We loved the refurbishment since our previous visits. We loved Kevin, so helpful. But why does the restaurant close in French holidays? Do french people give up eating when they go on holiday????

Unfortunately, the rooms are below average… very old furniture and disappointing, doesn’t match the price. I was fooled by the lobby and the restaurant downstairs but the rooms are like 2 stars hotel rooms

Decor was outdated. Shuttle service that was advertised was more complicated and not what was advertised on the website. King bed room was not an king bed, two twin beds were pushed together to make it a king bed. People were smoking through the vents and made our room smell like a dispensary. Isolation was minimal, We could hear the ambulances across the way all night long.

Unique styling and comfort. We could not stay for breakfast due to an early flight so they presented us with a very nice breakfast box to go!
It was a very hot day and although the lobby was nice and cool, the room was rather warm. We asked for a fan and they delivered 😃

Not central, but great hotel...

A very pleasant stay after flying to Toulouse, before moving on the next day. The hotel was very quiet (late December), and we were quickly checked in. We received a much welcomed upgrade, and the Platinum room was large, clean and very nicely appointed. Breakfast was excellent, with the usual French fayre extremely well done, and again very quiet and efficient. Would certainly return.

Satisfactory but nothing special

Hotel Palladia is between the airport and central Toulouse. The surrounding area is not attractive with many large heavily congested roads nearby. However, there is plenty of parking and the rooms are spacious and adequate. The restaurant has a limited menu but is on the whole satisfactory. Breakfast is excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is fine but nothing special. OK for an overnight stay but not recommended for a romantic getaway mainly due to location and distance from the centre.

Everything lives up to four star standard.
The room is clean. Have a safe box. The bed sags a bit like all other hotels.
Can do with more choices on room service menu.
Desk only have one electrical socket, if you use laptop you cannot use kettle and I kept plugging and unplugging.

Exactly what was required!

The hotel was great. Close to the airport, large spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff. It has a good selection for breakfast and the general facilities in the hotel are good.
Sadly... the hotel restaurant doesn't open on a Sunday and the swimming pool area could do with a bit of TLC. However, these are little things that did not affect our stay.

What does one expect from a four star hotel? Good rooms? Yes. Nice bathroom? Yes? Swimming Pool? Yes. Free wifi? Yes. Restaurant and bar? Yes. Indeed the Palladia has all of these but the bar and the restaurant are closed on Sundays (as are all other restaurants in the area). The pool was clean but the changing rooms/toilets were not clean and full of broken or dirty equipment. The hotel advertises an airport transfer but please be aware this does not operate before 10am, so we were unable to use as we needed to be away by 0815! On a positive note the rooms are clean and modern and the breakfasts pleasant. Toulouse centre is a ten minute ride away as is the airport

Close to airport

This hotel is great for an overnight stay In Toulouse. Would only recommend if you have a vechile or way of getting around besides walking. My only comment would be their lack of options at the restaurant. Not very diverse options and only one option for vegetarians.

Convenient & Classy Hotel

The hotel was conveniently located to downtown, in great shape, and the parking was really convenient for us. The breakfast was convenient also, but I would only rate the quality of the food a 4 of 10 unfortunately.

Our room was nice and clean, but the doors were a bit squeaky and the wifi was a bit slow.

All that said, we did have a really nice trip and would happily stay again.

Room in the fifth floor was facing the outside air conditionig ducts and The midday sun and it was extremely hot. They sent 2 persons to deal with the problem to no avail.
The restaurant was poorly managed and it took ages to get untrained personnel to take our order.
Location outside The citi centre in an unatractive neighborhood.

Not an experience to be repeated

The Palladia hotel is not worthy of its star rating. I am a frequent traveller and this hotel only has 3 things going for it (ten mins from airport, free parking, free WiFi).

You can hear all the other residents through the walls. The "non smoking" (privilege) room I was allocated had cigarette burn marks around the basin, dirt in the bath, peeling wallpaper, broken fans x2), a squeaky rock hard bed, squeaky interior doors, stains on the walls, curtains and carpet, greasy hand marks on the windows, a shared patio with neighbouring smokers who sat out smoking so I couldn't go outside/open window as it wafted in my room.

