Excellent stay

Friendly and patient staff, breakfast was excellent each day. Rooms were small but comfortable and still good for the price. The mattresses were very firm but not completely uncomfortable. The toilet was very small if you are a larger person. But I would absolutely stay here again.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff (We speak basic Japanese and sometimes had to use Google translate with staff). The free daily buffet breakfast was delicious and filling every morning. Clean rooms. Excellent locations from Shiki station. Let’s of places to eat in the area.

Love the hotel. Rooms are clean and have the basic amenities. Recommends travelers just bring small carry on suitcases. We one one small carry on and one large suitcase.

Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is in the “business hotel” category, so the room is tiny but highly inexpensive. I was pleasantly surprised by how cleverly things are designed inside the room, which makes the small space very usable. The building is still 2 years old, and it is pretty clean.

Good location and comfortable stay

The check-in and check-out were automated and fast and the room was comfortable, modern, and clean. The complimentary hot breakfast had extensive offerings. The front desk staff were helpful and kind when we were checking our luggage for a day of wandering around. The location next to the station is central and has a lot of shopping and dining options.

Chose the hotel because it had parking and I had a lot of things, and the day would be pouring down rain. Upon arrival was told that the parking lot on site was full ( there are roughly 15 parking spaces.. the hotel has 13 floors of guest rooms with about 10 rooms per floor) .. the staff member was unhelpful. If you don’t actually have parking for people don’t claim it. It’s just a Toyoko Inn so I didn’t have high expectations for the room but the bed was literally the hardest bed I’d ever slept on. No give at all. The area is fine , the hotel is clean.

Excellent place for the price! Very close and convenient to Shiki station and daily breakfast buffet was amazing and carefully and deliciously prepared. Very clean and well ran and managed. What else you need for the affordable nightly stay when you are on the go? Thank you Toyoko Inn Shiki!

宿に到着し、駐車場に向かうと満車でした。事前に予約できるシステムがあったのかどうか、確認していませんが分かりやすく案内して欲しかったです。また、夜11時〜夜中2日頃まで同じ階なのか上の階なのか分かりませんがとにかく物音が多々ありすんなり眠れなかったです。
朝食はとても美味しく、スタッフの方々も親切で心地良く食事ができました。

受験の前泊として利用させて頂きました。駅近で大変便利でした。チェックインも機械で行う為、簡潔でスムーズでした。室内も清潔ですし、温度調節も湯量もしっかり調整出来る水周りでした。冬場に加湿器を置いてくださっているのはとてもありがたかったです。ユニットバスは鏡が曇りがちですがキチンと曇り止めもあり助かりました。室内に飲料がない代わりに1Fには無料の飲み物もあり、無料の朝食もあり（6:30スタートの朝食で作ってくださっている方々のご挨拶に真心を感じました。）今時この金額で提供出来るサービス内容として十分でした。2人での宿泊でしたので、ルームキー（カード）が2枚あると良かったです。

3日滞在しましたが、3日とも朝食は食器やトレーはなく声をかけないと出されない、食べ物も空になっていて補充されず食べるものがなかったのですごく残念でした。これなら朝食付きプランとは言えないので、プランに組み込まないで、朝食は選択できるようにした方がよいと思いました。

スタッフの対応は理解し苦しいところはあります、連泊の場合、掃除することは、少し詳しく説明してほしかった、
今回は8日滞在したのですが、七日目掃除してほしくなっかたのですが、いきなりノックされて、今日は絶対掃除しないとダメと言われ、慌てて、シャワして出ましたが、納得できないのは、電話で通知できないなのかな、なぜ８日も滞在したのに、７日目掃除しなければならない理由わかりません。

駐車場について。

まず、駐車場は狭いし止められる台数は5台位しかない。ならば先にもっとみやすい様に予約優先とか書くべき。
提携している駐車場は、市営で遠い。しかもわかりづらい。何処に止めてどうやってどこから地上にでるのか把握しないと無駄に動く事になります。重い荷物を持って移動するのは大変なので、朝のチェックアウト時は一度フロントに荷物を預けて車を取りに行くのをおすすめします。

禁煙の部屋がなかったので、喫煙の部屋に泊まったが、タバコの臭いが凄かった。消臭剤が置いてあったので、部屋全体をスプレーした。ベッドも臭っていたので、スプレー。それ以外は居心地良かった。

はっきり言って、すごく狭かったです。
私事ですが、杖をついて歩く生活をしています。
なので、そういった体に不自由がある方は利用しづらいと思います。

朝食付きでしたが、洋食メインで、私には合わなかったです。

コンビニも、少し歩かないとないので少し不便に感じました。

駐車場は、(敷地内)のは、事前に申告性で、空いてなければ、近くの提携コインパーキングとのことでしたが…少し距離ありますね。
提携先のコインパーキングは、出し入れするたびにお金がかかるので…そこだけ気をつけたいですね。

なぜだか、2月の三連休、喫煙室のみで他がすべて満室でした。喫煙フロアに降り立った途端、たばこの匂いが強すぎましたが、部屋はそこまで気になるほど臭くはありませんでした。掃除も行き届いており、きれいなお部屋でした。
親子4名で宿泊したものの、夜少し寒く感じたのでブランケットをお願いしたところ、快く2枚貸していただき快適に眠ることができました。

朝食は室内のTVモニターで「翌朝の朝食は食べますか？食べる場合の人数は１人、2人、3人以上」という質問があり、3人以上で回答しましたが、連休最終日の朝食は8時前にはすべてパンが出払っており、食べるものが少なくて残念でした。パンが個包装になっているので、朝食が終わった後も複数個持っていっている宿泊客も目に入り、それが原因なのか、ホテル側の用意の問題なのか・・残念だったポイントはそこだけです。

これまでどこに泊まっても空気が乾燥して喉を痛めていたので、今回、客室に加湿器を見つけたときは本当に感激しました。
それと、壁には絵画、そしてQRコードによる絵の解説、本棚には聖書のみならず生き方を説いた書物が並んでいたことに感銘を受けました。東横インの雑誌も、読みやすく、親しみやすい内容で、気に入り、持ち帰らせていただきました。
一緒に泊まった娘の感想は、照明が暖色系だったこと、また客室の照明がいくつかの小さい照明にわかれているので、その時その時のニーズに合わせてつけたり消したりできる点が良かったということです。
朝食の調理担当の方々にも親切に対応していただいて、とてもよい気持ちで過ごさせていただきました。
ありがとうございます。お世話になりました。
