This is a lovely hotel a few minutes walk from the Airport bus stop at Jeanne d'Arc so easy and hassle free travel to the airport in 30 minutes.

A great location means all the main sites and attractions are within walking distance but if you're not inclined the Metro is nearby, cheap and easy to navigate.

We did not eat at the hotel but the rooms were clean with new towels every morning and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Perfect for a long weekend.

Nice hotel near city centre

Nice hotel very friendly staff at reception. Rooms are comfy just fine for a couple of nights stay. We were but a short walk from the centre of town. Also handy was a supermarket right next door. Having a car park was handy as we couldn’t use train system because of strikes. I Would recommend this quaint hotel and yes would stay again.

Not Bad but First Impression Wasn't Great

There was nothing particularly wrong with the room, although it was a bit smaller than i anticipated. The decor was a bit drab and the \"view\" was dreary but the essentials were ok. I will admit to being a little surprised that it was a 4 star; it seemed more a 3. However, what was not particularly great was the entrance: a dark tunnel ending in a creaking gate that required one to buzz for entrance - but hard to find the button in the dark. That was followed by three sets of stairs to haul your luggage up. In short, you initially feel like you have walked into a horror movie. Now, as I said, in the end it was reasonably ok and the staff - Miles in particular - were all great, but this property needs to put some work into creating a better first impression. Some renovations (apparently planned) would also help.

Hard to complain when it's a Hotels.com complimentary booking but the pictures of the hotel are very well taken. Pool area not as it looks and so the bar also. Rooms are tired and air con hardly comprehendable. On the plus side Miles on reception was delightful.

The hotel was well placed. It was comfortable and clean.
The curtain in our room was torn.
There was not always a non slip bath met left.
As there are no eating facilities, apart from breakfast, I would suggest access to a microwave.

The property was located within walking distance of everythijng that I wanted to see in Toulouse. It was clean and safe and the staff was very attentive and accommodating. The standard rooms are quite small though and I would want a larger room if I was staying for any longer than 1 night

Just learned expedia thinks i received a room upgrade and late check out. Was not informed of any of that and if that was the upgraded room i lower my rating to a 1. The biggest issue is that it reeks of penny pinching. The tv is pre-usb. The ac cant be adjusted. The rooms are scuffed. My shower nozzle didnt stick in place. The stopper popped out of the tub. My room was next to the elevator. You could hear it and music from the lobby. Lobby computer mouse didnt work. They were arguing with another customer over a 50E smell fee they were charging them. Room wasnt ready at stated deadline. One hour past. Manager didnt seem to be on site. Its just a place that makes you feel unimportant. The neighborhood is also bad. Stay closer to the river.

Excellent choice for a City Break

Brilliant location, close to bus/train stations and a short walk into the City centre. Staff were excellent - really helpful. Comfy bed, good WiFi, free room-safe, air con, fridge and decent storage. We didn’t have breakfast, which was a bit pricey at €16 for continental so unable to comment on that. Coffee machine and kettle provided, but not generous with supplies of tea/coffee so you may want to take your own. The road on which the hotel is situated isn’t the prettiest but it is safe and only 6 mins walk to Jeanne d’Arc junction, a gateway point to the City. Hotel has a compact but usable swimming pool in the ‘well’ in the centre of the building so take your bathers!

A haven of tranquility in the lovely city of Toulouse. The hotel is between the train station and city center near a busy district, but all is quiet and scented with jasmine growing in abundance up the courtyard wall once you enter. Fine rooms, OK breakfast spread, and reception was kind enough to let us check in early since the room was available.

Confortable stay in Toulouse

The hotel is located just 7 min walking from the station and about 5 min walking distance from the shopping area. Since the hotel is reseeded from the street it is very quiet and you don't here any traffic (unlike many other hotels in the area). My only issue is the fact that the room was non-smoking but the first thing you smell when you enter the room is the smell of smoke. The bed was extremely confortable and it was hard to get up in the morning. The breakfast was acceptable but not really worth the money, especially since there was no coffee machine. The WiFi signal in the rooms was poor.

The property was fine. We checked before booking that parking was available. However when we checked in they said there were no parking spots available. As expedia does not allow you to book parking with your room, there is no way to avoid this situation.

The staff were able to make arrangements for us to park at another hotel. But we had to walk there every time we used the car.

