10 stars! The hotel staff was absolutly amazing. I stayed here with my mother in an apartment style room after a hospital stay. The staff went out of there way many times to help me with translation, transportation and other items. They made a rough time much easier. The location was also great close to many restaurants, grocery and metro.

Virtually flawless stay at this property. Rented a 1 bedroom with a terrace for the purposes of decompressing while exploring the city. The staff was readily available and then some without being pushy. Made an online comment in a survey regarding a minor wireless access issue without expecting it to be read much less acted upon. Within hours the staff contacted me with a great solution indicating they not only read surveys they react quickly to resolve them. Accommodations were perfect. Clean, well appointed and exceeded expectations. Will return and undoubtedly make this my base of operations. Very happy with my stay here and thanks to all at Adagio for the pleasant stay.

Loved our stay at the ApartHotel Adagio! The crew is extremely attentive to delivering exceptional service: quick, flexible and super friendly. The room was also super clean and quiet; beds were very comfortable and the kitchen a real plus. I will definitely be back for another stay in Toulouse!

Convenient location for everything we wanted to do in Toulouse, all very walkable. Appreciated the large room and kitchenette. The WiFi was terrible in our room; staff (very friendly and helpful) tried to help with a portable WiFi unit but that was broken. Could only access WiFi in the hallway. But otherwise the room was everything we needed.

Excellent stay at Adagio aparthotel

Amazing experience staying at the Adagio aparthotel. Very near to the center and all attractions, we with young children were able to walk all around exploring Toulouse. Also very near to the main station (5 minutes walk) to take the trains to some of the wonderful French cities/towns (Albi, Carcassone).
We did lot of day trips to these cities and towns and had a great time at Toulouse exploring the various cities.

The aparthotel had all the facilities we would have required for our stay. Very close to supermarkets where we could buy the essentials for our cooking. Overall a good stay in a very good location.

It was adequate. The immediate area was ok. Right next to the train station. The car parking was very convoluted and not easy to maneuver with lots of luggage a cat and child. The hotel and rooms were basic and not very inspiring or inviting.
The street noise was very loud.
The cleaning lady was very nice and the rooms were clean.
The kitchen was quite well stocked with decent pots, pans etc...
Parking was very complicated. Did I already say that?
On the whole OK.

The 4 of us could spread out here and put leftovers in the red fridge. 2 balconies in this 3 piece room. Such a great location on the canal du midi. Just walk out the door and turn left to get to busy and beautiful Toulouse. What a city! Beds are hard as a board, just like the French prefer.

Nice family hotel for a weekend

The hotel is nicely located at walking distance from the city centre. It offers family flat good for 4 . The kitchen is well equipped with fridge and dishwasher. Even the tablet for the dishwasher was provided.
We had a nice view on the city and the room was really quiet and nice.
The breakfast is very good even for teenagers. It offers a large buffet and includes fresh homemade orange juice.
Tee and coffee is freely available all day.
The hotel has an underground parking. It is quite difficult to access it but fine for a small car.

Lovely apartment well appointed and clean.

Corinne at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming. Each day they had a welcoming food it drink at reception for guests. They also had other get togethers based around an event eg. Learning to make quiche.

Our room 1205 was at the rear of the apartment block but had a balcony and good views.

Apartment itself was spacious and well appointed and contained the bedroom, with desk and tv, separate bathroom, separate kitchen and separate toilet. Kitchen had microwave, good size fridge, utensils and large sink. The only thing that We found odd was that the toilet and bathroom were separate with the toilet not having a wash basin so we had to either wash our hands in the kitchen sink or walk around to the bathroom.

Location was inside the Pullman. The difficulty with location at the moment is due to the construction of a Rambla and metro outside. Apart from the dusty walkway there was no noise at night. It also located near the train and bus station and next to the canal. However again there is a lot of infrastructure work being carried out in front of the train station. It will look fantastic in a years time.

Have stayed in the Aparthotel Adagio Bordeaux last year and found the chain to offer a very good service, that is why we chose them again for out Toulouse trip. the only slight problem was that it is a little out of the center of the city but will be fine after the regeneration of the area due to be completed within a year - will use them again.

Great place for a weeks stay. Kitchenette includes utensils, cooktop ,fridge,microwave, and dishwasher.
Separate livijng area with balcony overlooking the city.
Bed was the most comfortable ive tried in years.
Staff was super helpful and was bi-lingual which made me feel at home while visting a different country.

Car park nightmare with a 4 x 4.

We had a car with us and this was a huge problem as we were not advised of the narrow entry to the car park or the tight corners so this was not a great start to our stay! I think on the hotel information they should publish the height and width restrictions and that 4x4's car may not be suitable for the parking. The actual entry procedure with a car is also a lot more difficult than published. No where really to leave the car outside. Check in was a buzzer and the hope someone would answer to allow you up to the check in floor whereby then you are given a fob. You then have to drive to the car park and drag your luggage back to the hotel via 2 lifts electronic doors to operate and an open courtyard. By then time we had reset our fuse buttons after parking the car the hassle of the luggage was just a bad start to the break. The apartment was just okay. nothing to write home about but I think our stay was already doomed after the car park and the dread of having to go through it all again on leaving.

