Would NOT stay there again.

Our family of 5 stayed for one night. We had two rooms. The rooms were not so bad, but the bathrooms were not nice and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. 'The carpet on the first floor was disgusting. They have a washer/dryer, but it is 10E to do one load, and the clothes smelled worse after I washed them. The breakfast was not bad, but they could offer a better variety of food. The best and only good thing is the Staff. They were ALL very nice and very helpful.

Spacious studio apt equipped with all one needs.
Pity only stayed one night, however personally i thought toulouse didn't require more than one day. Is this is your home base for a while exploring other nearby places, OK
Good stay overall. Close to plenty of restaurants and a grocery store.
However, there were homeless right next door by such grocery store.

This property is peerless for the price, central location and great accessibility to the métro and inter-city station. There is even a supermarché just next to the property. It is about a 20- min leisurely walk to Capitole.

The room is clean , large and heating is more than adequate for winter.

There is a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave oven.

The front desk is extremely helpful and polite. English speakiers need not worry as the staff communicate well in English.

Convenient location midway between train station and downtown, with easy walking distance to both. Very nice staff. Coffee machine with free coffee all day.
Had all the amenities I needed. Lots of restaurants nearby with lots of variety in cuisines. Food hall a couple of blocks away.
Would happily stay here again.

The room would get very hot at night but hotel controls the temperatures! Do not like hotels like that! If I need cool temps I should get that! No housekeeping service. Toilet seperate from bathroom and at entrance of the room. Front desk not helpful. Couldn’t even direct me to a decent cafe for breakfast.

Great location for access to everything we wanted to do.

The availability of a kitchenette was so good, as it gave loads of flexibility.

Room was a spacious, but a little too warm, and the aircon didnt work.

My room was facing the courtyard garden, so was much quieter than the front, so was able to have the window open all night.

The garden needs some TLC, and rubbish and ashtrays there not emptied on a daily basis. Not a big fan of the plastic grass, either, which looked dirty, and is very bad for the environment.

Bed was not properly made, we were uncomfortably laying on the plastic layer before realising there were more sheets but has not been properly put on the bed. Additionally the sheets were not clean and had hairs on them.

Furnishings were tired, the bedside lamps hung loosely on the wall and the smell of the rooms left something to be desired, perhaps some air freshener. Air conditioned was very loud and could only push out hot air.

Check in experience was frustrating and slow but largely due to language barriers despite the property purporting to have English speaking staff. Our room was in a separate building and staff left us to find it with little helpful directions or assistance. We were also not informed of window cleaning taken place in our rooms during our stay.

Location was very central but not the most safe.

Location is very handy to the central part of Toulouse. Supermarket next door, and Place Wilson a few minutes walk. The room was basic with limited light but ok if you just went a bed, bathroom and simple kitchenette. Only one lot of housekeeping for my stay (6 nights).

Nice place in the center of town. The apartments are nice, well provisioned and the staff was excellent. It’s in the center of town and very walkable.

If you need parking, you will most likely need to use public parking and it costs 31 euro a day. It’s close and convenient but a bit expensive.

Value for money, great location with good security, this property gives you a more spacious stay than the usual hotel. It is an older property but the little things are done right, it is very clean, suitably appointed and the breakfast is definitely beyond just continental.

This property is very dated, worn out and dingy. We booked a non-smoking room but the room stank of cigarette smoke. The main room door didn’t lock properly unless you pulled it closed, making it easy to accidentally leave unlocked, and the internal doors were all awkward to close as well. The design of the apartment was weird, having to walk through the kitchen and bedroom to get from the toilet to the bathroom. On the plus side, it’s right in the middle of everything in Toulouse and the bed was clean and comfortable enough (although I don’t think the floor had been vacuumed/mopped for a while).

When i stay in Toulouse I stay here. Simples. Great location, amazingly helpful staff, close to some amazing restaurants (oh la vache! On Rue de Austerlitz for one). Rooms are fairly basic but always clean and quiet. Good selection of cookwear and utensils in the kitchen if you like to cater for yourself (supermarché a couple of doors down with everything you need). My goto base in the city

The outside area was a treat. The parking was a plus (a smaller car is preferable though as it is a squeeze!).

Bathroom was dirty. I was allocated a disabled room. This made using the toilet and shower uncomfortable and awkward. Property looked run down with peeling paper. Bed itself was comfortable and I did have a good night sleep. On balance I wouldn’t book again.

The toilet and bathtub were stained and need replacing. The best points about this aparthotel are its accessibility, only minutes away from from the airport shuttle bus stop, and situation, close to all the main tourist sites.
Also welcome was the free tea and coffee available all day.
There was a dishwasher but not enough cutlery and crockery to make the most of it.

It’s central position was very helpful with easy access by walking - the street outside felt a little intimidating at night but no actual problems. The facilities were comfortable and ideal for a family meet up and some simple meal preparation. Could do with a coffee percolator. I would certainly stay there again.

