The check-in went smoothly and was friendly. The room and bathroom were spotless. I knew that the room would be small but it is well thought out. I had no problem navigating the spiral staircase.

I never will come back ar all.
Nothing to put you stuffs in the bathroom, the shower is si tiny that I was struggling to go inside.
2 days the hot water was not working that i use the tiny sink.
One day at 5 am a staff menber came in my bathroom without knoked.When I mentioned this point at the reception He was not surprised. No much facilities.

Guys please avoid. We was supposed to be in room 41 and there is no lift. It was 37 degrees. 4 times said key works. Moved to room 1. The room was dirty the bathroom is as small as a train it’s a wet room toilet. Have a shower and need the toilet wet feet. The room was disgusting. The aircon is controlled by reception. If we could have booked another hotel we would have. The lights flickered and one plug socket. It’s a 2 star hotel and the only bonus was its opposite a Lidl but the area is full of homeless and beggars.

We arrived for a four night stay and found our hotel room covered in mold, grime, and dirt with a window that wouldn’t close (we were on the fourth floor) and a ripped off smoke alarm.

Oh my this place is horrible-please don’t stay here.
Room smelled cigarettes and my clothes when I checked out smelled like cigarettes. I had to open the window to vent it out since the AC was not working. booking says including AC but apparently they don’t want to turn it on. Pillows are super thin and uncomfortable and I had so many mosquito bites I hope I don’t get sick. The owner should be ashamed it’s not it as if the cost is cheap, I paid good amount of money but the hotel is so run down. The sink clogged, it took a while to drain it, annoying. And the bathroom is just so small. Staff were fine, it’s the owner who should evaluate the condition and service of his hotel. Terrible stay. Can I give zero star. Que Horror.

WORST HOTEL EVER

The worst place I have ever and will ever stay at. First impression I went in to the receptionist and tried to check in he took my ID and then signalled for me to move over so he could check the French people in behind me, completely rude. He then signalled me back over and told me my room wasn’t ready and I had to walk 8 minutes to a different apartment building. I went to this room and the second I entered was overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke. I literally could not breathe for it, I tried opening the windows but the people downstairs were smoking so this just made the room smell worse. I went back to the reception and told him I could not stay in this room. He gave me another room card which was for a room in the hotel I actually booked. This room was small but functional, the lack of cleanliness was like nothing I’ve ever seen before. The floors, toilet, shower and sink were absolutely filthy. The loud creaking of the stairs and banging of doors could be heard all night long keeping me awake. The next night I was ready for bed at around 11pm and the fire alarm went off, I went downstairs to the receptionist sat with earphones in looking at me like I was crazy for asking what was going on, no customer service skills whatsoever. There is so much more that I can’t fit into this review but basically DO NOT STAY HERE, my clothing still smells from the mixture of smoke, damp and filthy smells in the room. AVOID!!

The rooms are VERY tiny and the whole place is a bit grubby and shabby (there were also strange little fruit flies in my bathroom, which I wasn’t thrilled about), but the location was amazing and it was actually totally fine for two nights as a single traveller for whom location was more important than a fancy room.

Very budget hotel, can't recommend

Из плюсов - близко к центру и автобусу в аэропорт, к вокзалу. Рядом Лидл. После чекаута можно оставить вещи в коридоре ресепшена. Кондиционер работал, белье и полотенца нормальные. То что номер маленький и так себе написано везде, но наличие бегущего таракана это уже совсем грустно. Слышимость соседей максимальная. Само здание маленькое и номера такие же друг к другу. Ну это оч бюджетный отель, поэтому такие условия видимо. Решила попробовать, несмотря на низкие оценки, ну как бы не зря такие ревью все же.

The toilet in the hotel was broken so we were asked to find a small apartment; one of their other properties. Being only in France for a few hours, we had a difficult time finding the mysterious door that blended in with the rest of the nightlife. It took about a hour of walking around at 9pm with our bags and asking many for help along the way. The apartment was maybe 50 sq feet, very small. The window had a barricade so you could not see out of it but the noise still made its way in. We could not get the AC to work so it was very, very hot inside, despite it being only 50 degrees F outside. It was an experience!

Front desk wasn't there when I showed up. Came walking down street about ten minutes after I arrived and stood out front. Tiniest shower ever, can't control AC temp in room, no hand towel or shower mat and the room I had was on front at street level. Super noisy.

I turned up at the hotel at 23:30, tired, not really knowing my way around and 2% phone battery because the trains didn't have charge points - only to be told I'm staying at an appartment 10 mins away! Not sure if this is normal in France, but I didn't like it. Had there not been another person, who knew the way, I wouldn't have found it. Also the appartment was next to a church, so if you want a sleep in forgot, bells ringing at 8:20am and again, like a child who won't let go of a rope, at 8:50. It's not the year 1600 anymore. Thankfully the bed was clean but it was a grotty 1 star appartment.