This hotel is at the wrong end of town on a noisy road, adjacent to the hospital (you can hear the cars and ambulance sirens all night despite the double glazing), there's no amenities outside the hotel compound, but there is a tram 5 mins walk away (if you can negotiate the busy main road, derelict buildings, graffiti and vagrants) that takes you to a metro, which ultimately gets you into the centre of town.

The booking paperwork stated that an airport shuttle was available. When I asked at reception, they said there was no shuttle, but they could organise a taxi at my own expense. Lucky for me I had use of my hire car long enough to cover the airport run the following morning!

We only had a one night stay with Palladia. Initially I was disappointed as I thought there would be a shuttle to pick us up at the Airport however when I called the reception and they said that service was not available on weekends. Instead we took the tram which was very easy, quick and safe. We checked into the hotel and the room we were given had no hot water and the reception on the tv was quite poor (room 517). I politely complained and the host immediately moved us to a better room with no questions asked. The service overall was excellent including the service at the Spa to which hotel guests have a free 45 minute voucher. The gym in the hotel was basic but sufficient for me and much needed after a few days in Rome. Would I return to this hotel, most definitely. I would recommend it to anybody wanting a comfortable room with all of the necessary amenities.

Nice rooms but service can be improve for a 4 star

Checked in late into a Platinum room. The room is good size and well decorated.The hotel is nice and they have a spa.
Wifi was not strong so had to be relocated to another room.
Breakfast is meant to close at 10:30 but staff started cleaning off at 10:15 while people are still eating.
Location is a bit outside Toulouse centre but a short drive.

Low rating on service as I called prior to book to ask if they had free weights in the gym which they confirmed.. only to find out there were none during my stay at the hotel.

No restaurant or bar facilities on a Sunday

After spending 7 hours in the car, my wife and I were looking forward to a nice dinner and drink at the bar. Imagine our astonishment to be told both restaurant and bar were closed on a Sunday. I booked this hotel months ago and even sent them an email to make a reservation in the restaurant. They didn't even have the decency to reply back to us and warn us of the closure. This hotel is in Toulouse, not in a sleepy Pyrenees village.

Booked this particular hotel as it was hosting the event we were attending but had to get taxi's if we wanted to go anywhere else to eat, etc. Room key didn't work and the manager's attitude wasn't great when approached about it. Rooms were fine, food was fine. Probably wouldn't rush back.

A very average hotel, reasonably close to the airport but far from the city with no local public transport. There is nothing terrible about it, it's just very average. It costs 20 euro to taxi into the city centre. My advice is to stay somewhere else..

Good for night's stopover from airport.Friendly reception and restaurant staff. Very well appointed rooms. Quiet. Good value for money.
Supermarkets within walking distance and some basic eateries.Easy public bus access to central Toulose for a morning's visit.

There is no hotel shuttlebus.The journey need take no more than 10 minutes at quiet times but more than double at rush hours. Taxi is the easiest solution. We had a hire car with a satnav which helped us negotiate the motorway junctions. There is plenty of parking at the hotel (and fuel available at the Carrefour supermarket).
We would certainly stay at the Palladia again.

Impossible to drive to following Tomtom satnav directions as it indicated that the street number was on the city side of the perifique. This resulted in an unwanted rush hour tour.
Only one man on reception, competent but quite busy with wedding guests, etc.
Great room, nice meal in restaurant, good staff but needed one more waiter.
Breakfast adequate but maybe not up to 4 star standard - the "hot breakfast" was cold.

Great for concert and airport

We booked this hotel as we went to a concert at the Zenith on Friday night and then went to the airport Saturday morning. The Zenith was a 5 min walk and the airport a 5 min drive - hence it was perfect for us. The hotel is not in the centre, but there is a tram stop outside hotel. More of a business hotel and it was clean and the staff very good.

One of the nicest hotels we stayed in while we toured the south of France on our honeymoon. Staff were very friendly, hotel was very well maintained and clean, our room was large and spotless clean, and the air conditioning worked well. A bit of a distance from the town center, you need a car or taxi but is very near the airport. Would defiantly recommend.

I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to catch an early flight. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. And the restaurant serves very good food. Finally, the drive to the airport takes only 10 minutes. So much better than many airport hotels!

A large, modern and very comfortable hotel, spacious room and bathroom, excellent breakfast included in the price. Free wireless which is important.