Location was within walking distance to the main train station in Toulouse. The centre of Toulouse was also within walking distance, there is also an excellent Metro system. The hotel was very quiet and secure. The reception staff were excellent, made us feel very welcome. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast provided choices of cereals, fruit, yogurt, pastries, etc.

Adrian was extremely helpful. He provided top service and knew all the sites and attractions that a tourist would be interested in, even the ones that were not on the map. It was also very helpful that he spoke many languages including English. He played many roles at the hotel - from check in personnel to the barkeep to the tour guide. And he did it all with a pleasant demeanor and smile.

What a great hotel. The little touches are nice. Free refreshments in the mini bar upon arrival, not replenished. The Nespresso machine, supplied with 2 pods everyday. A couple more each day would be better. The rooms are generous but the bathroom and toilet a little small. The bed was comfortable, had 4 goodnights sleep. There's a pool and fitness centre but I didn't use these facilities, the reviews I read said the pool was on small size but I couldn't comment. There's an option of breakfast, but at 14€ I think that's too pricey, much rather eat out. The cafe Le Parisian is at the bottom of the street, more choice and cheaper. Would I use this hotel again, hell yes. This is my second stay in about 3 months and its still a great little hotel

Comfortable hotel in a convenient location

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is quiet, albeit in a city centre location and convenient for transport links. The standard of decor in the public areas was good, but the bathroom in our room was about due for some work e.g. the sealant was starting to discolour. There was a good variety available at breakfast, but I felt it was quite expensive so we had breakfast at a local cafe on two mornings during our stay. There were plenty of decent restaurants in the city centre just a short walk away. The pool was not large, but was very pleasant - I suspect we were there during some of the last really hot days of summer, and the pool may not be open now. Our room was comfortable. Don't expect good views, as the hotel is in the midst of a well-established urban area. The main shopping areas and city centre were within easy walking distance, as were links to the excellent public transport system in Toulouse (e.g. the shuttle to the airport picks up at the bottom of the road).

A nice hidden from the view hotel

This hotel is well located in the walking distance from both train station and points of interest in the city centre. The hotel is not on the main street, but is hidden behind the buildings facing the street, thus very quite. It was a pleasant surprise. Additional bonus on hot summer days was a small pool. The room and bed are comfortable. The staff at reception was very nice. The only difficulty was to find the elevator in the garage.

The hotel room was nice, the service was good, and the breakfast was excellent.

The car park was very bad, there wasn't enough room to enter and exit and park easily. The entrance to the car park in on a curve and, at the minimum, has only 7'-5\" of clearance width. The lighting at night was also inadequate given the tight turn radius and narrow entrance. My overall rating for the hotel without the car park is 4, but the car park is a 1.

The outside could do with some work - the stone steps were constantly wet which felt unsafe amd disappointing entry to what is a really nice hotel inside. Great Hotel.

This hotel really goes above and beyond for its customers. The room was impeccably big and spacious with everything needed supplied. The mini bar is included in the reservation so consuming it all is free, unlike many other hotels. The gym area is nice and water is provided for fitness lovers. All in all it was a great experience staying at this hotel and it’s in the city of Toulouse with minutes walk and you’ll discover the whole city.

Interesting hotel close to the Station

The hotel lies in a rather scruffy street between Place Jean D'Arc and Gare Matabiau, with an unassuming entrance. However once you get inside it is fine. The staff were excellent and the rooms large and welcoming. Very quiet for a town centre hotel. Breakfast is expensive at 16 Euros but of excellent quality. Swimming pool rather small and a bit of a disappointment

Booked 2 x double rooms, both were a reasonable size, comfortable beds, rooms are clean and presentable, bathrooms are getting a little bit tired. Staff were excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of very good eating houses very close by, we also went to the Joan of Arc area and had breakfast for 5 euros and not the very steep 16 euros wanted by the hotel. Good location about 10 mins walk to the main square.

Nice French hotel not too far out of the centre!

From the outside it could be mistaken for an apartment block, the receptionist was friendly on arrival, when asking for places to visit & departure. It's about a 10 minute stroll into the main square however if going for rugby like we did it's only 5 minutes to the main Irish bars. The room was spacious with a very comfy bed, the bath itself should signs of wear but overall a fab little place. A nice swimming pool heated, certainly worth the money paid for the hotel and would stay again!

lots of places to eat nearby, from cheap and cheerful to really nice restaurants. Other cities and towns accessible by train, I particularly recommend a visit to Carcassonne medieval city, fabulous and only just over an hour by train. Also we went to Bordeaux which was just over 2 hours on train.

