if you like us you live in a flat and are terrorised by noisy neighbours then request a top floor room. We had a family above us on our first night and it was literally a living nightmare. We are pretty over sensitive as we live with this every day. Management kindly moved us straight away.

Great hotel for everybody!

Veranda Resort & Spa is a wonderful hotel. Nice large rooms with furnished balcony where it is great to sit and relax in the afternoon. Privat beach with free sunbeds. Beach has a couple of nice small beachrestaurants where also massage is given. Big pool surrounded by sunbeds. About 20 min with taxi to Hua Hin. All in all great spot to stay and explore.

Very nice service from the staff. Welcome drinks and towels were very refreshing. 15 min away from Hua Hin, so it was good that I could be away from all the hustle. Quiet and clean beachfront. Small size resort which I liked it. Couldn't find decent restaurants around the hotel (walking distance), so ended up going to Hua Hin. Room was spacious with balcony and liked the bath amenities (they provide Thann).

As you enter the hotel it is very impressive, staff were helpfull showing us our room and not just a porter dropping the bags off. We booked a Jacuzzi suite overlooking the sea, the view was a bit spoilt by the big trees around the swimming pool even though we were on the highest floor. But overall great view. The room was nice but the condition of the furniture and jacuzzi were not great. For the price we paid i would expect the room to be kept in better condition,also the shampoos, shower gels and hand soaps were so nice but were not topped up and just ran out. If these problems were adressed this place would definitely be worth every penny. Lovely beach, great food,great staff and relaxing atmosphere. The only other problem which was very annoying was the free wi-fi lost connection every 10 minutes and the password had to be entered repeatedly.I know i am on holiday but it was helful to search the area for restaurants and other attractions which was well worth checking out.

Veldig hyggelig betjening, flott og rolig lokasjon. Kort vei til Cha-am og Hua Hin om du vil ha mer action. Det perfekte stedet for å senke skuldrene. God mat i restauranten, men også fantastisk thai-restaurant rett nede på stranden. Der finner du også god massasje. Bassenget er veldig fint, og godt med plass selv når det er mange gjester. Treningsrommet er ok, men det trenger en oppdatering snart, men for litt ferievedlikehold er det topp. Veldig hyggelig betjening, og de er løsningsorienterte! Vil du ri på hest på stranden, kommer det ryttere utenfor hotellet hver dag, som du kan leie hest av.
Ryddig og rent, over alt. God frokost med stort utvalg i det meste du kan ha lyst på.
Hotellet begynner å bli litt slitt, men det tenker du egentlig ikke over, for det er så hyggelig. Anbefales virkelig

Poolen var svin kall och få badade vi klagade på detta och fick svar att det är vinter tid i Thailand 🤔🤔varför tar ni då dit turister som vill komma o ha semester 😵‍💫
Maten var under all kretik och dyr så många gick till närliggande strand restauranger med mycket god hemma lagad mat som var mycken pris värd
Solstolar fannas inte till alla så typiskt skulle alla stressa ut på morgonen för att få en stol och hälften av stolarna var så dåliga att man kunde inte ligga i dom 😡

My family (with a baby, toddler, teenager and adults) , had a fantastic stay over Christmas at the Veranda resort in Hua-Hin - Cha Am. Excellent service and with a most beautiful location right at the beach. We had 2 suites by the pool and one room with a veranda and a stunning view over the ocean. We'll definitely come back!!

Het aanbod van de SPA (massages en behandelingen) zijn heel duur en prijs/kwaliteit totaal uit balans. Locale massages (10 meter verder op het strand) zijn prima.
Wifi is onbetrouwbaar, dus 4G nodig.

Wenn Sie mit einem Kind ein Resort suchen, ist das Veranda Resort eine gute Wahl. Ältere europäische Reisende wie wir empfinden den Lärm am Pool und die abgeschiedene Lage des Resorts als suboptimal, zumal sowohl der Shuttle als auch die Taxis für Thailand total überhöhte Preise verlangen. Der Taxifahrer verlangte für eine Fahrt nach Hua Hin 15 Euro. Das Frühstück überzeugte ebenso wie der Service, vor allem Amy machte einen hervorragenden Job.

- โรงแรมยังบริหารจัดการคนในวันหยุดยาวได้ไม่ดีเท่าทีควร ทำให้เลทเช็คอินไปนานมากค่ะ

- ผู้คนพลุกพล่านทุกพื้นที่โรงแรม ทั้งล้อบบี้ สระว่ายน้ำ และห้องอาหารเช้าที่นั่งไม่เพียงพอ ไม่ได้รับบรรยากาศในการมาพักผ่อนเลย

- ราคาไม่คุ้มค่า เมื่อเทียบกับห้องห้องแฟมิลี่ที่อยู่ตึกด้านหลังซึ่งต้องเดินข้ามถนนไปๆกลับๆ และวิวที่ได้คือวิวลานจอดรถ แต่โรงแรมเรียกส่ิงนี้ว่าวิวภูเขา #ผิดหวังมากค่ะ

- มีความต่างกันมากระหว่างห้องนอนใหญ่ กับเตียง2ชั้นที่มีเพียงแค่ม่านกั้นทำให้ยิ่มแคบแถมอากาศไม่ค่อยเข้า และไม่กันเสียงจากโซนที่นั่งเล่นค่ะ

- ในห้องพักมีจากุซซี่ขนาดใหญ่ตั้งอยู่กลางห้องโล่ง จะโป๊ไม่ได้เลยทำได้แค่แช่ขาแบบออนเซน ซึ่งยังเปียกพื้นเดินลื่นทั่วห้อง ถ้าบ้านไหนเล่นน้ำด้วยห้องคงจะเปียกเลอะมากว่านี้แน่ค่ะ

- ห้องพักส่วนใหญ่ในโรงแรมจะไม่เห็นวิวทะเล และสำหรับคนที่พักชั้น1ฝั่งโรงแรม จะมีคนเดินผ่านเพื่อไปที่หน้าหาดและสระว่ายน้ำ เกือบตลอดเวลา

我訂購時房間是Veranda at sea plus, 但是最後安排的是Veranda at sea房間, 酒店解釋我訂的房間是4人房, 最終酒店可面安排了一餐afternoon tea及一餐dinner作補償酒店房價; 作成5星級酒店早餐方面食物選擇比較少, 食物質素一般, GYM room 很細, 游泳池算大, 如要到便利店購物需要步行10分鐘, 酒店附近有一間餐廳步行2分鐘，食物非常美味而且價錢合理，酒店最大優點是觀賞日出的最佳位置，日出美境非常震撼令人難忘。

편안한 휴식을 즐길수 있던곳입니다 조금걸어나가면 편의점들도 있고 가는길에 있는 로컬식당도 음식 좋았습니다
그곳에서 아주오랜만에 밝게빛나는 별들도 봤네요
가족들하고 나이드신 부부들이 많구요그래서 더 조용하구 좋았어요
번화가까지좀 멀어서 쇼핑하시기에는 택시비가좀많이 나와요 찻실라마켓까지는 왕복 600에서 블루포트몰까지는 왕복800나옵니다

En underbar vistelse

Ett väldigt rent och trevligt hotell. Personalen är väldigt trevliga och servicemined. Poolen är stor och trevlig med en härlig utsikt över havet. Kanske en aningen kall pool men det gjorde inte så mycket.
Dock ska man veta att det inte finns så mycket att göra i området runt hotellet. Det finns några härliga resturanger runt om men inte mer, utan då får man ta sig in till Hua Hin som hotellet hjälper en med.
