Staff attentive. Breakfast, nice variety. Room clean, functional. Great location to explore this amazing city. Six minute walk to train station. Six minute walk the other way to the main shopping district. No shortage of restaurants, bars and grocery stores nearby. Even took a day trip to visit the empty and drizzly remains of Oradour-sur-Glane, near Limoges.

Everything about this hotel is the plus. Friendly and welcoming staff. They accommodated me early check-in and late checked out which was so kind. The room is clean and the bed smells great. The room size is okay but bathroom is small.

Hotel was in an excellent location with parking just down the road and was a good price. Beds were comfortable in one room but had different mattresses in the other room which were thin, hard and not comfortable. Only one height of pillow which was comfortable for some of us but uncomfortable for others.
Rooms were clean, and staff friendly, overall would recommend!

Great place, great location, great staff

Loved the place. Pretty, clean, comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. My first morning I went downstair late, the breakfast area was already clean... But I had a headache and wanted a cup of coffee... The staff helped me out with it and the lady from the kitchen area gave me a croissant and pastry. Such a sweetheart. Unfortunately for me, when I checked out, I forgot one of the souvenir's I bought in my room. Contacted front desk, they told me they have it and didn't throw it away.. so my friend is going to stop by to pick it up. And the location!! Is absolutely great .. close to metro, transportation, cafes and restaurants... I pretty much walked everywhere.

Tucked away in a side street just behind Jean D’Arc bus station. A quiet location with the hub of Toulouse a 2 minute walk away. Metro and Bus hub and Place du Capitole a 10 minute walk away. Good friendly staff. The room was cleaned every day and was immaculate albeit a bit on the small side. Perfect for me anyway!

Basic accommodation less than 10 mins' walk from the train station and city centre. Very small bathroom. Dinner only served Mon to Thurs. I went to the restaurant on Thurs eve and while there were several diners in there, there was no sign of any serving staff there on in the bar - I waited for almost 10 mins and left. If you want somewhere basic to sleep this is fine - but paying more than €60 is too much.

Very bad experience. Room had the A/C broken and door lock did not worked. Staff told me there were no other rooms and brought me a fan. Room is very small, but the bathroom is too small (very uncomfortable). The location was good.

when i checked in the room was pre paid but they asked
for a credit card for a guarantee which i gave them.
then they asked about the room tax,i paid then in cash.
when i checked out they asked about room tax again,told
them i had already paid in cash. left hotel and with in one
hour the had taken a payment on my credit card for the
room tax. i feel like i have been robbed

It's a perfectly reasonable hotel for a short city stay, the room was clean if a little cramped. The room we had overlooked the rear carpark so not a great view but at least it was quiet. Would have been nice to have a room safe. The breakfast buffet was not a bad selection but, no decaf coffee.

Absolutely no one in this hotel can speak English. There are several front lady’s at the desk and not a single person can speak English. It was an absolute nightmare trying to communicate with staff was completely impossible. The front lady actually yelled at me when I said it lists English on the website as a spoken language in this hotel. The hotel is very unaccommodating. The most unaccommodating hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No coffee in the rooms. When I asked for coffee, I was charged three euros for an instant cup of coffee. Two towels provided for two people. No hand towel, no face towel, one roll of half used toilet paper. The shower is tiny, rooms not properly cleaned. Would not recommend even for a budget. Not a three star more of a one star.

A lovely central hotel. Reception and bar staff was the same person so needed to wait to check in and then needed to wait to order a drink. Bar was very poorly stocked; no Vodka in stock, ran out of draft beer then ran out of all bottled beer. We had 1 drink before it ran out.

Hotel is situated in a quiet road but only a very short walk to the bustling areas of the city and transport links. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the small side but were well kept and clean with towel changes every day. Good value breakfast

The Worst Hotel Staff

The hotel was just off the main quarter but was in walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean but very small. The bar and breakfast was definitely 2 star. The arrogance and attitude of the staff was unacceptable for the travel industry. They spoke to us like we were a lower class of human. We will never stay in the Ibis chain of hotels again as this simply isn’t professional or good enough. We are still waiting our refunds.

Pretty basic accommodation, looks about two decades old, but does the job. I thought it had on-site parking, but it doesn’t, it’s the tight Q-Park nearby, which they do discount for Ibis. Good breakfast with excellent, fresh Madelines. A short 10-minute walk to town.

The ibis hotels are always very clean and very practical. There is nothing extravagant but you always have everything you need. The ibis Toulouse centre was clean, quiet, calm and had a great location. It was 5 minutes walking to one of the main pedestrian streets.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Rugby weekend.

I went with friends for a rugby weekend. Right from the check in I was impressed with the staff. They went out of their way to help (which was appreciated as I am disabled). I had lots of help with things like getting my buffet breakfast and helping to put my shoes on. The staff were friendly and efficient and dealt with my stay very professionally. I have stayed here before as the hotel has everything I need and is in the perfect location for what I need.

It is a really cute hotel at the center of Toulouse. The location is very ideal, just a five minute walk from the center and the metro.
Given it is France, it was quite clean. The room was decent, all the plugs, tv, shower, heater were working just fine.
The lobby is really cute, the couches are modern, the music was nice, the breakfast is decent (only €10).
The only issue i found was that the room card stopped working four times in my 4 day stay.

Nice staff- great service - good location for the town centre , restaurants and pubs etc. Bus station very close by and small supermarket too. Bedroom was compact but perfectly adequate for a short stay.
Breakfast buffet had lots of variety and plenty of nice fresh foods. Would stay again :-))

Awful experience, discriminating hotel

We are very angry and disappointed after our stay in this hotel. When we got in, we got placed in a room on the 3rd floor. All good until when a large group of adult male guests were placed in the rooms right next to us. We were SURROUNDED by them! They were partying with VERY loud music, singing, yelling and banging on things... They were also going around the floor, knocking on doors!!!

After a few hours, we could not take it anymore and I got downstairs and complained. I was hoping for a new room which I got but I got the DISABLED room!!! This is unacceptable as of course the room has not the usual features of a normal room. The bathroom was totally flat (obviously, as it is for disabled people) and the water rolled everywhere! It had a really strong smell, which we presume comes from the fact it does not get used very often.

More than this, we found it very offensive that instead of getting a normal room we got clearly the room that does not get booked too much, that most likely nobody wants and that is the farthest away from the entrance! We believe this was done on purpose because we complained. I also believe this is discriminatory, disrespectful towards my mother and just plain very bad customer service. I feel I overpaid for this stay having been given a room that was not suitable for me and my mother's needs.

We did not feel welcome at all, actually we feel violated of our rights, and incredibly humiliated!

Not the best Ibis we've stayed in. Staff seemed a bit too casual to focus on delivering service. Nobody available at check out, we had to go get a waiter from the breakfast area. Bar was totally unattended both nights we stayed, with dirty glasses everwhere.
Given bad directions to a local restaurant from front desk. Room was standard Ibis, but a bit dated. We've had much better stays at this chain. Noisy room with smokers below our window. The only positives, nearby public parking 12€/day and the great location in center of city. Walkable to all the sites and close to the great Victor Hugo market.

Hotel in a convenient area for centre and transport. Rooms are just small and claustrophobic even for the short time you’re in there. The bathroom was a joke fitted onto room as an afterthought with no room to move, cramped loo and shower cubical only big enough for somebody as thin as Olive Oil. Not impressed.
