A compact but very comfortable room, with high standards of accommodation, extremely clean and pleasant! Very convenient location near the train station and a large selection of restaurants, and close to the Crea Mall shopping street, which leads straight to the historic Koedo district. Wonderful!

This is a newer hotel and the rooms are very nice. Everything you need is close by. There’s a 7-11 on the second floor of the same building, which was super convenient. A shopping street is directly across the road with lots of restaurants, secondhand shops, and new stores. The train station and bus stops are also right across the street, so getting around is easy.
To get to Little Edo (Kurazukuri Street), you can take bus 1 or 2 and get off at W6. It costs about $2. We used a Suica card with no issues.
Finding the hotel itself was a bit tricky at first. It’s located inside a large building and the signage isn’t great. You need to go to the elevators near the 7-11 on the second floor and take them up to the 7th floor, where the hotel is located.
We had a car and used the parking garage in the same building. You bring your parking ticket to the hotel to pay. Parking was $19 per day, which felt reasonable for the location.
Overall, a comfortable stay in a very convenient area, just be prepared for a little confusion when you first arrive.

We stayed in the corner triple room for 2 nights. The room is large and clean. The condition is excellent! I like the tatami style flooring. The bathroom, toilet and sink are in separate location. So I didn't run into my family members. We had good sleep at night. The location is central with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

stayed twice during our trip. first room was double bed with a toilet room. so we could shower outside of the tub, leaving the tub full for the other person to use after their shower. Beds were rock hard. Second stay was a single bed, with the toilet in the shower room. So we either could not take a bath until after we both had showered, or we had to fill it up and drain it before the other could shower. And the bed was rock hard. There was no room for our suit cases in the single bed room.
The location was perfect for us. Short walk to families home. Shopping and food street on the other side of the train station. Supermarket was a short 4 min walk from the hotel.

I really enjoyed the stay. The rooms feature Japanese style bathing and layout. The rooms environment is linked into an easy to use tablet. So lighting and tempature is easy to manage.
Other features such as the washing machines or the amount of people at the breakfast buffet are available via the TVs information channels. So access was easy to monitor.
My only complaint is the noise from the hallway did often make it to our room, but we were in a high traffic spot.

This was our second stay at this hotel in the last 2 years. It's an excellent hotel right next to a train station and many places to shop. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Kawagoe is less crowded than Tokyo, but less than an hour on the train and you're in the heart of Tokyo. Staff is very attentive and efficient. My only complaint, is that the mattresses are extremely firm. I solved that issue on the second visit by bringing an inflatable air mattress. Problem solved! I hope to visit again, in the future.

I had a relaxing and comfortable one-night stay. Staffs were friendly, and facility was well-maintained and clean. Conveniently located by Kawagoe Station, it took only a few minute walk to the building. The room and bathroom were spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice bathtub; Seven Eleven, Tully’s Coffee, restaurants and shops are down stairs. Hotel entrance may be a little hard to find so I hope this helps: find the Seven Eleven at the second level of the building, where you will see elevators nearby, two of which directly go to the 7th floor where hotel entrance is, then open the door on your left. I will stay again next time I am in town.

It took us a while to find the hotel. Google maps weren't very helpful this time. We exited out from the west gate of Kawagoe Station, walked across the pedestrian bridge to U Place Shopping Mall and got stuck. What you need to do next is to look for 7-Eleven. Near there are four lifts that will take you up to level 7. The hotel reception is on level 7. We were very happy with our room. Very clean. The view was amazing! Totally unexpected. Our room was on the 11th floor. With air con settings and lighting control, this hotel is definitely the most technologically advanced for us. We felt spoilt! We had a twin room with 2 twin beds. We didn't expect the room to be this big! Separate toilet, wash basin and bathroom. The bathroom has a bath tub plus the traditional Japanese style bath (small stool and bucket). We even had separate bedside tables! The tea kettle is so cute! The buffet breakfast is served in a restaurant outside the hotel but still in the mall. It is called \"in the park\". Food is tasty and there were so many items to choose from! And the Christmas decorations were up! We really like this hotel so we felt bad that we only stayed one night here. Next time we visit Kawagoe again, we'll definitely stay more than one night.

周囲に飲食店をはじめとする店舗も多く、駅からも屋根付き通路を使って直接行けて便利。室内はシンプルで清潔、無料のお水、スリッパもあり。ロビーで24時間コーヒーサービスがあったのはありがたかったです。滞在階に自販機、電子レンジもありました。今回ツインルームに1人での滞在だったので、バスタオルとタオル2セット＋ボディタオルで十分でしたが、個人的には翌朝の洗顔用に新鮮なタオルが欲しいので、2人での滞在であればハンドタオルもあるとありがたいです。スタッフは皆さん親切です。
