The out side signs on the side walls (neon signs) are not easily visible compared to other Toyoko Inn hotels so guests might find it difficult to find the place.

Great value for nice hotel in Omiya
Highly recommended! This was a clean, comfortable and nicely equipped hotel in Omiya. The room condition was excellent and everything worked well. The bed was firm but very comfortable. The breakfast was not 5 star but completely satisfactory and with healthy options. Omiya is a really great suburb with many shops and restaurants. I will stay again.

This was a very comfortable hotel in Omiya with a nice sized room and a good breakfast. The check in process is inconvenient though. We arrived at 3pm and had to pay an extra fee to check in 'early'!! Otherwise we would have to wait until 4pm even though our room was ready at 3pm. Even weirder, we were initially given keys to our room only to later be told that the reason the key wouldn't open our room door was because we had to pay extra before 4pm. All very odd...

There was no indication that the room I rented was a smoking allowed when I booked it. Is it too much to make all rooms no smoking areas?

館内にロッカーやPCが使えるスペースがあり、コーヒーや氷、レンジなど設備も充実しています。朝食は行列が出来ていましたが部屋でも食べることができるので落ち着いて食事ができました。客室はブルーの壁紙が部屋を広く明るく感じさせてくれて、居心地の良い空間でした。ホテル仕様のハンドソープがとても良い香りで後日購入しようと思います。

安価で朝食付きが良かった

浴室に50cm位の長さの髪の毛と ５cm位の長さの髪の毛が数本あった。
無料朝食は 食材を取る順路が不明で戸惑ったり、右回りと左回りの人で鉢合わせにもなっていたので、トレーの位置や皿の位置を順路の最初に配置して明確にした方が良い。
廊下を下着姿で歩くアジア系外国人らしき女性が 部屋と部屋を行ったり来たりしていたので、中国語で注意書きが必要。
