We had a flight cancelled and picked this hotel at random. It was a very cute spa. Desk staff were extremely friendly, easy going and helpful. Shuttle to train station. If not dealing with the Crowdstrike disaster it would have been interesting to try the baths.

Spa good, receptionist good, got to check in early bonus! Room old and dated! Corridor stank of smoke, noises could be heard from other rooms. If it wasn’t for the shuttle and spa I’d doubt they’d be in business! Very over priced!

Very good hotel in a great location. Room was spacious and well designed and plenty of in room amenities.
The communal amenities a bit lacking and the breakfast and on site bar /restaurant very over priced for the level of hotel.
We had an incident at check out when we were charged for drinks that we did not have.. To be fair to the hotel they immediately rectified this once we showed them the signature was not mine but they may want to look at their billing system as clearly this very easy to do.

Stopped over for the night

Dated old hotel is trying to rally. Rooms remain shabby and cell-like. The onsen hit spring saves the place. It’s refurbished and clean. Didn’t eat here but the menu looked good. Linens are very clean, which is all that mattered in the end, as we were merely stopping over for one night on the way elsewhere. Room cannot be smaller. Barely enough room to open a suitcase. Two people can’t walk past each other. Bathroom tub is deep, but the room itself is claustrophobic. Fixtures were new, and there’s a washlet bidet toilet. The hotel staff was friendly. There is only one shuttle per hour. We missed one from the airport by one minute. Had to take a train two stops away and then a taxi. Morning shuttle back to airport is very organized with nice medium and large sized vans. Not close enough to call this convenient. But at least it is possible to get there smoothly.

Overall it’s forgettable, and not terrible.

Disappointing Onsen Experience

This is my last stop over in Japan before I fly off. I choose this hotel because I wanted to go to the Onsen/ Hot spring. I plan to go to the Onsen in the late evening but was disturbed by a group of Chinese male guest near the lift area. Hence, I replan to go to the Onsen in the morning for a 20mins quick dip and back to my hotel room for a shower. The Onsen is closed at 10am in the morning, but to my disappointment the cleaner was there at 9am doing her washing. Oh my goodness. I am totally speechless.

Quiet hotel, without many pretensions, useful for those who have to take the plane to the Kansai airport. The free transfer service is very functional, which is however necessary to book. The indoor restaurant closes early in the evening. For those arriving late, it is therefore necessary to organize themselves in another way.

I arrived from the airport to catch the bus, the bus only runs after 3:00 pm. I happened to see the hotel bus at the airport stop picking up a group at 1:00 pm, Even though there was space on the bus, I was not allowed to ride on the bus. When we finally arrived at the hotel the lobby was packed with all the group guests. The hotel staff noticed and was quick to take care of us. Since there was only one elevator, the wait was about 15 minutes to get on the elevator with our luggage. The room was small, cramped and not very tidy. The bathroom was not clean and the carpet needed cleaning and vacuuming. We decided the use the spa, which was small and pleasant, and at the time we went there was no one there (because the group was eating in the dining area.) However, after dinner, many came to the spa and it was loud and unpleasant. The group at the hotel was loud in every area of the hotel (Spa, dining, hallways and elevators). Was not a relaxing stay before our early morning flight! The most endearing quality of the hotel was the kind workers at the front desk!

Chose the hotel as flying late into Kansai International airport (Osaka) & driving off to Wakayama the next morning. The hotel was near to the airport and not difficult to find by GPS after picking up the car at the airport. Staff is friendly and helpful. Had a relaxing onsen and rest overnight. Breakfast as ok.

Hot spring hotel near Kansai Airport

This hot spring hotel is very close to the Kansai Airport and has a nearby shopping outlet. It offers free airport shuttle service. We ordered a Japanese-style lunch and reserved a private onsen session to relax before our return trip home. It was a nice experience.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, the hotel is very simple but clean. I did not try the onsen. The hotel offers free airport shuttle, it is about 20 min drive from Kansai. I would strongly recommend you use this free service, a taxi ride could cost you over 5000 yen - please phone ahead to arrange this. Breakfast was surprisingly good, but not cheap at 1200 yen. Handy for Kansai airport.

Proper Japanese style Onsen by the airport!