The only downside was that on a holiday Monday the restaurant was closed, and as this is not near the city shopping and food district, we were not pleased. However, a neighbouring hotel had a restaurant that was open and it was a short walk back to the Palladia. Breakfast the next morning made up for this.

Deluxe and comfortable.

The staff at the Palladia was especially charming and helpful. The place is gorgeous; it is just off of the highway (but not too far from Toulouse center), which was perfect for our purposes--an overnight stop on the way further south in France the next day. The place would be perfect for a conference, a romantic get away (it even has a spa on site), or a wedding/festive event. The young cooks in the hotel's restaurant impressed us, too; I had one of my favorite meals of the summer at the Palladia--a fish with French-Spanish Toulousian flourishes, delicious chorizo topping. It was superb.

The place was mostly empty when we were there; it was quiet and provided just the kind of respite we were in desperate need of after teaching in a summer program for 5 weeks. The rooms are HUGE--I mean really gigantic--almost like a suite; the bathroom had thick towels and decadent, deluxe hotel robes. There were excellent multi-lingual television offerings and the hotel has lots of space for free parking, if you are traveling by car. There is also a pool and nice little gym; they were working on what looks like it is going to be a rather snazzy bar/club, too.

La chambre était très vieillotte. On voit très vite que les finitions ne sont pas là et que la chambre est ancienne. La literie n'est pas confortable.
Concernant le personnel et l'accueil, rien à dire, très souriant et serviable. Le hall d'accueil est également très beau, c'est dommage pour les chambres car elles sont grandes et bien aménagées.

Pour 4 étoiles il y a un PB. Les moquettes des chambres ne sont pas nettes (Tâches), dans la 111 le robinet fuit, les supports de PH ne tiennent pas. Le frigo ne fonctionne pas et une seule prise au niveau du lit n'est pas pratique pour les gens appareillé.

Bonjour, je voudrais juste signaler que j'ai été surpris de ne plus avoir de serviette de bain samedi 18 au matin...
L'accueil m'informe que c'est une mesure écologique...
Je veux bien entendre qu'on laisse les serviettes sur deux nuits de séjour...mais au moins on les laisse !!!
Heureusement que je prévois toujours ce genre d'incident, j'avais un drap de bain perso...ouf !!!

Très déçu de cet hôtel. Je m'attendais à plus, surtout venant d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. J'avais pris une chambre préférence. Dès les premières minutes la télé ne fonctionnait pas, puis a été découvert que le lavabo fuyez. L'eau goûté continuellement. Dans la baignoire le mécanisme d'extraction d'eau ne fonctionnait pas. La baignoire était sale. Une petite table d'appoint mise dans la chambre était gondoler. Plus une tâche était présente sur la moquette. Je décida donc d'aller voir l'accueil. Celui-ci m'a proposé d'être surclassé. Dans la nouvelle chambre il y avait de la moisissure, l'interrupteur était abîmé une prise n'était pas fixé. Je trouve cela inconcevable pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. De plus dans l'annonce et énumérer un spa. Sachez que pour accéder au spa il faudra payer car c'est dans l'immeuble d'à côté et c'est une autre société à qui appartient le spa.
Il est rare que je fasse des commentaires aussi négatif mais venant d'un hôtel 4 étoiles on peut s'attendre à nettement mieux au vu du prix.
C'est pour moi une déception.

Es wurde kein upgrade gegeben obwohl es mit gold status eigentlich erhalten werden sollte.
Es gab kein warmes wasser in der dusche.
Personal jedoch sehr bemüht und es gab eine finanzielle Entschädigung.

Très bon établissement. Bien situé. Toutefois, dans les pages descriptives, il est précisé qu il y a un spa. Or le spa se trouve dans l immeuble d'à côté et n' est pas géré par l hôtel. Du coup les accès simples au jacuzzi et hammam (sans les soins) n y sont pas libres et en outre sont payants, contrairement à ce qui est en vigueur dans la plupart des hotels equipés de ce genre d équipements. Ceci devrait etre precisé clairement lors de la reservation.

Hôtel qui ne vaut pas ses 4 étoiles.
Prix exorbitant par rapport à l'état du bâtiment
Réception TV très mauvaise (image et son) avec bandeau mauvaise réception
Wifi très compliqué
Téléphone dysfonctionne
Ménage à revoir (lampes), moquette ancienne.
Heureusement personnel dévoué qui a essayé de résoudre les problèmes, accueil très bien.
