Reception staff on both night and morning shifts were welcoming and very friendly. However, the room maintenance needs attention there were cracks in the bathroom, and the heating system felt outdated.

The breakfast buffet was very disappointing, with very limited choice, poor quality, and no hot options. Barely qualifies as breakfast. The room price was reasonable.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, but my wife has mobility restrictions and it was vey difficult to get into the shower because of the bathtub. The breakfast also seemed to be overpriced for what you got.

Staff was gentle. The hotel is really old. There is nothing around. The breakfast costs 10 euro but I think it is worth much less than that.
Around the hotel there is nothing. However a bus can bring you to the metro in only 6 minutes.

the staff were so helpful. very clean & tidy nothing to much trouble. the bathroom toilet roll holder was coming out of wall & the toilet roll was very cheap but did the job. I had a infestation that I didnt notice till the morning told the man on checking out & said he would investigate. Would stay there again but in another room. Very conveinent for what I needed for that night.

Bugs watches you at night

There was a good fight and unique experience at the same time. They were everywhere. On the table, in your pillow, literally everywhere. What you can do? If you take a room in this hotel you should buy some serious insect poisons. If you cannot, avoid.

Comfortable hotel near an express bus line which links quickly with the center via Metro line B. The internet connection was unstable in the evening (cut out frequently), which marred an otherwise positive stay.

Tatty, badly in need of refurbishment or at least a real good clean-up. Fridge door screwed closed so what's the point? take it out of the small room to free-up space? etc... not a happy bunny but then again that's probably what french market low end is? Windows don't close well so exposed to howling noiseI... ended-up not staying the night there!

Comfort Hotel, Ramonville St Agne

I am surprised this hotel achieves a 3 star rating. The room facilities were disappointing, (no tea/coffee making bar; poor internet connection; staff service left a lot to be desired).

The room was basic and comfortable and cleaned each day but the hotel restaurant was closed on 3 out of the 5 evenings we stayed and that hadn't been brought to our attention prior to booking, or indeed, even on the evenings that it was closed. Despite it being closed the hotel staff were not able to suggest alternative dining experiences.

Apart from one member of staff, (the Receptionist on arrival), who was also present each evening and who did as much as he could to assist and provide a reasonable service, he was alone throughout the evening and, thus was hampered regarding how much assistance/service/support he could give. In fact, we felt sorry for him as he was obviously trying to be as helpful as he could be but had very little, (or indeed no) support from anyone else associated with the management of the hotel.

Stay anywhere else except at this hotel

The waitress and staff in the restaurant were very nice but the quality of food was the worse that I have ever experienced. That is most surprising considering that the hotel is in France.

On our last night stay the maid service had not replaced the bath towels. When I called for fresh towels they only delivered one bath towel and I was told by the person delivering them that only one bath towel was suppose to be provided for a double occupancy room. I have never before experienced that low of a level of room service when traveling.

The bathrooms have tubs in them that are extremely dangerous for anyone at any age because of the tight curve at the bottom of the tub. If you try to move at all in that tub you can slip and kill yourself.

The rooms come with a kitchenette sink that simply takes up space and makes the room smaller and less maneuverable. The space that was once used for kitchen pots and utensils is boarded up and can't be used for anything. A total waste of space again. We could hardly move around in that room and all of our luggage had to be either placed on the floor or on the bed when opened.

When checking out at the front desk the clerk first gave me a price for the extras that was obviously too high to me. When I asked for an itemized receipt the bill turned out to be far less. Make your own conclusions on this one.

Stay anywhere else.

Good hotel for a 1 night stop over

I stayed in this hotel to break up a drive from Madrid to Scotland and that's all the hotel is worth. Bed was comfortable. I would rate the room 2 stars, but you get what you pay for... The room was £30 per night. There was a notice on the front door (in French, but my translation is this) .. It was warning guests of a certain type of bug that other guests had reported to reception.
Would stay here again if I needed a bed, but not for any longer!

Outstanding value for money

The comfort hotel is what it is. Welcome was warm and service throughout was impeccable. The hotel is not the most modern but rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Thank goodness the aircon was up to the challenge of 39C outside. The breakfast was basic continental with no frills. There isn't much nearby but the metro will speed you into town very efficiently for a couple of Euros. Having said all the above the price was lower than most UK B&B's and offered exceptional value for money.

This was just a one night meet friends and move on. The hotel did what it said on the tin - clean, efficient service, comfortable, convenient and just what we needed at a good price. Only problem with non-working hair-drier. Twenty minutes to the airport (in the evening).

