The room was clean but someone had either smoked in it or smoked next door which made the stay awful. Everything in the room seemed to be falling apart. One of the shower doors didn’t close, the towel bars come off the wall. It’s not in the best of locations.

We liked our stay very much but the Wi-Fi access was terrible and the Wi-Fi never worked, despite the excuse there were many guests using it. Nowadays, offering WiFi is as basic requirement as a good bed or a good shower so I won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone else.

The hotel is a bit on the outskirts of the city but it is easy to get to the center on foot. The hotel is small but comfortable and clean with very helpful employees. Excellent breakfast. It pleasantly caught our attention that the girl on the night shift told us that there is a nightclub next door, she went out to recriminate those who made a fuss or spoke loudly to protect the guests' sleep, five points for that girl!

10/10 for reception staff. Chloe checked us in and she was very warm and friendly. All were friendly and were some of the nicest staff I've ever come across. Breakfast had the usual choice. Fresh fruit salad, fresh pastries, bread. Good juice and good coffee. Modern bathroom, but some of the hotel looks worn and shabby, it's clean though, except for bedroom carpet, that needs a clean. Comfortable bed. Some noise from the bar outside, but not enough to put me off staying again

Very nice boutique style hotel. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Comfortable beds, clean and enjoyable room. Only minor complaint was some late night noise from the cafe next door which was at a tolerable level if I had not been jet lagged and lying awake in the middle of the night. If I was sleeping I probably would not have noticed. Great location near metro and all the quaint restaurants and shops of Toulouse. Breakfast was lovely both continental and cooked. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Pretty basic. Clean. Room size on the small end of things - your jacket will share a cubby with the coffee maker. Breakfast is definitely not worth it. Decent location close to the old city. Apparently no power outlets for charging devices - unplug the coffee maker if you need an outlet.

cette hôtel possède des fenêtres en arcades, ma chambre en avait une, qui ne s'ouvrait pas. Donc soit je devais supporter la chaleur, soit je mettais la climatisation, or, bien souvent je préfère me passer de climatisation, je trouve l'air plu respirable avec au moins une fenêtre ouverte de temps à autre...
pour ceux qui aiment la clim, vous trouverez surement du charme à cet hôtel, en plus de son confort.
je n'ai pas réussi à utiliser la machine à café Richard dans la chambre. Je n'ai pas demandé de l'aide. Tant pis, pas de café pendant ce séjour.

Manque d'entretien

Chambre réservé on ma proposer de me surclasser. La chambre etait plus petite que celle que j'avais réservé et dans un mauvais etat d'entretien chambre 408. Trace de calcaire sur le sol, la porte de douche n'est pas etanche. La porte est détérioré tout comme le miroir. Les rideau ne cache pas le jour dommage pour les grasse Mat. La literie n'est pas confortable on vius qu''il y a un gros manque d'entretien dommage.

Nous avions une petite chambre fonctionnelle et propre, pour un court séjour c’était parfait pour nous.
L’hotel est près de la gare et ce qui était un gros plus, c’est la proximité de l’arrêt de bus pour la navette de l’aéroport.
Petit point négatif…
Il manquait une partie de la porte de la douche, il fallait donc faire attention pour ne pas que le plancher de la salle de bain ne devienne mouillé.
Malgré tout, je recommande cet hotel.

Chambre très fonctionnelle et propre. Eau et coca-cola offert dans le minibar, ainsi que plateau pour des boissons chaudes (avec une machine à café à capsules Maison Richard).
Pour le parking ils offrent la possibilité de se garer au parking Indigo payant situé à 150m avec un paiement à l’hôtel de 18eur/nuit au lieu de 29,50eur. C’est parfait.
Je recommande fortement et reviendrai avec plaisir dans cet hôtel.

Great location, wonderful stay

Spent 3 nights here in September. Easy walk from Toulouse Matabiau railway station (7-8 min). Friendly and welcoming staff.
Nice room towards the back yard, so very quiet.
Everything clean. Minibar and kettle. All I needed. Did not have breakfast, as I'm not much of a breakfast eater.
Leaving for the airport, it was just 3-4 minutes to the Navette bus stop at Jean Jaurès. Happy to stay here again.

Personnel très avenant. Quelques soucis avec la clim qui goutte sur le plan de travail (sur le PC....) et avec la SdB rapidement inondée à cause de l'absence de rideau/porte. Le support de valise était cassé, un peu branlant mais utilisable.

Originally a monastery during the Renaissance, the building later became the Lycée de la Révolution. It then housed the Toulouse Opera Dance School, allowing its talented students easy access to the Theatre du Capitole across the street.