Location was perfect being close to the Metro station that intersects Line A with Line B making transfers to and from the airport easy plus access to all points of the city. Check-in was smooth and front desk staff speak English. The room was surprisingly large and included a well stocked kitchen area if you plan to do a little self catering. Very warm at night. The window to the front was rather small but at least it gave natural light and open ventilation. Overall this was far better standard than the budget large chain options

good hotel option in the middle of Toulouse

good location, 10 min walk from train station, 2 min walk to metro station and in the middle of a major avenue full of cafes, restaurants, shops, good size room n bathroom, kitchenette including microwave, fridge, stove, A/C & WiFi worked fine, variety of int'l TV channels, no safe in the room. Good breakfast, good quality coffee, bakery, cold and hot foods.
No daily cleaning/making of room, only once (on day 3 over a total stay of 6 nights), this was fine with us. Overall a good 3* hotel in the middle ot Toulouse

Everything was great. They accept pets. The only thing was that the check-in lasted 45 minutes. There was only one employee, and she was extremely good at her work, but she was solving an issue on the phone while checking in multiple guests. A colleague of her came later on. Definitely needs two employees for check in time.

A good hotel to stay in Toulouse city

This Hotel is centrally located within walking distance to good local restaurants. Hotel staffs were quite helpful and breakfast was as good as you would expect from a typical chain like this. If you are traveling by car parking is available free of charge behind the hotel. If you are traveling in a big car, parking would be tricky in a tight space in the basement. Otherwise a very comfortable hotel to stay.

Extra bed was two pullout twins from couch-worked for our friend and her daughter. We requested a quiet room and were put in the back on the top floor. We enjoyed the quiet and skylight.

Very dirty toilet u can see the spiders’ net coming down from the celing . The room is 2 floors, the toilet itself is down while the shower n the sink are up. It feels uncomfortable waking up at night to go down to the toilet.very very small bedroom n the AC is very weird making sound of water all night we couldn’t sleep

positives: Tons of restaurants nearby. they have a laundry n a biz center with a laser printer. front desk was super nice to us. there's a small supermarket next door. excellent location.

cons: no heat, no daily room make up, ceiling can get noisy if women are wearing high heel shoes. The room wasn't as nice n big as shown on expedia. Pretty basic.

but totally recommended. A great find.

Oh how things change

Stayed at this aparthotel numerous times over the last 2 years. Each time I got an apartment room which though in need of some modernisation, was clean and spacious and above all quiet. This time around I was stuck in a studio room, which was essentially a bedsit from the 1970s! The room, whilst following a similar theme to the apartments, was pretty cramped and dirty looking. The beds were two of the smallest single beds in existence, with the softest mattresses going without making them out of marshmallows! The weight of the beds and the feet on which they stood were so light that even the slightest of movements meant the bed moved (and I'm avg UK height & build, not some lanky behemoth). The room was also at the front of the hotel, near the elevators, and seemed to lack even the most basic of sound proofing so everytime another guest used the elevator it was as if they were getting out in my room, and the noise from the street outside as if the cars were about to come through the wall. As a result I got <2hrs sleep and my back felt like I'd slept in a trouser press! The front desk staff (who took 20mins to get to the desk to check me in on arrival) were about as interested as I was rested when I mentioned the awfulness of the room and beds. Sad to say I will look for another hotel in Toulouse next time I'm in town.

Everything is perfect except for the shower room. The style is weird because there is no cover or shower curtain so the water is all over the floor!
Also the carpet looks dirty because of the stain! All the rest, our stay in Citadines was okay!

Except for the noise from the street, everything is nice, clean, organized! If you prefer to have a quiet sleep, then better ask for rooms not facing the street. Centrally located and many nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast as well.

The hotel location is couldn't have been better. It was in the center of downtown. Walking distance to everything. Subway is close,garage is close if you have a car. Location is superb!

Great location but lack of aircon a dealbreaker

This hotel has a great location, just north east of the Capitole and really central. Also, its access to transport is excellent - it’s right next to an Airport (Navette) bus stop, Jean Jaurès Metro stop, and 5 minutes’ walk from Gare Toulouse-Matabiau. We had a studio room which had a microwave, dishwasher, a small fridge and a cooker and even dishwasher tablets were provided. The room was clean and comfortable and had free Wifi & cable access. Do bear in mind that this hotel only cleans the room once a week. My main bugbear was the air conditioning advertised at booking was not turned on. When I enquired the receptionist told me it was not turned on as it was “still winter” –late April is not winter! It was 28 degrees outside during the day and over 20 at night, making the room like a sauna at night time. When I pointed out to her that it was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep in this heat, she told me the manager decides the temperature to turn the air conditioning on. This silly remark would make sense if the manager was actually staying at the hotel. The only alternative was to sleep with the window open, but as we were I the front of the hotel this was even worse – the French in Toulouse are somewhat fond of unnecessarily loud motorcycles driven at ridiculous speeds at all hours of the night and the bar across the road with an open front was unbearable. Most of the nights there it were impossible to get any sleep between the heat and the noise.

We spent one night here at the end of a week in the Toulouse area. Myself, wife and 19 year old son. Picked this hotel for its location and reasonable price when quoting for 3 people. The 'room' turned out to be more like a very small apartment with bedroom/bathroom upstairs and sleeper sofa, bathroom and kitchen area downstairs. Ideal location. OK condition. Would stay there again if needed room for more than 2.

Town centre location, hotel car park within the premises, the very helpful hotel staff opens the door to the car park upon request prior to checking in which is extremely obliging and saves a lot of hassle.
Comfortable if a bit outdated hotel, rather quiet taking into account the main avenue situation.
