Perfect location. Depending on where your room is (ours was next to a passageway below), we were on the 4th floor and the echo of people would resonate. The weather was perfect for open window sleeping, but I was awaken in the middle of the night as I am a light sleeper, so I had to close the window. The duvets were a little too heavy and early for early October. I wish I had a lighter blanket. I prefer cooler than warm when I sleep.

Hotel is situated within 500 yards of the four different major spaces of the city. With limited mobility you can still get comfortably to pleasant eating spaces and shopping. With more walking you can get to the river front and most of the main areas. Markets and street traders a plenty.

The hotel is 3 stars at best. Very basic, including paper cups for coffee and hot tea. I booked this hotel and cancelled the reservation with Accor Live Limitless on July 31. When I checked in, staff informed me that I had 2 reservations still for Aug 24, and he cancelled the booking with Accor Live Limitless for Auf 24, 1 night (even though I had proof of my cancelation). This morning, Aug 25th, hotel wanted to charge me again, which was incorrect. Staff checked me in (young man) on August 22 did not do his job. I have canceled the reservation 2 times (July 31 and Aug. 22). Hotel is so basic, 3 stars at most.

The hotel is in an excellent location, you can walk everywhere! Lovely, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and special for a birthday weekend. We had a room with a kitchen which was handy and kitted out however missing cleaning things, cloth etc. Would recommend staying here!

We loved this hotel and will definitely be back! The pool was a highlight and so were the wonderful rooms! The air conditioning was a 10/10 as were the bathroom amenities. It is also so great that they have the city bikes just outside the hotel so it was super easy to see Toulouse that way!

No hotel amenities were explained or described at check in. Nothing about WiFi, terrace, etc we had to learn ourselves

Room was lacking many basics. 1 shower gel/shampoo bottle and 1 hand wash, nothing else in room or bathroom.

Room TV would not enable us to use any Netflix or other as described, only local cable.

For the price we would recommend elsewhere.

This is a property past due for serious TLC. Centrally located but not easy to access by car. No valet. Carry your own baggage. Public parking nearby as filthy and smelly as they come. Our welcome gift was a pair of dirty socks in the closet. Towels ragged and rough. Tough bed. Holes in blinds.

We enjoyed a delightful 4-day stay at Hotel Mercure Toulouse Centre Saint-Georges. Its prime location made it easy to explore Toulouse by foot, with most landmarks and restaurants just minutes away. Don't miss the breakfast buffet; it's worth every bite!

A special thanks for accommodating our early check-in request; it made a big difference in our trip. Our room was nice and decently sized for two people, although I do wish the shower was larger and less slippery.

The only disappointment was the unheated pool; it would have significantly enhanced our experience. Nonetheless, we had a pleasant stay overall.

Also, don't forget to try the charming Argentinian empanadas place right next door called 'El Almacen.' You will not regret it!

The staff of the hotel were great! Reception got us a great restaurant booking on a Saturday night and Pierre at the bar was very friendly with some fabulous cocktails!

Location is good making it walkable to all the places in the city. Rooms are nice but quite small so no desk or chair. Bathroom could do with an update and just have a walk in shower.
Staff were friendly. It says check in at 3pm, so we dropped our bags off and came back at 4.00pm and our rooms were still not ready. Took them another 40min! In general location is good but could do with updating/freshen up.

Reasonably priced tourist hotel with pleasant staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The claim of a swimming pool is a bit of a stretch - it’s about waist deep and only a few metres in length - doesn’t open till 10am so my plans of an early swim to start the day didn’t come to pass. Excellent thst they have free laundry facilities (including detergent pods) for guests.

Reason to book: Great location. Sometimes, there can be an element to a stay that overshadows everything else. From the property description I knew the room size was OK, there was a pool (no it was shut) and a rooftop bar (no it was shut). I knew that there was a good breakfast available (if you paid a higher price than locally available) and that it was a good location. What overshadowed all of it was the renovation of two rooms on the same floor as our room. No mention in the booking material. Noise. I could have booked its sister hotel in Wilson and I should have. Finally, the renovation is a good idea as the room was “tired”. Carpets on the floors are not a good idea anymore and hide a multitude of (cleaning) sins. A power socket with USB outputs didn’t work and the bathroom needed a deep clean and renovation. Check in staff did a good job. Cleaning staff need motivating! Nothing wrong here that can’t be fixed but, some minor actions and some honesty with guests would have improved the score.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Toulouse. Clean, professional, spacious rooms for the price. Shower design was poor, water covered the entire bathroom floor, but it was higher end and comfortable. Design of the lobby was fabulous. Front desk staff were friendly to Americans.

Lovely friendly staff here, umbrellas on offer when it's raining and always around for help or to make a cocktail on returning from an evening out.