I reserved and paid a week in advance for a room. The room I was given was smelling cigarette smoke as if someone just smoked an entire pack. I asked the front desk to change room but they told me that they didn't have any other available. I couldn't open the windows because they were sealed. The air conditioning unit was very weak so I ended up sleeping in a smoked room. It was very late at night when I arrived so I didn't try to find another place. The staff was like \"sorry but his is the way it is and nothing can be done\". The place was dirty and very small. The photos make it look much nicer than it is. I have travelled all around the world and have rarely encountered such a rip off . Anyways, it's cheap but you get a very cheap experience in return.

There was nobody at the reception. So, I had to wait outside in cold. When finally the receptionist showed up,he didn't even say hi even though I said. He went to the microwave straight to warm his sandwich. I asked him to do check in and he reluctantly did so. But, he spoke zero English.

They failed to leave towels. The towel I finally got had some yellow dirt.

I'm my room, I could hear all the steps on the stairs.

In the middle of the night at 3:30am, the receptionist and another man were talking and laughing so loud about 15 minutes. Then, the man walked upstairs with his heavy shoes and some luggage. He bumped the luggage every a few steps so it was so loud.

I couldn't sleep well at all and my stay there was very unpleasant.

The room smelled really awful as soon as I got into it and bet it did not have any breathe of fresh air for a long time. The room was not vacuum cleaned let alone ever washed. I still had men shave left over in the sink and every day I hoped that the cleaner will see it and will bother to clean the bathroom sink for once but no it remained there for my whole stay.

Really small room, tiny bathroom, but for a few nights it's more than enough, since I didn't travel to waste time lingering inside a hotel room, it's only for shower and sleep. The room had a TV and air conditioning, which i wasn't even expecting. The area is not the best, but I can't blame the hotel for it.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever visited. My room was up 4 flights of stairs. When I finally got to the top, my key pass didn't work. Despite several trips up and down the night manager failed to get me another key, suggesting simply that I avoid going out. The room was miniscule, and a deadly fire trap as the windows are locked and there is no fire escape. There is no wardrobe so your shirts hang over your head, on a lamp stem above the single bed. In the morning, I was told that breakfast was 10 euros extra, and that I would have had to have ordered it the night before. This was Sunday and everything was closed. Also the hotel is slap bang in the middle of the red light district.

The room was very small. Less than 2 metres across. I could touch the walls with my outstretched arms. After 3 days the bed was made but the bedding not changed, even with blood on the sheet and pillow.
When I complained the young man on duty did the change himself.
The bed blocked the door closing so you have to move the bedding to close the door
In the shower ,you were in touch with the shower curtain or the walls, and I am average size.
The location was great with supermarket,bars and restaurants and transport, close by

Cheap price for a short stay

I think it's OK for a short trip about 2-3 days if you just need a place to sleep. The staffs were not very professional but they did their job. Hotel quality is very bad. Rooms are very small, just enough for 1 single bed and there was even not enough space to open the door without ranging chairs or stuffs. No elevator and the stair was very old. You can even hear the noise when someone walks or talks.

Good location and the bed was clean. Luckily I didn't notice the mold in the bathroom until the morning as I left. Hotel staff were probably the rudest I have ever experienced in my life. One word answers and complete lack of interest in any questions or confirmations I had. Never again, I stayed at a hostel for my second evening and felt much more welcomed and comfortable.

Grand manque d'hygiène, le ménage n'a pas été fait, en arrivant on a trouvé le sol très sale plein de cheveux sur le matelas, concernant les serviettes il y avait des tâches de sang sur une de leur serviette, l'évier de la salle de bain bouché, le personnel de l'accueil irrespectueux dès qu'on lui pose une question dialogue de sourd, ils nous ont fait payer la taxe en ligne sur le site et sur place ils nous ont demandé de payer à nouveau la taxe, et le soir il y a beaucoup de bruit. C'est un hôtel à fuir !

Un accueil déplorable. Arrivée tardive à l'hôtel suite à un retard SNCF, j'ai appelé l'hôtel pour les prévenir, on m'a indiqué qu'il n'y aurait pas de soucis car la réception est ouverte 24h/24H.

Au final arrivée devant l'hôtel ; porte close et personne à la réception !!! Attendue plus d'une demi-heure dans le froid car la personne en poste était je cite \"parti acheter des cigarettes\". Personnel absolument désagréable et non-professionnel. Chambre sale et non isolée. Bref je déconseille.

Très bien et proche de la gare.

Chambre et salle de bains un peu exigus, mais c'était propre et pas vétuste , c'est parfait pour une nuit ou deux ! Equipement satisfaisant : Tv, Air conditionnné. Très bonne localisation entre la Gare et le centre ville à quelques minutes à pieds. Il manque juste un ascenseur quand on est chargés de bagages. Rapport qualité prix correct.

Deuxième fois a Toulouse et la deuxième fois dans cet hôtel, au pied de la gare, proche de tout, magasins, commerces et de transports, personnel plus que agréable et serviable, des chambres propres, vous ne regretterez pas votre séjour