This is a great apartment with great staff to give pertinent tourist information. The only thing I couldn't find was utensils (fork, spoon), but I always carry plastic ones just in case. Walking distance (10 min even with a sore hip) to the tourist office, beginning of tours, petit train (which is currently not doing the main circuit due to construction), stores, restaurants. St. Sermon is right near the central area. Main train station is just 5 minutes up the street (no noise from room), and from there it was just $16 euros to the airport (sometimes a charge of 2 euros per suitcase is charged by the taxi). I didn't do the breakfast at the apartment because it's a bit expensive for the same thing I can bring from home. Coffee is always available, I think they said.

We were fortunate to find such a great hotel close to the main train station in Toulouse. It also is perfectly situated to walk to the main sites in Toulouse. Rooms have great space and the morning breakfast which was included with our room was in a great sunny spot with beautiful views of the city. Staff was helpful and made good recommendations. Highly recommend. Value high!

Great deal for a family to have this much room and a kitchen. Location is good near train station, but little far from the river (have to take bus/subway). Front desk staff were awesome and offered to help us out with many aspects of our stay in Toulouse - provided location of grocery, good restaurant recommendation, and how to get to Airbus via tram.

Perfect base to explore Toulouse

This was my first stay at an Adagio Aparthotel, but it won't be my last. Very spacious apartment, very clean and tidy on arrival, with a nice kitchen and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Black-out curtains and good sound insulation were a definite bonus for someone who wakes at the slightest sound or light. Well-placed for local supermarkets to get supplies, including a fabulous veggie-friendly store just a few doors down, and only a few minutes walk to the centre of Toulouse and all the touristy stuff. All the staff were very courteous and helpful, providing me with a map of the city on arrival and some other info on places to visit during my stay. A couple of minutes walk from the train and bus stations, with 20 minute connection to the airport, and right on the canal network for some lovely walks too.

Rooms were nice enough, but the area is a bit out of the center and not the nicest. Note that although the hotel advertises 7 days of housekeeping per week, they do not in fact offer it on Sundays. Hotel staff was helpful. Common areas are rather dated, and the gym is not much, but they have a nice lounge for guests and the terraced 1-bedroom apartments are nice.

Our stay at the Adagio Pathenon was very pleasant. The room was spacious and well appointed although a small sofa would have been welcome and there was ample room for it. All we had were 2 hard wooden chairs. The car park was nearby and very difficult to navigate with tight narrow turns. I would be very unhappy with a full sized car. There was a small gym on site.

A bargain and a treat

I needed an overnight accomodation near Toulouse train station. Super convenient to train station but a 10 minute walk to some of the more interesting spots in Toulouse. But I only had a few hours of free time, so it was perfect. AMAZING front desk assistance. Very friendly, gracious, helpful. Great room, spacious, kitchenette (which i didn't need). Looked brand new. Spotlessly clean, great bed linens. AN OUTSTANDING VALUE.

The apartment consisted of two spacious rooms with the kitchen. Everything was very functional and modern. TV had plenty of channels to chose from, WIFI was speedy. The receptionist was available 24/7 and very helpful. Rooms were serviced every day. The location was very convenient too, as we were few minutes walking distance from the train station and a short walk to the main sightseeing sights. It is really perfect place to stay, especially for a longer period of time, as it feels like home.

Wow! This was a gem of a find! We stayed for almost two weeks as we explored Toulouse and the surrounding area. It couldn't have been better situated! Two blocks from the train station, but still on a street that was comfortable to walk around.
4-5 blocks from the Capital building, the fresh food markets and numerous visitor sites.
But having the extra room to cook our own meals, sit and relax without crashing into each other was great. Get a room with a balcony, the added outdoor space is a big plus!
The manager and her staff were outstanding, very helpful, and were always there when we needed them. Excellent group of employees!

This hotel couldn't have been more perfect. Very close (5 minute walk, towing luggage!) to the train station, yet as if you've been transformed to a quiet, peaceful & friendly little neighborhood. The amenities were great, including a bottle opener, nice dinnerware & wine glasses, good frig & utensils/pans to cook a complete meal. We will DEFINITELY look for more Adagios in other cities, we've found our hotel chain that is contemporary, clean & well kept, super friendly and helpful staff & a perfect home away from home to make travel more comfortable.

We've had two recent stays at this hotel. It is an apartment hotel, meaning that all rooms have a kitchen. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is excellent. Great location, close to rail and airport bus. Staff friendly and helpfull, in English. Lots of restaurants in area

staff was very helpful . We arrived in Toulouse a day early and the hotel was full so the staff found us another hotel close by. Also helpful in finding restaurants.
