Location is perfect. Staff is great - very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Rooms are typically European-sized. Beds are comfortable. Really appreciated the complementary water dispenser - still or carbonated. Just a delightful stay.

Very nice, modern and clean hotel a few minutes of walk from Capitole. Breakfast was excellent, with hot scrambled eggs, potato patties and bacon, or you could boil eggs per your wish. Salami, cheese, several types of breads with butter, pastries, pancakes with jams, peanut butter, berries sauce. Excellent coffee machine and many options for tea. I had the comfort room, modern and clean, with bathrobes and slippers. The shower water pressue was excellent. Everything was great!

The young woman who checked me in was kind and patient. The room was clean and comfortable, though quite small. The breakfast had many options, though I’m not sure it was worth the cost. I was given misinformation regarding the bus to the airport; it would be very helpful to future travelers to have better information on which bus to catch, the location, and the accurate cost.

Warm and welcoming staff. A few pleasant perks like filtered water (flat and sparkling) in lobby at all times. We had room on 7th (basically in the roof) so the ceiling was lower in the far half of tge room, which does not make ot look as spacious. The window is below eye level. Comfortable bed. Well located hotel, close to everything by foot.

An absolutely lovely hotel in a great location and with a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. We loved our stay here - especially the nice touches like free fizzy water and coffee in the lobby. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, plus the staff were really welcoming and helpful. Would definitely love to stay here when I next return to Toulouse.

We booked a very last minute stay at Happy Culture and we received a warm welcome from Penelope. They were so helpful and kind. We arrived minutes after booking and everything was ready for us and nothing was too much trouble.

Hotel was perfect for our stopover in Toulouse. Front desk was extremely helpful. Location was wonderful as Toulouse is a very walkable city. Parking was a bit confusing as it's entrance is right next to the lobby entrance and has a very narrow driveway. There are limited spots and difficult to get in and out of. Other than the parking scenario, this was an affordable and quaint hotel option to stay in this wonderful city.

Excellent experience and stay. The room was small as others have noted but was clean, well appointed with comfortable beds and great air conditioning on a hot day. Breakfast was very good. Paola and Lorenzo were excellent at the check-in and checkout. Very kind and helpful. Would recommend for all these reasons and fantastic location easy walk to the center of town and many restaurants.

I was surprised to see a 4 star rating on the door of this hotel after I saw the property. The rooms are small, design is primitive, the space in a desperate need of repair, the bathroom had some dirt on the bottom of bathtub, the room was cold through the night ( no extra blanket-I slept in m’y doudoune) , and I was harassed by the cleaners 40 minutes before the check out. However, the reception staff was kind and friendly, and the reception area offered coffee and tea, water, which was quite nice. It was my first experience with the HappyCulture chain, and probably the last one

An amazing hotel in the heart of Toulouse

This hotel is a gem centrally and conveniently situated a short stroll away from the heart of Toulouse and the beautiful Victor Hugo Market with all the best restaurants. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was very good. And the parking provided was very helpful. We had the most amazing reception from two extremely helpful and friendly receptionists. Can not praise them enough.

Comfortable and convenient

A very convenient location for accessing the amazing La Citè and also the city centre areas like la Bastide. Lovely view of the castle easy access to local restaurants of a mixed quality.
Very compact room but well laid out for functionality.
Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. The spiral staircase may be an issue for some travelers however.

Laurenço (not sure of spelling) was at the front desk on arrival and was very accommodating. He was able to hold our luggage until check in and check out in order to allow us to sightsee. The breakfast provided was nice and adequate.
The nicely appointed room met our needs. The location was within walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Toulouse is an annual trip for us to watch the rugby. Have stayed at many hotels over the years and this is one of the good ones. On a quiet street but very close to the centre & only a 5 min walk to shops bars and restaurants. It's clean and comfortable and good value for money. We booked room only so can't comment on food options

This is an excellent place to stay in the heart of the city with parking. The only issue we had was that we were assigned to a room on the 7th floor but the elevator only went up to the 6th. We had to carry our bags up a narrow, steep staircase.

Nice hotel situated in the city centre, walking distance to and from the airport bus which takes 15 / 20 min to and from the airport. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants around.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good! Hotel provided unlimited bottled water, coffee and tea amenities in the reception.

The hotel is pretty tiny, but it is well located and you can walk from there to the river or to the city centre. The staff, especially Lorenzo, are super nice and helpful; he even gave us a map and recommendations for sightseeing and dinner.

It feels super homey, like you’re at home away from home. We had breakfast on the last day and it was good the breads and cheeses all good quality!

Small and over exaggerated quality

The Hotel in my view was not 4* standard more 3/2* the rooms were very small for a superior room, this was more of an economy standard. The toilet facilities were very odd and more of a cupboard I am average build but I still had to enter the room side ways to close the door the layout was haphazard. Smear marks across bathroom door however linen and towels were clean. Wardrobe had room to hang two sets of clothes no shelves or drawers. Overall disappointment as description of hotel facilities exaggerated. maid service non existent and overpriced based upon actual experience would not book this hotel again.

I would recommend.

The room is relatively small but its comfortable. The actual room itself is clean but the toilet, which is seperate to the bathroom did not smell good at all.

Hotel staff are really nice and helpful. And the lobby has access to coffee etc which is a nice touch.

Members of staff were very welcoming and helped us organising our stay in Toulouse with very good pieces of advice. The hotel has a fresh look and the breakfast is very good with hot drinks available all day free of charge.
The hotel is well located between the train and bus stations and the city center. Also very close to the Canal Du Midi with the possibility to rent bikes at local bike rental shops.