Great overall experience. Our room did have a dusty odour, not sure if it was dust in the corner of the room or something else, but I'd highly recommend this hotel otherwise. We dealt with 2-3 members of staff and they went the extra mile for us.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Fair pricing for a clean and comfortable room. The stuff were friendly and fluent in English. Great hotel, very comfortable and Art Deco

bed was comfy, room was quiet. Bathroom delightful size. Someone had had a cigarette in our non-smoking room, but smell did dissipate after a while. We found housekeeping to be a bit disorganized. On the first day, they left their filth rag in our bathroom, and hadn't finished emptying the bin nor refilling toiletries. Next day they didn't take the room trays and rubbish in the main room, or replace the empty tissues (and my exfoliator went missing) and the next day were banging on the door at 8:45 asking if they could come in. Really strange. Apart from that, great hotel.

Not a 4 star hotel, needs to improve on cleanlines

We were disappointed with the cleanliness and service at the hotel. This hotel isn't a 4 start hotel.

Whilst being within a 10 minute walk from the main square and conveniently located close to the train station we felt let down by the room cleanliness and the staff service.

We arrived and we're told we had to come back in the evening as the room wasn't ready, we were okay with this as they let us use the swimming pool changing room to freshen up.

When we got back later in the evening we noticed that the room hadn't been properly clean, the fridge didn't work and smelled.

We reported this to the reception manager and she assured that the room would be perfectly clean and they would sort out the problem with the fridge. We got back at around 6pm to find our room as we left it, no one had cleaned it and the fridge was still there. The lady in charge apologise but said that she was new and couldn't do more. We asked to be moved to another for but the hotel was full. We waited in the bar for our room to get cleaned and remove the fridge.

If you have stayed at a 4 star hotel you're likely to be expect more than what you are getting for your money

The hotel room is clean, well organized, and comparably large in size. Everything inside is handy/comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic. Location of the hotel is also very good, 5-10 mins walks to the capitole, train/metro/bus stations... and the surrounding area is quite comparing with a few other hotels that my colleagues lived in.

Clean, modern and comfortable

Not likely to win any design awards but clean, modern and comfortable. The vibe is more business trip than romantic honeymoon or trendy boutique hotel. Pool is pretty tiny but refreshing way to cool off in the heat.

5 mins walk from station so handy if you're getting the train and still only 10 mins walk from the pedestrianised city centre.

Overall decent value for money.

A hotel with character and charm, very central!

Close to main square, bus station n bakery! €27 from air'p in taxi or €8 by bus. Great sm pool for a dip! Contact direct if roll-away bed needed as not always available, Hotel bar open till 1am, clear n helpful English speaking staff. No hidden charges! Will go again!

Good not great

Good hotel, the room was clean and confy, but had shabby carpet, tub, toilet. Walking distance to the city center and the main railway station. Not the best neighborhood, but no safety concerns.

Fantastic service and accommodations

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay for a night before my flight back to the States and found this gem. Fantastically courteous and helpful staff. I wish I could remember the name of the man at the desk who checked us in...younger, dark hair...anyway, he was very kind and hospitable and set the tone for a relaxing, classy evening. Great location for the trains station and walking to restaurants and shops! Room was clean, comfortable, and lovely. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone.

Great hotel - hidden gem in City centre

Great hotel in an unprepossessing area near the bus station. Excellent facilities including garden and small outdoor pool unusual in a city centre hotel. Fab rooms with fridge, coffee machine, free wifi and dressing gown and slippers. Staff very helpful. All main sights in walking distance but also very close to metros stations.

Great rooms

Wonderful boutique hotel located between the train station and downtown amenities. Modern decor , clean and in great condition. Our room was large by European standards and had all the amenities one would expect. Interestingly, the breakfast in the hotel was the best meal we had in Toulouse. Excellent and I would certainly recommend.

Overall, i was quite satisfied with the comfort and quality of the service and hotel. The fitness center was unavailable so can't comment on that. My only gripe was that the air-conditioning system only allowed temperature selection which meant the room got quite stuffy without the fan running (opening the window solved that).