Situated in rural residential area, the hotel has proper (not artificial or carried from elsewhere) Japanese style hot spa.
Faculty itself is not exactly new and shows its age at places, but maintained well and very clean.
Friendly and helping hotel staff were charming.

This hotel was not good for the price paid. Room was scuffed up (not dirty), just needs updating. After the desk clerk gave us the key, he did not direct us where to go. We had to wander around to find the elevator. Most of all, the Expedia reservation said that the room price paid included all taxes and fees. When we registered, we were charged a \"city tax\" of 150 yen each. The shuttle driver was puzzled about our reservation - don't think he could read English. We would highly recommend the Bellevue Hotel in the same area; much higher quality and a lower price.

Very friendly, and helpful staff. A few staff had no English, but most had enough English skills to make communication possible. I arrived early and dropped my luggage off and they allowed me to check in earlier. The area itself was bland, but I did find a Buddhist temple within walking distance. It was nice to have a shuttle to the airport and they were very prompt.

My husband and I stayed one night to catch the next day's early flight. The shuttle bus is convenient however to get the hotel was not as easy as we thought, in particular with luggages. Japan has different train lines. The closest rail station is *Izumisano* which is on the Nankai line and you probably will experience a slow train with 20+ stops from Osaka. You may take a more direct JR line to *Hineno*, but then, you will need to walk ~3km unless take a taxi. The breakfast buffet is nice with both Japanese and western style. Since smoking is allowed at certain area and rooms, we did not like the smell in the lobby. Onsen is available in this hotel but we didn't try. We booked a double room which is quite small. To be fair, I have to admit after staying in a wonderful hotel in Takayama, our expectation was a bit high. All in all, it's okay but would not be the one we'd go again.

No email address to communicate arrangements. Advertised airport shuttle runs mostly mid afternoon & early evening (not my morning arrival.) Taking train ($500 yen) from ( the island) airport two stops proved easy enough, where they then picked me up with shuttle. Room was very small & tight for two people with luggage. Restaurant very expensive & limited. So why stay here? The Spa was lovely: stone tiled large wash room, hot tub with doors to small garden, steam, sauna & bath. Men's I hear is even bigger & nicer. Great massage chairs top it off. Staff were very sweet; somewhat limited English.

Cigarette smoke and thin walls, good spa though

A few friends and I missed our flights back home, and so extended our time in Japan for a couple days. On the night before our *second* flight home, we made sure to stay close to the airport to avoid the same problems as before. This hotel was reasonably priced and had a spa for us to relax in before our flight the next day. We were forced to pay for another room since there were 3 of us, even though we were perfectly fine squeezing into a double room and paying for the extra occupancy. The extra room ended up making our stay more expensive than if we stayed at the hotel in the airport itself. Also, upon entry into our double room, we smelled heavy cigarette smoke and had to sleep through it and the snoring/talking of our neighbours next door. Though the room was small and unsatisfactory, we did enjoy the spa facilities, which were luckily included with the room and were open until 2am.

I chose this hotel because of the free shuttle service from the airport. This is a modest hotel, small rooms (it's Japan so expect this) but clean & staff very nice. You get what you pay for, & this was a safe, convenient hotel for a woman traveling alone. I did not go into surrounding area so can't comment. Met my needs & price was right.

I just used the hotel for a one night layover and the shuttle service was very convenient. Hotel was very clean with internet access in the room. Quiet neighborhood with a few restaurant and a convenience store short walk away. Small room by US standards but typical of a business style hotel in Japan. Didn't get a chance to try out the spa. Will probably stay their again on my next trip.

Great for a the last night of our trip

As a place to stay on our final night in Japan before a morning flight, this was perfect. There is a free shuttle service so getting to/from the airport is easy. The room was simple and not huge, but perfectly adequate for a short stay. The hotel has large ryokan-style shared baths (separate for men and women). The shared bath is well kept and has a lovely peaceful atmosphere - great for relaxing at the end of a trip - although if this isn't your cup of tea there are also en-suite bathrooms in the rooms.

