The hotel is 5 seconds away from Kitamoto Station, and 50 minutes away from Tokyo Station. Very convenient, quiet and nice. There is also a big hot bathtub, which helps you relax after a day of hard work.

The hotel was very comfortable. But it is not tourist friendly. What I mean by that is there should be more signs in English and in other foreign languages. Because at this time there are a lot of tourist Visting Japan. I speak fluent Japanese but I noticed that there should be songs in English.

You can see the hotel from the platform when you get off the train...Friendly staff, good amenities, room is not as small than we think (15sq m) , love the FREE ramen very night. Breakfast was good (we pay at hotel). Food places and shopping on the opposite side of train station exit.

温泉があり、夜鳴きカレーという宿泊当日夜にカレーのサービスがあるなど、サービス面では好感度高いが、フロントの対応は杓子定規な感じがいなめない。CSを心がけた対応に期待したい。
関内説明書を読めということで、自分で調べたり確認したりしなければならないことが多く、初めての宿泊客にはストレスを感じる面が結構あった。部屋にペットボトルサービスがなく、ポットを置いていたが、水道水が飲めるのかなどの案内も置いておいて欲しかった。

雖然當作省錢度假，認識了Masala義大利餐廳
老闆Hana小姐，覺得很安慰⋯但平心而論⋯
下次我應該不會再來住這間飯店，有些失落⋯
還是很謝謝努力服務我們的辛苦工作人員們⋯
下次建議可以前往大宮站、或春日部、上野等
