Modern canal-side location

This value-for-money hotel is worth considering. The rooms are modern, simple, clean and well-looked after. The staff are friendly. (This is also true for other hotels in the chain that I have used). Some potential guests might be put off that it is not located in the centre of the city but there is easy access to buses and the metro and some Carrefour supermarkets a short walk away. The advantage of being away from the city centre is that it is a relative haven of peace at night.

It is what it is. A budget hotel reasonable location to the city and of course parking was a big plus
I couldn't believe they couldn't find me a corkscrew
The only real downside is breakfast
Go to Macca's it is cheaper and better

Great B&B hotel in Toulouse

I love B&B hotels and this one was great, great service. The elevator was out and that was a bit much on the fourth floor.
Very good value for the money and within walking distance for me, which I like.

Great place to stay for a relaxing time!

Great hotel and a great place to stay in Toulouse outside the noisy city centre and besides a canal which is good to walk and wonder along. Transport links to centre were good. Nice room and clean toilets and a very good and economical breakfast. Overall highly recommended!

Easy to get to once you find out the details.

Exit from Metro Canal du Midi, taking the exit stairway marked Hotel de Police (police station). Walk up THAT side of Boulevard de l'Embouchure past a pharmacy; B&B is marked up high (lighted sign). Or take Bus 70 from Jeanne d\"Arc bus station (across street from Hotel le Clocher de Rodez), get off on 6th stop (Pont de Bearnais), which is soon after the Passarelle Haedens stop.) Canad de Midi metro station is closer than Compans Cafarrelli metro. If you might get there after 9pm (21:00) email them in advance for the passcode to get you in the front door, and into your room, and for your room number.

Rude manager, rude staff

We arrived at 2.30 very tired after long journey only to be told the room would not be ready for another 2 hrs. No apologies given. Then the room had a double and single bed despite me having specifically booked 3 singles as I was traveling with 2 teenage sons. We were told to get stuffed by the manager who would only sort another single bed if we paid her 70 euro extra. Room itself was as basic as a prison cell. I'll be looking elsewhere next time.

Great location for venturing into the city (minutes from metro station or easy walk into town and along Garonne River) and for getting to the airport for an early AM flight. Front desk was one of the most helpful and friendliest I've encountered (thank you, Angela!) Accessible room was good for elderly parents. Good water pressure in the shower! Overall basic no frills hotel, good value.

Tatty and disapponting

Staff were helpful and friendly enough but I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It had a tatty feel, facilities were very basic, to say the least and there were no tea making facilities in the rooms. Tea and coffee were only available through a vending machine in the lobby. My advice to those considering this hotel is to keep looking.

I needed affordable, during the Euro2016 tournament. This was perfectly cheap, and shouldnt expect any more than paid for. WiFi intermittent (having to resign in regularly). No bar, no catering facilities after breakfast has ended. Vending machines, but not very inspiring choices. Like I said, on a budget this will suit, but removed from town so will need to walk or metro to your destinations.

Too far from CBD

Having not used my phone before for booking a hotel (this was an un expectant situation. I was in a small village in France that had no internet and I had to walk approx. a kilometer to get any service on my phone) I found it difficult to understand exactly where the hotels were situated. The name B&B Toulouse Centre indicated to me it was in the center of town - wrong. It was quite a way away. Either you caught a bus from just up the road or you took the metro which was about a 10 minute walk. The area appeared to be more business and apartments. Unfortunately also there was no restaurants nearby, one only cake shop about a 5 minute walk away, and a supermarket about 10mins away. The vending machines were broken on the day I arrived, so no coffee, water, nothing was available except at breakfast time. They were finally fixed 3 days later. The door to the only public toilet in the reception area was broken and had been for two days. I felt sad for the staff for they did their best and were always courteous. I was very disappointed.

A gem

Easy-ish to find a short distance off the Peripherique. Great location beside the Canal du Midi. Easy walking along the canal and into town. Some lovely gardens nearby too, plus the Metro if you've had enough walking. Very helpful proprietor. Good breakfast although we missed the bacon and scrambled egg since that had all gone by the time we came down! Just had to eat more croissants, cereal etc...........

Comfortable stay at a reasonable price!

I stayed at this hotel when I visited Toulouse during first week of February 2015. The staff at the reception speaks English and was very welcoming and friendly. A code was given to access the room, and this worked perfectly without any trouble. The room/bathroom was clean and the heater too was good. I took breakfast from the hotel itself and was a good choice. The hotel is located slightly away from the city center but can be reached either by taxi or by metro (Metro is cheaper). Overall I had a nice experience staying at this hotel.

Séjour court mais agréable.
Peu d’équipements: pas d’eau, pas de mouchoirs dans la chambre.
Literie confortable.
Vue sur le canal du midi depuis certaines chambres.
Les arrêts les plus proches sont les bus. Donc il faut anticiper ses déplacements.
Une seule personne qui est à l’acceuil et qui gère quasiment tout. Le temps d’attente peut être long…

Moyen pour presque 100€ la nuit

Vieillissant, la serviette avait des tâches restantes. On m'a dit en partant quand j'en ai parlé qu'il y avait d'autres serviettes dans la chambre. Je ne les ai pas vues. Et puis c'est une fois qu'on sort de la douche qu'on a besoin d'une serviette si possible pas rêche et sans tâche.

Séjour d'une nuit pour une escale à Toulouse.
Initialement avis favorable sur l'hôtel... globalement propre, bien situé, avec du stationnement. Mais catastrophique côté relationnel...
Le matin du départ à 9h, alors que je passe la porte de la salle de bain en tenue de nuit, on frappe à la porte 2 fois, je crois entendre \"service\". Je n'ai pas le temps de repondre, à peine le temps de pousser la porte de la salle de bain que la porte de la chambre est ouverte !! Cela ne m'est jamais arrivé dans aucun hôtel, cette expérience est des plus désagréables !! (Un autre membre de la famille dans une autre chambre, a eu la même mésaventure)
Mission Impossible de rencontrer quelqu'un pour le chek-out pour dire de vive voix ce qui a gâché le sejour.... et je reste choquée de ces 2 secondes pour reagir à quelqu'un qui frappe à votre porte au réveil sous peine de se trouver en petite tenue face aux personnels d'entretien...

There were people screaming in the hallway for what seemed to be over an hour in the middle of the night.

When I went to see the staff at the front desk the next day they just said \"we know\" and that was it.

I stayed here quite a few times but I'm not coming back to this hotel.

Un peut de poussière dans la chambre sur le sol.
Un seul gobelet dans la salle de bain alors que nous étions deux ...
Le petit déjeuner manque énormément de choix ... pour le prix c’est pas terrible.
En ce qui concerne le confort il n’y a rien à redire, nous avions bien dormit et la chambre de manière générale est agréable.