Free onsen proved to be a lifesaver after a long day of traveling. A bit further than other hotels (about 15 min from train station), but worth it for the price. The rooms were clean, compact but very well organized. The beds were bigger than we expected, and could fit a person of 6'3. Free shuttle from the airport was very helpful

Certainly by North American standards, our room was quite small, although typical in Asia. Hotel is close to Kansai airport and provides a complimentary shuttle in both directions. The accommodation is 15-20 minutes walk from Izumisano Station on the Airport line. Alternative you can catch a cab it will take around 5 minutes. Closeby there are a few food stores on the main road. A delicious homemade cookie store is about a street. The hotel/spa is located near residential area and so you may see small wheat/rice fields. Did I mention spa/osen? The hotel has access to onsen, spa and sauna. Female and male osen are separated and it operates most hours, closes between 2a.m -5a.m. In general the stay was lovely for one night.

A one-night stopover.

My room at this hotel was quite small, but probably average by Japanese standards. It was easy to get to by the free hotel shuttle from Kansai International (approx. 20 min.) and was very quiet (next to a rice field). Many things were extra, like breakfast and the hot springs bath, though not expensive. It had internet and pc rental. Front staff speak English. I wouldn't say that the town had much to offer, but I was only there for a one night stopover.

Great onsen, close to Kansai airport.

The hotel is in a great location for a lost stop while heading to the airport. It has a great onsen that was a huge relaxation before getting on the plane. The gentleman that worked at the front desk was incredibly friendly and very helpful: explaining the onsen and getting us on the shuttle to the airport in the morning. The room was a little drab, but fine enough (though it looked straight out of the 80's). All things considered, it was a great stay.

温泉付きで頑張ってる感はありますが、小さい方の温泉はイマイチ。部屋着も浴衣はダメ。あとエアコンが方向をどう変えて固定しても寝てる場所に直撃、ダメでしょう。温泉にアミューズメントいっぱいなのは助かります。スタッフの対応　挨拶も　完璧です！

別館の温泉が広くて露天やジャグジーもあって良かった。部屋でのトラベルの対応も迅速でした。温泉を飲む事も出来ます本館の温泉は普通ですが入れ替え制で両方入れました。夜隣の部屋の会話が丸聞こえでした。

狭くて古いですが、水回りは新しく、きちんと掃除され、浴衣やタオル類もちゃんとしており、温泉があるのがありがたかったです。飛行機の到着が夜遅くなり、急きょ宿泊しました。空港からタクシーで15分はかかり、深夜割り増しと空港連絡橋通行料金で4550円かかったのが痛かったです。朝は無料送迎サービスがあり助かりました。

Room : Tidy, clean but a little bit old. Staff : Polite and Helpful, Great Service. Location : not close to the Izumisano Station, luckily shuttle buses are available Spa : Love it. Overall : Worth a try

写真映りが良すぎかな…

写真で見た感じと違って部屋もお風呂もそんなに大きくないです。でも温泉ありますし、マッサージチェアも良くて楽しく泊まれました。

Amazing free spa

If you are staying just for relax, it is excellent. Great free spa is amazing. They have also free shuttle to AirPort. Thumb up. I will také this hotel again.

여행 마지막날 간사이 공항 근처 린쿠타운과 히네노역 이온몰 이용하기 위해 숙박했습니다. 프런트 체크인 해주신 분이 친절하고 주변 설명도 잘 해주셔서 편리하게 있다 왔습니다. 스파도 깨끗하고 관리가 잘되었어서 가격대비 너무 좋은 곳입니다. 공항까지 무료셔틀도 장점입니다. 공항근처의 호텔을 찾으신다면 적극 추천입니다.

不错的酒店喔

找家有机场接泊又有吸烟房的酒店不容易
晚上十点多落地打酒店的电话之后特地派车到第二航站楼接我们十分贴心周到
附近五分钟步行路程有便利店
汤没泡集体泡汤还是搞不来
神奇的是晚上反锁门睡一晚第二天就出不去了
门房搭救了半个小时告诉我是门锁坏掉了
给我耽误的早餐都没好好吃
餐厅有和式洋式都包括的自助早餐还不错 1200一个人正常价位
还可以给免费送到地铁站（如果不送的话是有点远啦）但是一小时一班车

部屋はコンパクトですが、温泉でゆったりできて、関空までの送迎バスがありとても便利、レストランの食事も値段が手ごろでおいしい味でした。　また機会があれば利用したいです。

雖然離大阪市區有點距離，但飯店很貼心，早上有固定接駁車可以到泉佐野車站，晚上坐電車回來時可以打電話請飯店來接，非常方便，回飯店休息時還可以泡湯。
