The hotel was conveniently situated for our needs. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Our only complaint was the incredible noise from the traffic and people screeching on the street below. It went on until 2.30am! Despite being on the fifth floor it kept us awake. This was not the fault of the hotel.

Very tiny stay. Not the quietest of places.
Pretty small rooms. Very cold bathroom. The curtains do not block out the light complètent as the wall is slanted. Difficult to sleep. There is no desk, only a tiny slab to put your belongings, so everything must be on the floor. The tiny closet’s door doesn’t open completely because it hits the self closing system. Furthermore, the insonorisation is close to non existent.

Very serviceable hotel. A bit dated but overall a great value for the price. The staff is excellent and very accommodating. It can be a little loud on the street side but with white noise or sleep headphones you will be fine.

Best Staff Ever!
This was an awesome hotel! The front desk personnel were the kindest, friendliest hotel clerks I've ever encountered. Nikola, Dimitri, and Paulina went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. There was also a girl who got my coffee in the mornings. She was so sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever find myself in Toulouse I will most definitely stay there again. Thank you to the staff for making our stay perfect!

Friendly reception staff. Modern looking reception, bit dated room with a bashed door. There was masking tape over the smoke detector from when they painted the roof. The shower head holder was fixed at knee height so hand to hold shower head when showering. Also there was no shower curtain to stop any splash back!

Check in process was easy. The wifi dropped out a lot of the time, there was a lot of dust in the room. The room was half painted and some bits had tape on it. Overall stay was ok, the staff were friendly.

Affordable, Clean, Friendly, Central Hotel

Ideal location
The hotel is in a great location for both the railway station and the centre of Toulouse. Both are just a short walk away. The room was clean and although the hotel is small, it was perfect for a short stay in Toulouse. Breakfast was good and included everything I wanted. Because the room is on a busy road, it was not convenient to leave the windows open as it was very noisy. This was the only disadvantage as the air conditioning did not appear to work.

We arrived around 8.00pm on a warm (30C) evening. Check in was fine, with the staff courteous, We were given a room on the third floor. Upon entering the room the temperature was above 40C. We tried to turn on the air conditioner. It didn't work. This was reported to the management who said something would be done immediately. Within 30 minutes we were informed that the problem had been addressed and the fault rectified. A trickle of cool air now came out of the system. We again complained to the management and demanded another room only to be told the hotel was full.
By next morning the room had been cooled to a reasonable temperature but internet still didn't work. Another trip downstairs to complain. The morning desk clerk finally made a phone call to a third person who within an hour had arrived on site. He was either the owner or someone in authority who could make decisions. He apologised for the air conditioning problem and admitted that it was a maintenance issue. He also admitted that many advertising photos were of the hotel foyer,not of rooms. We were eventually offered another larger room but with no air conditioning. The internet worked and it was one room that had been restored. To keep cool the windows needed to be fully open all the time to make the most of any cool breeze. We swapped rooms for our remaining 2 nights. Luckily we had good ear plugs as the noise from the street below was excessive until well after midnight. One place to avoid!

Pleasant hotel in centre of town. Easy access to airport shuttle and easy walking distance to historic centre. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. It's on a busy road but I did not find it a problem. Area around about is safe and busy even at night.
Only negative comment is that there is late night cafe on a street behind the hotel,which can be very noisy until well into the early hours especially if the window is open. As there was no air conditioning in my room and as it was unseasonably hot during my Spring visit I had the window open so was very aware of the noise. However I did sleep through it. Actually a 2-star hotel
This hotel is listed as 3-star and there is a little sign at the front of the hotel, originally with 3 stars, but the 3rd star has been removed, indicating that it has been downgraded. The location is fairly close to the city center, and there is a subway stop nearby. The staff was very friendly. The room was terrible. There was a lamp with a shade missing (just a bare light bulb). Another light by the bead was broken and hanging by its wire. The shower was handheld and connected to the bathtub faucet, but the hose wasn't long enough to use standing up. The hose was also damaged. The bathroom was tiny. The room smelled musty. Overall I was very disappointed with this hotel and strongly advice against it.

I stayed here for a few days on business. The staff are cheerful, friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable for the area and the hotel is well located for downtown Toulouse as it's just a short walk from place wilson & captiol. The free WiFi didn't work in my room although other floors were OK (I just went up in the lift and found somewhere to do what I needed to do) and the room was a bit small but the shower was good and bed comfortable. Breakfast was a better than average selection with the usual cold cuts, cheese & croissants as well as boiled eggs, pancakes, fruit, cereals and so on. More than enough to get me through till lunch. The food in the hotel restaurant was good.

Séjour moyen dans cet hôtel malgré un accueil très chaleureux ; chambre moyennement confortable bien que bine équipée, en raison du bruit à l'extérieur ( éboueur très tôt le matin pour les 2 nuits et entretien des rues et trottoirs) grande salle de bain.

Hotell med bra läge och trevlig personal i receptionen. Bra säng men tyvärr ingen sittmöbel ex fåtölj eller stol trots att det fanns gott om utrymme i rummet och inget dricksglas eller tandborstglas. Fick även säga till i receptionen om toapapper och ansiktsservietter eftersom städpersonalen inte fyllt på.

Chambre très mignonne et lit très confortable, seul bémol on entend TOUT les chambres sont censées être insonorisées mais on entend ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres, on a l’impression d’être dans le couloir et pareil pour le bruit dehors. Hormis cela plutôt bien dans l’ensemble pour le prix !

Hôtel bien placé certes en centre ville mais ce fut le pire nuit de ma vie ! Je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit tant c’est bruyant autour dehors et ça a duré toute la nuit et je pense que c’est pareil tout les jours . Établissement vétuste et en mauvais état . Personnel pas très accueillant accueil plutôt froid sur le moment sauf le réceptionniste de nuit qui est vraiment très sympathique et agréable . Côté propreté une horreur ! Bout d’ongles du client précédent par terre dans la salle de bain , poil et cheveux sur les wc et le sol … bref je n’y retournerai pas autant payer un peu plus cher et être bien . J’aimerai ajouter que j’ai remarqué que à chaque fois que je réserve avec expédia ou un autre site connu je me vois attribuée les chambres les plus défavorables . Cette fois ci une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite qui n’est pas adapté pour moi pour le coup surtout pour la salle de bain et ça arrive très souvent.

Quelques petits soucis :l'ascenseur à été en panne durant mon séjour de 4 nuits, on m'avait attribué une chambre pas faite, et il n'y a pas de ménage le week-end. Heureusement que le personnel est agréable. L'hôtel est bien situé.

El hotel está muy bien situado, a 4 min de la catedral andando y 7 min de la plaza el capitolio. El personal es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones básicas pero muy buenas. La cama comodísima, si hubiese podido me la hubiera traído a casa. El único punto negativo es que los domingos no tienen servicio de limpieza, por lo que no se limpian las habitaciones, las toallas te las cambian si quieres, en mi caso no las pedí por que estaban limpias.

Convient très bien a des personnes qui n’ont pas besoin de luxe et qui se contente de choses simple. Ma chambre n’etait pas grande mais par contre très bien agencée et confortable. Seul bémol c’est assez bruyant et le wifi se déconnecte régulièrement. Pour moi ce fut un bon séjour.

Hôtel tres bien situé: en plein centre-ville donc côté pratique pour les promenades shopping, visites. Il reste cependant dans un style ancien avec des défauts majeurs dans les chambres:rideau de douche, mur abîmé, serrure en mauvais état. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner vous pouvez trouver meilleure qualité et originalité en marchant aux allentours (ex: la fiancée excellente boissons et dej original!).
