The hotel itself is beginning to look a little dated compared to othe ibises, but it was clean and tidy and had the usual ibis comfort, however what it lacked in modernness it more than made up for by it’s amazing staff , a special mention has to go the young man who greeted me on my very late arrival was so friendly, polite and welcoming , but all the other staff were equally as nice . They are a credit to the ibis name

Le séjour a été bref (2 nuits) mais très agréable. L'équipe est sympathique et le service est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et divers et les plats (déjeuner et diner) sont délicieux. De plus, la terrasse est agréable pour prendre son repas à tout heure de la journée. En ce qui concerne la chambre, bien qu'elle soit un peu petite, elle était propre et le lit était confortable. Je trouve seulement dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de chaussons, de peignoir.

Excellent place from which to visit Toulouse.
We were delighted with most aspects of our stay - the staff all actually give the impression of wanting to help make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was unusually good and varied. The Metro is nearby giving good access to the city despite the hotel being somewhat on the outskirts.

it's an Ibis ... we know what to expect. I find the Ibis simple but adequate for business trips where I know that I just need a bed and a clean room. The neighborhood does not look very safe, because the gate is still closed and you have to ring to get in.

I stayed at Ibis Budget Universite on my way to Marseille. Fast check in and clean facilities.
The room was small for two people, but it was just fine for one night. There're no restaurants or amenities surrounding the hotel within walking distance, but there is a small restaurant at the hotel.

The hotel was clean and friendly. It was a bit rundown but for the price was perfect. The free parking was much appreciated. It has an Ibis kitchen attached, but on the Friday night that I was there they were serving only a reduced menu. I only wanted the charcuterie platter, but it was unavailable.
I would not recommend opening the windows as there are lots of insects - I had to change rooms as my room was full of bugs - but I think that they came in the window, rather than being there already.
Free wifi was a huge plus as well.

Comfortable and welcoming
We are regular guests of this hotel as we have family and friends living nearby. It is always clean and in good condition, the staff are friendly and efficient and the free parking close to the motorway and metro make it easy to access. Of course, we LOVE the super comfortable Ibis beds!

Bel hotel mais toujours le systeme avec des codes a rallonge pour pouvoir entrer dans sa chambre...ça n'existe que chez B&B hotels...ringard sinon hôtel qui fais des travaux et secteur calme et parking fermé la nuit donc bon niveau de sécurité

Je viens de passer un séjour de 4 jours au sein de cet établissement. Accueil super et à l'écoute, très serviable. Le coin très calme. L'entretien des chambres est fait tous les jours (réfection des lits et changement des serviettes) Endroit très calme. L'endroit est bien desservi avec ligne de bus (à 5mm) ainsi que le métro (à pied 10 à 15mm). Je recommande cet hôtel (qui se trouve pas loin de l'université Jean Jaurès).

Ein praktisches Hotel in gutem Zustand und mit freundlichem Personal. Die Gegend ist nicht unbedingt die schönste, aber die Metro ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt und bringt einen in das Stadtzentrum. Frühstück war gut, für 6 Nächte Aufenthalt vielleicht etwas eintönig auf Dauer.

Overall, a decent place to spend the night. No dazzles or frills, just a good place that is clean and reasonably priced. My only complaint is that I tried to contact the hotel ahead of my arrival and their phone was out of order. I also tried to contact them via chat in hotels.com and didn’t get a response until the next day, after we had already checked out

En general el hotel tiene todas las comodidades y si bien está cerca del metro, lo cual es muy bueno, está muy aislado de centros comerciales o lugares para salir a comer. Además, soy usuaria de silla de ruedas y para ir del metro al hotel y al revés, no hay una ruta copleta accesible, una parte debo hacerla por la calle, porque justo la vereda del hotel no tiene ninguna rampa.

L'insonorisation est inexistante : vous entendez ce que font vos voisins de droite, de gauche et au-dessus, ainsi que la circulation.
Le pire c'est l'absence d'obscurité : les projecteurs du parking restent allumés toute la nuit et il n'y a pas de volets, uniquement des rideaux opaques qui laissent filtrer la lumière sur les côtés. J'ai appelé deux fois la réception, ne pouvant pas m'endormir. La première fois à 23h30, on m'a dit que ça allait s'éteindre tout seul. La deuxième fois à 0h40 c'était toujours allumé et on m'a dit que je devais être trop sensible. Le lendemain la lumière était éteinte, le réceptionniste m'a dit l'avoir éteint lui-même, merci !
