Great central location on pl. Capitol. A long walk with luggage from the shuttle bus stop from airport so took a taxi for 37euro- easy. Breakfast was buffet and plentiful with good coffee and very convenient on the ground floor. Wi-Fi and hotel was good felt very secure. Not a fancy hotel, comfortable and great valueDefinitely recommend. Don’t be surprised when you check in that. You must pay a small extra tax I think is standard

However, it was a huge corner room with windows on two sides and a great view over the Place du Capitole.

We were a family of four so were given two adjoining rooms. Rooms were clean but pretty dark and cavernous with no view to speak of (across to a blank wall in a dark inner courtyard) which made things feel a bit depressing/oppressive. Very convenient location, central (fyi, the current picture is not the hotel, it's the Capitole that is across the square), plenty of shops, dining options. Excellent breakfast included in the price. We really enjoyed our stay. Public transportation nearby. We took a tram and a metro to get there from the airport.

It was a wonderful surprise. I usually don't like to stay at Ibis because the room is very small with limited everything, but this Ibis Styles is very good. The front desk staffs were extremely nice and friendly. The facility was clean and well maintained. The room size was good with a nice view of the plaza. The bathroom was new and modern. Perfect stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we could not get the lock off of our case! Breakfast is very good, made better by Covid measures taken. The room is very comfortable but small if staying for more than a few days. No complaints from us though. The bathroom is really nice with a wonderful shower and fluffy towels. The location is the best and it’s so peaceful and quiet at night. I’ll be back.

I could find no fault with this hotel. The location was fabulous right on place Capitole but because it is set inside around an internal courtyard there is zero noise. I left my bedroom open and could hear nothing. The breakfast is continental , you could boil or poach your eggs to your liking and there was a great variety of fresh from the oven breads including one with figs. To die for!! Also sliced ham, turkey and beautiful cheese together with a fresh fruit salad( no tinned fruit) melon, mango etc and yoghurts. The usual cereals etc and freshly baked croissants and freshly squeezed orange juice. I could not believe that this is only a 3 star hotel. I enjoyed my stay so much I booked in before I left for another stay in 3 weeks time! Everything in the hotel is brand new , you couldn’t find better.

Surprisingly basic hotel - we paid for a 'deluxe' room and I really wouldn't bother. The room had zero amenities and the bed was hard, yet somehow still saggy, and pretty uncomfortable. Location great, breakfast was good for an Ibis with a selection of pastries, bread, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, yoghurt etc. We were attracted to this hotel by the parking available but it's just the parking stations around the hotel, with a minimal discount, so next time I'll pick a nicer hotel without parking and just park in the parking station. Service at the front desk was welcoming and helpful.

Poor unexpected experience with Ibis
We were very disappointed with our stay at Ibis Style in Toulouse. I left my AirPods with a protective cover in the room and the AirPods went missing and only the cover was left behind when we returned. Having things missing from our room is not what we expected from a hotel by a large franchise like Accor. The rooms had no safe which we found strange in the first place. Although an AirPod doesn’t cost much the experience and feeling of having to worry that other things might go missing is not something you want when staying at a hotel. In addition, the mattress was incredibly old and sunken. It did not provide good back support. To be fair, the front desk service staff were friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is great.

I stayed for a conference, then two days of solo exploring. It was a very nice hotel, the room was clean and comfortable, staff very helpful and breakfast was excellent.

I stayed in this lovely hotel for 4 nights during a recent conference. The hotel is perfectly located, in the Place du Capitole and within a few steps of the metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful; the rooms are stylish, modern and very comfortable. Despite being is a busy section of the city, it is very quiet because it is located in an inner courtyard. I definitely plan on staying here on my next trips to Toulouse.

One must ask for a quiet room however be on notice that this is close to place capital. European cities close to main squares can be very loud at night and that was the case. Party people out until 2-3 AM and garbage trucks at 6:30 am. With the room being a bit stuffy we elected to have the window open but it disputed our sleep. The woman's bathroom on the lobby floor has issues with the toilet roll dispenser. The staff was notified and said they knew there was an issue with the dispenser. This should have been resolved. The staff was great and responded to our requests however be aware of the noise issue.
