Great stay, central location, Ocean view from level 5 considerably obstructed by intervening high rise buildings. should be advertised as limited ocean views.No curtains on main windors made TV screen by day dulled. Small sitting room available on previous visits now locked off.Parking,lifts excellent. Would definately stay again.

Room had a putrid smell coming from the bathroom that went through the whole unit. Maintenance guy cam and put draino down each drain and put a room deodoriser in giving the reason that long hair clogs them. It was obviously a known problem. Used/dirty towel and bath mat hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Reason was they were very busy the day before and some cleaning staff were absent - they must’ve forgotten to collect them. Very poor indeed.

excellent apartment, well presented with all the requirements for a good stay. Having a kitchen with sufficient crockery and equipment to self cater is always a bonus.
The resort facilities (pools, sauna, stearoom tennis court etc) are great and well maintained and not busy.

Very spacious and tastefully decorated apartment. 2 balkonees front and back, several windows pointing to the Glasshouse mountains. Clean and kitchen well equipped. Managers Julie and Paul could not be more helpful as we had some issues not apartment relatet.

The place was great - spacious, comfortable, easy to access, had everything we needed. Loved the pool and tennis court. The only downside was the vibrating noise in the ceiling every 30 seconds that went all night. We found out the next day it was the water pump for the aircon. It might be a good idea to highlight this to guests so they know to turn it off at night.

The apartment was clean the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. A laundry was also very handy
An issue with the toilet was taken care of very quickly (same day)
Its close to main st for shopping and the beach is a short walk away

Aspect is close to Caloundra Main Street bonus Sunday market was great apartment was a good size , not having an ocean view was only negative, nice bakery / coffee shop downstairs- beach is only a short walk away along the broad walk - pool area looked although we didn’t use it , would stay again.

Great experience. fast check in. Our supreme ocean view unit on the 10th floor was brilliant, two large balconies with great differing wonderful views,great for ship watching. Location very central to shops and beaches.Rooms clean and spacious. Two car parks were allocated to our unit in an underground car park with adequate lift access.

Aspect Caloundra is in a very convenient location just off the main shopping street. The apartment was huge with fantastic ocean views and the pools and excellent other amenities including underground parking and visitor parking. Would certainly stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Aspect Caloundra.

Room was clean, very spacious and with great ocean views. So nice to finally stay at a place where the heating actually works during winter! Water pressure in the showers were excellent. Julie at reception was always helpful with any questions we had and even alerted us immediately when we accidentally left some items behind after checking out. We had the best pastries and bread from The Pastry Lab located just downstairs from the apartment - a must try!! Conveniently located close to town, shops and beach at walking distance. Great amenities - the gym was great! Will definitely stay here again when we visit Sunshine Coast.

If I was being critical, I'd say the bedding can be improved. The master bed was really good but the bedding in the other room we were in was uncomfortable (mattress sinks). Our master bedroom light was also not working when we checked in but this was quickly rectified by staff when notified. Also, it might be slightly tricky at first when locating your unit as there are different lifts for different units.

Julie greeted us on checkin - what a lovely welcome and so helpful as were all the other staff. Hotel was in a great location for us to walk to restaurants and shops. The unit was very spacious and well stocked to comofrtably accommodate 6 guests. Especially loved the views and that there were two balconies one at the front and back which allowed for a cool breeze to flow through the unit. Would have liked to have stayed longer .

Location was perfect, park the car and not get it out until you leave again. Steam and Sauna room were great along with pool and spa. Beautiful grass area for a picnic lunch.

Very nice room, both spacious and clean. We had a 2 bed 2 bath room which had a great view and was close to the beach, 2 min walk and plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be back to stay again.

A wonderful property for families to stay. In close walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants that you don’t need to use your car during the stay. The check in was a bit awakward at first as reception phone was behind security doors but luckily someone let us in. After speaking to Julie leared we had to open the safe on outside with special code to get key and other info like where to park and key fob. Would be better to advise via Expedia if poss in case noone to open main lobby door.

After that we had good parking spot, lovely 1 bed apartment with full kitchenette although stove didnt seem to work so used oven. Microwave and outside BBQ. Pool area was great and nic e temp well maintained and also hot tub. Local area was great with fantastic beach and shopping, restaurants including quaint local cinema 5 mins away with latest movies and ALWAYS cheap Tuesdays half price including Gold Lounge which is licenced. Would stay again and was fair pricing too

Rang prior and organised early check in as we were arriving well before the 2pm check in time. Was told this was no issue and any time was fine. Arrived at 11 and was told this was no longer a possibility with no communication. Late check out was also organised the our leave day. However when the day came i felt like I was a burden taking this as I was told a decent percentage of the cleaners were ‘sick’. The hotel is fine and a great location. Most units are clean and tidy. This time our 3x bedroom unit was not quite up to standard with cleanliness. However did not want to bring up an issue with reception after my check in response. Please don’t offer a service and go back on your word. This really changes someone’s perception overall of a hotel form a bad experience. Quite disappointed and happy to now try a different resort to see what they have to offer.

Our room number 2022. When we walked in I noticed the carpet was dirty. The furniture was old and not attractive or beach like. Looked like it was from Life Line or old furniture from the the owners home - second hand which made the room not appealing. We have stayed at Aspect many times over the years and never had a problem but this room was very disappointing. We booked a 3 night stay & stayed only 1. Am fairly sure we will not return based on this.

Fantastic ocean views and spacious, luxury apartment. Breeze way through the apartment meant no need for the air con. Fantastic large balcony with sea views from each bedroom.
The presentation of the property inside and out was of a very high standard. The facilities were awesome with sauna, spa, 2 pools, tennis court, gym and theatre room. Staff friendly and helpful. Beaches and restaurants/shops within 5 min. walk.