Not much to write home (or here) about. Very basic motel on the outskirts of Toulouse. Rooms lacked warmth, character, and even coffee makers. The rooms have kitchenettes, but the front desk won't supply the means to use them unless you book a minimum 3-week stay. Learned the hard way that the rooms have individual hot water tanks, which don't provide enough for a second shower. If travelling as a couple, you're best rotating days for showers. Neighbourhood leaves plenty to be desired.

The hotel was easy to find with ample parking. Check-in was friendly and efficient. Our room was a reasonable size but had an old dis-used kitchen in the corner, paintwork badly in need of renovation, a radiator which didn't work and an uncomfortable fixed headboard with a ridge which dug into your back if you wanted to sit up in bed. We were in a group with 5 rooms reserved and all of the rooms (in the annexe) seemed to be the same. The bathroom had a bathtub with shower over. Everything was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast ok but a bit expensive at 9.50 euros. The restaurant was closed on the Saturday evening so we had a short but not pleasant walk to the nearest restaurant. A sort drive from the hotel is the Metro station which can quickly take you straight into Toulouse centre.

You get what you pay for!

Not the best Hotel in Toulouse but for the price of the rooms, it's hard to complain. It's better, not to say required, to have a car if you plan to book this hotel. The restaurant of the hotel is very good and there is 2 grocery stores almost next to the hotel. And the neighborhood is super quite and super safe!

Comfort Hotel Ramonville St Agne: Don't bother!

I have to say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! It is near the Blangac Airport so I presumed it would be helpful to travelers using the airport. I requested a 5 AM wake up call so that I could make my flight. The call never came!
I asked it I could arrange for at least a cup of coffee before driving to the airport at 5:30. Nothing could be arranged. This 3 star hotel did not have coffee pots in the rooms so I couldn't even make myself a cup.
The parking lot was outside my window and was used by huge trucks for overnight parking. At 3:00 in the morning the drivers started their day. For the next 2 -3 hours motors were started and left to idle. Of course, I didn't get much sleep after 3 but then I guess I didn't need that wake up call after all.
This is a shabby hotel with indifferent staff. There is no reason to choose it.

La chambre était très bien. Aucun bruit. De plus, il y avait une petite entree fermée par une porte, ce qui bloquait les éventuels bruits de passage dans le couloir. Salle de bain agréable avec baignoire mais sans bonde. Dommage pour un bain mais je comprends que la pénurie d'eau dans la région en est la cause. Petit déjeuner très correct en ce qui me concerne et parking gratuit. .

Esperienza pessima. Struttura fatiscente in una zona disastrata (letteralmente). Camera decente, ma senza controllo della temperatura. Colazione (a pagamento) passabile, ma con pochissima scelta. Ciliegina sulla torta, a fronte di partenza anticipata si sono trattenuti tutto, colazione prepagata (non fruita) e addirittura tassa di soggiorno! Evitare come la peste. Nome da cambiare in Uncomfortable (Hotel?).

L'établissement est en périphérie de Toulouse. Parfait pour une étape. Accueil professionnel.
Grande chambre en état correct (avec un petit bémol sur une fenêtre qui fermait mal).
Petit déjeuner en buffet avec l'essentiel (sans plus).
L'établissement est référencé accueil vélo et dispose d'un lieu à l'intérieur pour garer les vélos dans un passage de service.

Literie en bon état, petit déjeuner correct, personnel accueillant et sympathique.

La clim était restée sur chauffage (alors qu'il faisait 20 degré ce WE)et malgré la bascule sur clim et descendu la température ça n'a pas marché. On a dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte avec les bruits des gens dehors qui parlaient et les voitures....donc très mauvaise nuit on a crevé de chaud.
Les rideaux sont très vieillots, grisâtres et tachés voir même déchirés.
La position de la télé est mal réglée, l'image est bonne que si on la regarde en face et debout donc vu du lit c'est sombre et tout rouge. Impossible de modifier les réglages.
La VMC de la salle de bain était tout encrassée. L'éclairage n'est pas suffisant dans la salle de bain et il manque une prise.

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour la chambre, par contre le petit dej est cher pour ce qui est proposé.
L'hôtel est assez vieillot et mériterait un bon coup de jeune.
Dans la salle de bain une seule lampe sur les trois fonctionnait, la literie était assez dure.
Le personnel par contre était très agréable et réactif.