Room was nice and clean, upgraded to an apartment for only £20 extra per night and was worth it. Basic accompanying appartment room eith kitchen and living room, but nice to chill on a couch after a busy day out rather than a small bedroom. All fridge items i.e water, juice, were free with this deal too.

The general manager of this property lacks the common sense that the position requires. While trying to use the pool in my swim trunks and rash guard, I was rudely thrown out of the pool and informed that Men were only permitted to wear a speedo type swimsuit in the pool. My clothes off the street (board shorts and rash guard) weren’t allowed. When I asked him to produce this rule in writing, he laughed it off and said he was the manager and didn’t need to provide anything to me.
Despite having paid for two more nights in advance, we left the hotel in favor of a better run property at additional expense.
Additionally, the parking situation at the property is in an underground garage a block away that is riddled with homeless men who are begging, urinating, and defecating in the spaces. Quite dangerous for hotel customers, even if they did bring their speedo.
I travel close to 3 months per year, I will avoid this brand and their incompetent management going forward

We stayed for 3 nights. Having a pool was a nice treat after a long, hot day of sightseeing. Unfortunately, the pool towels were all in the hamper and never replenished since arriving at 4 pm.
There are two elevators. One was out of order for all 4 days and the other was working for only two days. Not easy when having to carry suitcases to the 6th floor!
The stairs were filthy and the carpet, stained. Website photos don't accurately illustrate this hotel.
Sleeping area and bathroom were clean.
Since we tossed out our bathroom’s plastic cups after drinking some red wine the fist night, we expected them to be replaced the next morning, but they weren't. So nothing to drink from the next day.
Over-all, a very “so-so” experience for a 4-star hotel.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location. The hotel is located in the historic centre of Toulouse about 8 minute walk from The Capitol. Very friendly welcome and accommodating staff who helped find out if a bar was open as it was a Sunday and he booked our taxi which arrived within 2 minutes.
First impressions weren't high as hotel built in 1970s looked dated and it's attached to an urban shopping mall but once inside the whole reception area is welcoming with contemporary furnishings with a nice bar. All in all a fantastic stay I would stay here again.

We arrived early and our room was not available so the staff stored our luggage, gave us an umbrella to use and recommend a place for lunch. We came back to a wonderful room and were able to relax and sleep very well to continue on our journey the next day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stayed for one night during a weekend away in Toulouse. Location was ideal for exploring the city, close to good transport links, restaurants & bars (but neighbourhood not noisy). Hotel does not offer evening meals but this is not a problem as plenty of options available only a short walk away. Room was very comfortable including the sofa bed, tea & coffee available in room which is a nice touch. however there was no safe in the room which was a shame. Overall though hotel was good and would stay here again.

A couple days in Toulouse

Very good location, everything decent or better, free wi-fi was a +. Parking was easy to secure (@$25+ per day). However, our bathroom was inconveniently configured and nothing really made us feel we were in a 4 star place.

We spent 4 nights in the hotel. The hotel it's situated in the super center of Toulouse.
Personal very friendly and helpful -reception, breakfast. Breakfast also good, more then we need. The hotel it's not the newest, but a standard **** hotel. Price in the high season we payed was absolutely OK. In the room we missed a small table next to the bed, we just seew the whols on the wall. The bathroom was not the cleanest. Shampoo on the wall, hair on the corners. And they even not "desapeared" during our stay. And the toillet was also..., let's say, could be cleanest. When we put towell on the bathroom floor to get changed, we did not recived new ones...
But generally the hotel was OK. Thanks.

Clean and tidy hotel in very convenient location

Hotel was ideal for a short visit to central Toulouse. Took us 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. All the main attractions are within easy reach and there are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and there is a pleasant bar within the hotel. Only drawback was noisy passers-by all through the night - but the windows have pretty good seals if you don't mind sleeping with the windows closed. We would use the hotel again.

I loved Toulouse - although only had a once night stay. The hotel is in a fantastic central location, the parking was very expensive at 22 euro for just over 24 hours. The room was quite small too but for one night it was fine. There was a double bed, a sofa bed that my 4 year old used and room for a travel cot which was provided by the hotel. We didn't eat in the hotel as we had breakfast in Wilson square on a sunday morning. There is also a pizza restaurant in Wilson Square that was fantastic, highly recommended. Would return to this hotel again for it's great location and nice funky decor. Staff on reception were very friendly and all spoke good English.

Recently spent three nights in this hotel. Excellent location -- out the door and you're in the heart of Toulouse. Didn't have any meals there (so many excellent restaurants within a short walk) but did have a drink in the bar one night.
The room was adequate with enough storage space. Kettle and coffee and tea provided (along with one biscuit per day -- interesting in a double room).
I was a bit disappointed that there was only a shower (no bath) and that the minibar selection was so limited (no wine!) But those issues apart, I had a perfectly pleasant stay. Every member of staff whom I had to deal with was friendly and helpful.
Very good value for money and I would stay here again.
