初めての宿泊。施設が古くユニットバス他、他のルートインとは劣っていた。冷蔵庫は使うならSWを入れて使用してくださいみたいな表示があったがどこがスイッチかわからない。要冷蔵の薬など持っている人には大変な問題だと思う。朝食はいつもの感じで問題なかった。他のルートインでも宿泊している人からすると、経験値より低くなるのであらかじめルートインの中でランクを付けて表示するか金額を下げないと損した感じになってしまう。

深夜チェックインでも丁寧に対応していただきました。駅から少し離れていますが、朝食付きでこの料金はありがたいです。桶川駅にもう少しタクシーが来てくれればな、とは思いました。ホテルとタクシー会社が提携でもして送迎がスムーズであれば改善されるとは思いますが。
